Stökigt vid incheckningen då det satt en del högljudda personer i lobbyn. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Rummet var rymligt och välstädat. Vi bodde i rum 815 på 8e våningen. Häftig om än inte vacker jtsikt. Lyxig känsla i badrummet. Perfekt läge om man har bil, då direkt anslutning till QPark garage. Nära till Spårvagn nr 7, som gick till Riksmuseet och centrum. Skönt att slippa köra bil i Amsterdam.

Stanza molto confortevole, pulita e con servizi essenziali. La macchinetta del caffè e le cialde in camera molto apprezzate. Appena fuori dall'hotel si possono trovare diversi punti di ristoro, il supermercato e le fermate di autobus e tram per raggiungere i vari quartieri della città. Peccato che su 3 ascensori solo uno era attivo e questo ha portato ad aspettare molto per salire e scendere (la mia camera si trovava all'ottavo piano).

The reception staff play a big role on first impressions. My family and I felt welcome upon our arrival--staff greeting, smiling and being helpful. We stayed on the 7th floor. We liked the the elevators were fast. The hallway leading to our room was clean. Our room, 1 queen and 1 twin bed was spacious. We like the large windows for natural lighting. Room amenities were sufficient (coffee maker/coffee/tea and also a small fridge). Ice buckets for the room would have been nice rather than having ice in plastic bags. We had a very comfortable stay and we would stay here again should we find ourselves back in Amsterdam.

Très bon séjour à l'XO Hôtel Blue Tower, facilement accessible en voiture et parking couvert à proximité (avons payé 56€ du lundi soir au vendredi matin). Proche du Tram 7 et 17 soit à 6/7 stations du Moco et Van Gogh Museum. L'hôtel est confortable, on peut s'enregistrer en total autonomie à la réception, petit déjeuner buffet (sucré et salé). On a prolongé notre séjour d'une nuit supplémentaire et avons eu la chance d'avoir une chambre triple au 6 ème étage, avec une belle vue.

Out of the way but good public transport links nearby. Rooms were big and in reasonable condition. Frayed window screens but everything else was fine. No bar on site and a few vending machines for snacks and water etc Safe was locked and advised reception but never unlocked, not a big issue as we used the one in our daughters room Pleanty of selection at breakfast inc hot and cold selections.

Our twin room is very spacious, even after we open up our luggage. The beds are very comfy with thick mattresses. Room is very clean, no complain. The only downside is the shower is quite small for guest room of this size. The hotel is quite secure, you will need to touch your room card to go up to your floor. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and we highly recommend anyone to add it in your booking (is cheaper this way).

I think I got a lemon of a room. There were handful of small issues that should have been dealt with before I arrived. Both the sink and the tub were cracked and there was hair around the room in the bathroom and in the bed. The tub was very worn and needed a replacement. The drain was slow and didn't work well to stop the water or let it drain. There was a soap film on the tub and half finished plumbing with toilet paper shoved in the pipe under the sink. The conditioner dispenser didnt work and I had to play with it to get it functioning.

The triple room we stayed in was very spacious and the property had good transport links to the centre whilst also not being far from the Airport. There were some small issues we had faced. On arrival the bathroom sink was blocked with hair, we had to request for this to be resolved. The bathroom also did not have a mirror at the sink which makes facial care and grooming difficult. Lastly as the hotel is near a ring road, there could be better sound proofing to prevent road noise coming through,

Vi tjekkede sent ind da vi ankom, og hende der stod ved receptionen var vist ret træt. Hun kludrede i bookingen, og vi stod og ventede ret længe før det endelig lykkedes. Vi kom så op til at et værelse, hvor vinduet var gået i stykker og var forsøgt at blive lappet med tape. Så det kunne ikke lukkes ordentligt, og det var koldt på værelset. Udover det, var der ikke blevet gjort ordentligt rent. Da vi gik ned om morgenen, stod der en ny i receptionen som simpelthen var så sød, hun gav os et nyt værelse uden problemer og undskyldte mange gange. Så vi fik et nyt lækkert værelse, og resten af opholdet forløb godt.

Despite the fact I messaged them about my severe feather allergy, they did not inform me that they don’t have any no feather pillow or blanket and they refused to cancel or refund my reservation. In 5 min in the room I had an allergic reaction and lost my voice and had to immediately leave the room and check out the same hour but did not get my refund.

We arrived early and were charged €5 per hour to check in, even though the room was ready — something most hotels offer for free. Staff were rude, the place was dirty, towels were cheap, and supply trucks came through the guest entrance. Overall, a horrible stay. Not recommended.

The hotel was fabulous. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great during the heatwave! This hotel was within walking distance to buses and the metro. The staff was beyond helpful. We found out through the staff that the central station was closed for the weekend and they helped us find alternate modes of transportation for our trip.

Fint hotell til en billig penge. Enkel innsjekk og utsjekk. Rent og pent. Det vi ikke var så fornøyd med var at det var veldig dårlig lys på badet, og døra på badet holdt seg ikke oppe av seg selv. Frokosten er ganske dyr, så vi valgte heller å kjøpe frokost ute, veldig fornøyd med det og det ble billigere enn på hotellet.

We had a great time at the hotel. The place is located next to bus and tram stations which makes it very convenient. There are dining options and grocery stores literally next to the hotel. Our room was comfortable with a ton of natural light and decent bed. The buffet breakfast was great and with €15 per person a very good value for money. If it was not for the flakey internet in the room, I would have given it 5 stars.

Out of the way but good public transport links nearby. Rooms were big and in reasonable condition. Frayed window screens but everything else was fine. No bar on site and a few vending machines for snacks and water etc Safe was locked and advised reception but never unlocked, not a big issue as we used the one in our daughters room Pleanty of selection at breakfast inc hot and cold selections.

Our twin room is very spacious, even after we open up our luggage. The beds are very comfy with thick mattresses. Room is very clean, no complain. The only downside is the shower is quite small for guest room of this size. The hotel is quite secure, you will need to touch your room card to go up to your floor. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and we highly recommend anyone to add it in your booking (is cheaper this way).

awesome place to stay. Clean, comfortable room. Staff was great. Easy bus connections. Close to grocery and lots of places to eat. Only complaint is they put a small foam slippery mat on bed that slides everytime you move, causing you to have to straighten it up many times a night. Bottom sheet not fitted and falls off slippery mattress.

Absolutely loved this stay. Room was 9th floor, beautiful, with a great view. Great amenities. It’s outside of city center, but incredibly easy to get to. I would stay here again.
