Great place to stay alto of great places to eat and shop

Our car was damaged in the parking lot of this hotel and the manager would not let the Police Officer view the security cameras for his investigation. I would not recommend anyone staying here because if your vehicle is damaged, you will experience the same situation as we did! This was not our fault. We had to file under our insurance policy and pay hundred of dollars out of our pocket, which may have been avoided if the manager would have allowed the Police Officer to view the security cameras. We will not stay here again. Poor customer service on hotel management.

Good stay clean and comfortable easy to get to out destination the next day

Elevator was filthy. Bath tub was dirty. Wash clothes and towels had holes in them. Hotel was under construction and not pleasant. I guarantee you that Kathy Hilton would have walked out and stayed somewhere else! Nasty! Front desk employees were very professional and friendly!

Breakfast was great! The food was fresh, kept warm, with plenty to eat. I was very impressed. And good coffee.
