Ya le falta algo de mantenimiento, se ven algo antiguas algunas instalaciones. La alberca estaba fuera de funcionamiento, y parte por eso reservamos en este hotel, por la alberca techada. Lo que si estuvo muy bueno es el desayuno bufete, muy bien servido y rico! El staff también muy amable!

Ya le falta algo de mantenimiento, se ven algo antiguas algunas instalaciones. La alberca estaba fuera de funcionamiento, y parte por eso reservamos en este hotel, por la alberca techada. Lo que si estuvo muy bueno es el desayuno bufete, muy bien servido y rico! El staff también muy amable!

Tiene la ubicación perfecta para mis necesidades, a la entrada de la ciudad. Si vas con familia e hijos pequeños la alberca techada y climatizada es una gran ventaja, las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y no tan viejas. Ahora lo negativo: no tiene elevador así que si vas con muchas maletas pues vas a tener que hacer varios viajes, no vi a ningún botones o bellboy durante mi estancia para pedirle ayuda con las maletas. La maquina de hielo estaba fuera de servicio y no hay más que una sola, tuve que ir al comedor a pedir que en la barra del bar me dieran hielo. En el 2do piso la alfombra está remendada, con grapas en algunos tramos, da un aspecto de descuido o poco interés.

Tiene la ubicación perfecta para mis necesidades, a la entrada de la ciudad. We have stayed at this hotel many times as we travel from USA to San Miguel de Allende. It always seems to be “under renovation”. No rooms available on first floor, no lift to second floor. Hallway carpeting is in bad condition.

Fue una buena experiencia, el personal amable, me gustó mucho la alberca climatizada, te permiten estar hasta las 9 de la noche. Las instalaciones un poco viejas. Sien embargo bastante aceptables. Me volvería a hospedar. Si queda lejos del centro casi llegando a Ramos Arizpe. La comida está demasiado condimentada. No tienen alimentos ligeros por la noche. Consejo : hay que comprar algo de cena antes de llegar al hotel. Todo esta muy lejos.

Las instalaciones no estaban en buenas condiciones. Desde que entramos, el hotel olía a humedad y la alfombra de los pasillos estaba manchada. De hecho, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación porque nuestro cuarto tenía un horrible olor a humedad. Por suerte, el personal fue muy amable y nos resolvieron casi de inmediato.

Las instalaciones no estaban en buenas condiciones. Desde que entramos, el hotel olía a humedad y la alfombra de los pasillos estaba manchada. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well supplied. It would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker - we requested one and it was brought to our room. There was plenty of parking and multiple entrances so we were able to park right outside the room.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff in both the hotel and the attached restaurant were amazing: very helpful and professional. The room was very clean, with comfy bed linens and a robust AC system. The hotel is on a busy road, but we were toward the back of the propery and it was very quiet. There were no security concerns, and we were parked very close to our room. Overall, I felt this was a great value for the price.

Hallway is very bumpy, bathroom shower do not drain very well all the water came out of the shower we informed the front counter but no one care, The room to dark poor illumination. The only thing good was the bed and water shower pressure. Four Points/ Sheraton is just the name we are not going to stay there next trip.

Wie definiert man Sauberkeit. Alle Mittarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Allerdings gibt's in den Zimmern Teppiche. Tiere sind erlaubt und deswegen stinkt es auch wahrscheinlich. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen aber auch nicht schließen. Bei jedem Fahrzeug was an dem Hotel vorbei fährt hört es sich an als wenn das Auto durch das Zimmer fährt. Wenn ich pro Tag über 100 Euro bezahle erwarte ich ein Fenster was dicht ist mit dreifach Verglasung und kein einfach schiebe Fenster ohne Dichtung. Preis Leistung absolut unpassend. Nicht mehr als 50 Euro Wert.

Realicé mi reserva por este medio para pagarla directamente en el hotel y así poder facturarla sin embargo no me lo quisieron facturar dándome únicamente un recibo simple argumentándome que por cierre de mes ( 28 de feb) no me lo podían facturar y que lo hiciera directamente con la aplicación de hoteles , cuando no es la primera vez que reservo de esta manera para que el hotel me lo facture directamente por lo que se me hizo una muy mala atención por parte del personal

This used to be one of my "go to" spots in Saltillo. My recent stay may change that. Right now they are undergoing some much needed renovation. A good thing. BUT check in was extremely slow, the area around the hotel contains a lot of construction debris and materials, the room lights did not work, the "free" beer was terrible, dinner service was slow, breakfast was totally cold. Even the fresh pan of eggs was cold when placed on the service area. Overall, maybe this should be a place ready in 6 more months.

This is an old hotel with very poor maintenance. The fact that is being renovated does not mean it should be dirty, and it was, walls, carpets, corridor. They checked us in, but the room was not ready. It took them 45 additional minutes to fix us a room because personnel wasn't available.

Marriot's Noise/Party is inexistent. The room next door hosted a "Team Party" and had well over 6 people who continuously kept slamming the room's door, shouting, and dribbling balls through 1:00am. We had to call the hotel's lobby/helpdesk 3 times with no resolution.

Hotel en aparente remodelación. Alfombras de pasillos muy sucias y con mal olor. Alberca muy sucia y sin control de la gente. Un grupo de personas metieron al área de alberca bocinas, cervezas, perros y se adueñan del área. Nadie dijo nada. Dejaron desechos de los perros y toda la basura y nadie recoge. En el comedor dos personas para atender un comedor de 60 personas en el desayuno.

Hotel en aparente remodelación. Alfombras de pasillos muy sucias y con mal olor. Alberca muy sucia y sin control de la gente. Un grupo de personas metieron al área de alberca bocinas, cervezas, perros y se adueñan del área. Nadie dijo nada. Dejaron desechos de los perros y toda la basura y nadie recoge. This hotel is my go to spot in Saltillo. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. The only negatives; dimly lit rooms, lack of variety on their restaurant menu, and the property is older and could use some upgraded maintenance. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

El personal amable pero, tras un mes, no han podido resolver un error de cargo doble por una estancia a principios de Febrero. El desayuno incluido esta bien, nada del otro mundo, cumple. Ya se sienten los años, en alfombras ralas, drenajes lentos, chapas / llaves / termostatos que no funcionan siempre, muebles de varios estilos en el restaurant y otros detalles. Al parecer están empezando una remodelación.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well supplied. It would be nice to have an in-room coffee maker - we requested one and it was brought to our room. There was plenty of parking and multiple entrances so we were able to park right outside the room.

Tiene la ubicación perfecta para mis necesidades, a la entrada de la ciudad. Si vas con familia e hijos pequeños la alberca techada y climatizada es una gran ventaja, las habitaciones son limpias, cómodas y no tan viejas. Ahora lo negativo: no tiene elevador así que si vas con muchas maletas pues vas a tener que hacer varios viajes, no vi a ningún botones o bellboy durante mi estancia para pedirle ayuda con las maletas. La maquina de hielo estaba fuera de servicio y no hay más que una sola, tuve que ir al comedor a pedir que en la barra del bar me dieran hielo. En el 2do piso la alfombra está remendada, con grapas en algunos tramos, da un aspecto de descuido o poco interés.

Check in was easy, the staff was friendly! Some work needs to be done on the hotel but they are in the middle of renovating. Inside the rooms are nice and clean, the hallways need to be updated- which I think they are working on. The hotel is located on a very busy intersection so be prepared for that when getting in and out. However, it’s quiet and clean.

This used to be one of my "go to" spots in Saltillo. My recent stay may change that. Right now they are undergoing some much needed renovation. A good thing. BUT check in was extremely slow, the area around the hotel contains a lot of construction debris and materials, the room lights did not work, the "free" beer was terrible, dinner service was slow, breakfast was totally cold. Even the fresh pan of eggs was cold when placed on the service area. Overall, maybe this should be a place ready in 6 more months.

El servicio en el comedor, a la hora de tomar el desayuno es deficiente y el personal no hace mucho por atender las peticiones. Se restringieron a mantener los alimentos en el buffet pero sin preocuparse por otros aspectos de servicio de los comensales. Además con el objeto de cumplir con el horario comienzan a recoger los alimentos unos minutos antes y no avisan a los comensales que lo van hacer por lo que al momento de pasar al buffet por un segundo tiempo resulta que ya no hay nada aún cuando faltan minutos para que se cumpla el horario y además se niegan a servir de lo que ya recogieron bajo el pretexto de que ya" la comida sobrante se tiró a la basura" cuando hace apenas unos segundos la quitaron del buffet.

Pésima estancia. Dos días tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente en la habitación. En un caso el problema duró más de dos horas, en el otro un rato. Sin embargo, en general el agua de la regadera nunca estuvo muy caliente, además la calefacción de la alberca tampoco funcionaba. Los desayunos poca variedad y siempre lo mismo. El edificio está en malas condiciones y en la recepción te acusan de mentir cuando les dices que no hay agua caliente. Cero points!

el hotel esta muy limpio, la verdad esque todo el tiempo se ve personal de limpieza trapeando , aseando baños, mesas etc, el unico detalle esque no sabiamos que aceptaban mascotas y cuando preguntamos nos indicaron que eran de servicio lo cual no parecia porque habia bastantes. lo unico malo es la comida, es terrible, es un restaurante arabe en un hotel que nada que ver, deberian reconsiderar hacer un restaurante normal menu variado y cambiar el cocinero porque la verdad es pesima la comida un disculpa al chef pero si es muy malo

This hotel is my go to spot in Saltillo. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast is tasty. The only negatives; dimly lit rooms, lack of variety on their restaurant menu, and the property is older and could use some upgraded maintenance. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

After my previous month review of two stars, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay. The front desk was efficient and friendly. The food order from room service can as expected. The hamburger was overcooked but maybe that was my fault by not ordering it properly. The beers were cold. Overall good job. The property is extremely pet friendly. AND THAT IS APPRECIATED. Maybe my next visit will include this hotel. MY wish if for more consistency.
