O hotel fica bem localizado, o que facilita bastante ao andar nos pontos turísticos e também nos passeios. Um ponto de atenção é que o hotel fica em uma subida e tem estadas, o que dificulda quando se leva bastante bagagem. O atendimento na recepção e o check-in foi rápido e cordial, onde recebemos todas as informações importantes. O quarto onde ficamos, para 3 pessoas, não era muito amplo. Com várias malas, deu um pouco de trabalho para nos organizarmos. Além disso o sistema de circulação de ar do banheiro não estava funcionando e com isso o quarto ficou bem húmido. O café da manhã era bom, com várias opções para todos os paladares. Atenção apenas ao horário que o café começa a servir, costuma ser bastante cheio por causa da saída dos hóspedes aos passeios.
