O hotel é muito limpo, com quartos confortáveis e bom café da manhã. A equipe de funcionários é extremamente cordial, competente e simpática. A localização é perfeita! A poucos minutos de caminhada da Rua Mitre, do Centro Cívico e da orla do Lago. Também é possível caminhar até os melhores restaurantes e bares (e são muitos!). Conseguimos estacionar todos os dias na porta do hotel e não tivemos que pagar pelo estacionamento (talvez porque fomos em baixa temporada). Nossa sensação foi de muita segurança, na região. Voltaremos, com certeza.
