Staff were excellent, from reception to cleaners all were very friendly and made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms are lovely and the location is right in town, short walk to the Salamanca Market. And the pool and sauna were very clean and lovely. We will be back next time we are in Hobart.

Room very clean, good location for Market. Pool was closed for maintenance which we weren’t informed about but rudely told whilst we were trying to use it. There was no warning or signs. No discount despite not having access to facilities.

Room was clean and comfortable. My floor had an elevator direct to pool, sauna and gym area which I loved. Customer service was great. Dinner at Leathergood Restaurant was delicious. Overall enjoyable experience.

Very good hotel, but just missing in areas. The driveway in and out of the underground car park is just insane. Way too tight. We had a Tesla so had heaps of sensors, which is great, but would have hated it in a regular vehicle. Car park is expensive at $35 a night. Breakfast they need more staff, from clearing, to serving, to replenishing food when it’s out. Coffee machine is a minimum 5min wait when busy. Could do with 2x in peak busy times. That said, would definitely consider it on a return trip. Hotel staff are helpful, the rooms are modern and clean and the lobby looks amazing.

Great service, nothing was too much trouble. We arrived over an hour before check-in but they happily accommodated our early arrival. Nothing was too much trouble and we were able to charge our EV overnight.

Well located hotel being close to the Hobart waterfront & the CBD for shopping. Great secure parking, but expensive.

Indoor pool and sauna was nice for chill time at the end of day. Property facilities and rooms appear to be fairly new.

The only downside was paying $35 dollars a day Australian to park the hire car

Unfortunately when we checked in there was some signs that the clean hadn’t been completed (toothpaste around the sink and wet, used flannel in shower). Staff were quick to rectify and very professional in their way they handled it. Pool was fun, sauna was super hot and everything else was good. Pillows were huge so take your own if you prefer something thinner! Loved the hot cookies on arrival, it was a nice touch.

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Nice outlook over the city. The staff were lovely: friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was great under the hotel. a very easy and relaxing experience overall. Food was great too! Only observation is that someone needs to adjust the coffee machine to fill the mugs the first time. It's still adjusted to a cup size, so had to activate the machine twice for every mug. Only one machine meant there was a long queue in the mornings.

Rooms weren't cleaned a couple of days towels weren't replenished on a couple of other days.Milk was also not replenished had to ask for it.One coffee machine for breakfast the line went on for ever.The rooms when being cleaned when they were the staff absolutely stunk of BO all up the hall way .We got married in 2018 and this was supposed to be our anniversary throughly disappointed

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel close to the main attractions of Hobart. The room and hotel facilities were all well maintained.

Cleaness in bathroom can be better, rubbish bins in the room can be bigger, otherwise very friendly services and within walking distance to most tourist hot spots, such as Salamanca Market and Wharf/Docks districts! Highly Recommended when visit Hobart!

Seamless and easy check-in, welcomed with a fresh cookie and since we got there early they were able to hold our bags as we walked around the city. The room was wonderful and clean.

주차장 들어가는 길이 심하게 구부러져 있어 입차가 다소 까다로우며, 주차장 문이 닫혀있어 물어보니, 체크인 후 방키를 센서에 대어야 열린다고 합니다. 입구쪽에 차를 대시고 체크인을 먼저하는 것을 권장합니다. 이를 안내해주는 직원이 없어 저는 주차장 입구에서 차를 후진해야 했습니다. 프론트데스크의 직원은 친절하였으며, 체크인시 웰컴쿠키를 주었는데 환대받는 느낌이었습니다. 다만, 숙소의 커피머신기에 이전 숙박자가 사용한 캡슐이 그대로 남아있었고, 둘째날 사용했던 컵과 와인잔이 그대로 있어 하우스키핑 서비스가 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 조식은 가격대비 훌륭했으며, 직원의 친절한 안내가 인상적이었습니다. 가성비 있는 숙소이나, 좀 더 청결에 신경써주시면 완벽할 것 같습니다.

Great stay as always. A little disappointed in our room. Felt a little small given we paid for a deluxe. Also first time we've not been able to park onsite. Had to leave our car on the street overnight. Will certainly be back though.

Excellent hotel. Bed was comfy, beautifully clean and today. Food was lovely. Only gripe is the pillows. They were too big and hard.

Nice clean hotel. Front desk staff excellent and very helpful. Rooms are a lot smaller than it appears on their website. It worth upgrading to a Deluxe room. Otherwise they feel quite claustrophobic. Watch out for the Credit Card surcharge at nearly 2%. They don't warn you of this when you check in.

Well trained friendly staff, excellent food, very clean with wonderful views. Bathroom was luxurious. This was one of the smallest rooms I have ever stayed in though.

Overall it was good, clean and tidy, was in great condition and breakfast was great. It was disappointing I could not pay cash. It would have also been nice to know about the parking fees which were on the hefty side @$35 a night. The aircon didnt seem to maintain its temperature and for some periods it would blow cold air.

From the minute we arrived, the serice was excellent. We were greeted by a warm and friendly woman who was so helpful. The room was top notch - super clean, spacious and with a nice view. ALL staff were incredible. The friendly guy cleaning the lift, the room cleaners, reception and dining room staff were just fabulous. Rebecca in teh dining room gave us helpful advice about things to do in Hobart. Each morning in the dining room we were warmly greeted and shown to a table by such lovely staff. The food for breakfast was just lovely - amazing choices and presented so nicely. Honestly, I cannot fault this hotel. The staff could not do enough for guests. I will recommend this to any visitor to Hobart, and will definately book again if visiting your lovely city. Many thanks.

We were disappointed in our stay. The reception desk were ok, but they were not overly enthusiastic. Quite stiff and formal. We tried to make dinner reservations but the app showed they were booked out until November. We ordered room service, just cheese sandwiches and a glass of wine. After waiting an hour we called down to the kitchen but no one picked up so we called the front desk. Said our order was lost and they would have it right up. When the order came up there were no covers on the dishes and some of the sides had spilled. They apologized and said we could have a free cocktail in the bar for the inconvenience. So the next day we go to the bar for our cocktail but they had no record of this. I explained and after consulting with someone not in the bar, they begrudgingly said we could have a glass of wine. This is not good customer service. Also, one of the mornings when we went down for the complimentary breakfast they said we had already signed in that morning. I politely said that was not the case and again they begrudgingly said we could have breakfast. We felt like we were not believed. On our last day we decided to try and eat dinner in the restaurant even though we did not have reservations. The room was mostly empty do we were hoping that we could enjoy a nice meal. We were informed that it would be ok, but there could be an extended wait. it just did not feel like the staff wanted any of our business and we felt like we were a bother instead of guests

Our host upon arrival, Emma, was very friendly and helpful. She provided us with information that we needed and was able to direct us well.

This was the perfect stay for our short trip to Tassie. Loved the location - so convenient! And the staff were super friendly and extremely accomodating. The best service I have ever received from any hotel to date. We had the best experience ever and we'll absolutely be back! Loved it!

Manager Bobby was very helpful and went the extra mile to ensure my pleasant stay. The staff in general including the restaurant staff were also exceptional. The location allowed me to walk to the weekend market and the pier which had tours.

Everything was perfect except the service. Check in was muddled, the comcierge was rude and after having cars banked up which we patiently waited for, he then came in and interrupted the check in and got us to move the car mid check in for the other guest that we had to wait for! Rude! Sat in the bar for 25 minutes without an approach from staff (bar was empty, no customers) At that time I went up to to the bar and waited for service and had to ask for menus and drinks. This could be an amazing property to stay at, with the right customer service.

All the staff of the hotel are exceptionally friendly, extremely helpful and always readily attentive, to say the least. Absolutely 👍👍 remarkable.

We arrived at the hotel at 5:30 pm and there was no parking available for us?? Received no assistance from the front desk either they were not interested in our problem. Apart from that it was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel, about a 15min walk to town, not as central but if don’t mind the walk it’s almost straight.

It was okay and walkable to the harbor.

Stayed for two nights, didn’t make the bed or replace tissues in the bathroom despite me leaving the box out to see. In room dining selection is very limited to a hotel of this class, I was disappointed as I expected more.

Convenient location with a sky bus stop just in front. Breakfast was the same spread each day and needs a face lift to give guests more variety. Coffee machine is luke warm and bread/pastry section was ordinary. Staff were friendly allowing early check in. Rooms well presented. Sauna was nice but bathrooms could have shampoo/conditioner or shower gel.

It was well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant food was absolutely flawless, full of flavour and 5 star presentation. Breakfast matched this quality.

Amazing hotel, pool is so warm and lit with coloured lights. Beds were so comfortable and soft. The best buffet breakfast I have ever had. Shower is great and big tv.

The bar was very good a lot of options friendly staff we look forward too returning next year

All was great, until I grabbed a boiled egg and it was runny , I said to the lady this isn't hard boiled, could you please get me a hard boiled egg as I don't like runny egg ,she said absolutely, she went and spoke to the chef ( I could see her ) the chef let her speak then gave her another which she brought straight over to me , it was less cooked , I don't like having the Piss taken out off me, hence I will never stay again at any hilton hotels
