We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s so affordable for what you get. The staff is friendly and efficient, The rooms are spotless, They have a great pool and hot tub, They have an ice machine available for use on the second floor, And our favorite part was the food! The restaurant attached to the hotel is incredible. They have amazing dinner options as well as breakfast options, We have a playground that’s within the restaurant boundaries so the kids could burn off some energy while waiting for their food. We will absolutely stay here anytime we are in town!

La recepcionista que nos atendió en el check in, podría mejorar su calidez. El elevador no estaba funcionando, aunque no me afectó mucho ya que llevaba poco equipaje. El resto de las instalaciones, muy bien, sobre todo la alberca, un pequeño espacio para relajarse. La temperatura del agua era perfecta. Toda la jardinería se ve muy bien mantenida.

The price for a room matches the quality of the room. Lobby was clean and the front office staff was courteous. The elevator was broken down and carried our luggage upstairs. The hallway was dark and dirty. The walls need paint or at least a cleaning. The table inside the room had stains and food crumbs on it. The restroom seemed a bit rundown and the water was slow to drain out in the shower. I would not stay in this hotel again.

This hotel was our first option and my family and I were totally happy about it! The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious enough to handle a family of 4 (the rooms are super clean by the way!). The staff was very helpful and supportive! There is always someone ready to help you or smile at you when enjoying the hotel and its surroundings. The tennis court was in good conditions and we enjoyed the time there. One of the great treats that the hotel has is definitely the restaurant. The Garden Bistro was incredible! The food is tasteful, well serve, fresh, warm and just the way we liked it! We had the Chicken Burger and it was very well served. The Boneless plate was delicious and the sauces were just right! We paid for the breakfast and although it was too limited, we were able to add plates and the cost was not that much (I recommend you go for the option of a la carte).

Me gusta que está ubicado cerca de los lugares a donde vamos cuando visitamos Durango. Sus habitaciones son standard, no son elegantes, pero estan limpias, sus colchones y almohadas estan confortables, no habia pantalla smart, el elevador estaba fuera de servicio, tiene amplio estacionamiento, pero está al aire libre. Algo muy bueno es que las habitaciones tienen caja fuerte. Te proporcionan 2 botellas de aua embotellada diariamente. El hotel tiene una bonita piscina

The overall stay was comfortable and for the most part good service. Except for the front desk receptionist every single one of them had a bad attitude wouldn’t even greet you. Our daughter left a couple of days before we did and left a bag with items for us at the front desk because her flight was early and didn’t want to wake us. She was in another room and didn’t want to knock on our door. My husband went to ask for it they said there was nothing there for us. I verified with my daughter she said she did went to ask myself was told the same thing.We left cause we had an uber waiting for us came back in the evening tried our luck again one receptionist told us there was nothing while the other told us there was something but someone picked it up in the morning. I told her we asked in the morning but nothing was given to us. Long story short they finally found it after going through 4 people and they kept looking at us annoyed. We didn’t receive an apology for all the trouble and just asked that we sign for the bag. The elevator was broken the entire 10’days we were there making it extremely difficult with a toddler and stroller to go to the 2nd floor. Other than that cleaning staff was great and the stay was overall decent.

Es buen hotel. El único problema que tuve es que no me querían facturar, porque argumentaron que si pago en la app de Expedia el hotel ya no puede emitir CFDI’s. Al final sí me la emitieron, pero me dijeron que “por única ocasión”. Entonces les recomiendo que hablen al hotel antes de reservar para evitar estos contratiempos.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s so affordable for what you get. The staff is friendly and efficient, The rooms are spotless, They have a great pool and hot tub, They have an ice machine available for use on the second floor, And our favorite part was the food! The restaurant attached to the hotel is incredible. They have amazing dinner options as well as breakfast options, We have a playground that’s within the restaurant boundaries so the kids could burn off some energy while waiting for their food. We will absolutely stay here anytime we are in town!
