Amazing! Staff were so accommodating and helpful and the entire building had so many facilities (some we discovered on the last day and unfortunately had no time to try out)! Will definitely be back and this time, ready for the pool! Also this points for metro being a walkable distance and having lots of food and convenience stores nearby!

Loved the location of this hotel!! Easy access off of the highway. A 7-10 minute walk to the metro station, then 30 minute ride to Sol Station which is walkable to most of what you want to see in Madrid. We purchased 10 trips on the Metro for less and 8 Euros, which more than got us through two days of going back and forth into Madrid. Way better and cheaper than trying to drive into Madrid proper and park!! The staff were attentive and were helpful with all of our questions about navigating Madrid. Having safe, underground parking was huge. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel- rooms are really nice and clean. Our room was close to the main reception so we were concerned about noise but couldn’t hear a thing through the walls. The pool and rooftop was the highlight- beautiful views. Area surrounding has a supermarket 5 mins away and some local resultants. Metro easy to walk to around 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend 😊

Encantadas mi hija y yo es un lugar apartado del centro de Madrid pero con todo en el hotel para disfrutar. El gym esta muy equipado y la alberca en la azotea es fascinante. La habitación es amplia con cocina, horno, cafetera, placa de estufa y lavavajillas como lavarrastos y solo falta lavadora pero hay lavanderia de pago por aplicacion en el hotel. Un espacio de cine encantador con.pantalla gigante y un billar que nos gusto mucho. Area de networking y un espacio con maquinas abastecedoras. El personalbes muy amable y atentisca las necesidades asi como las personas de aseo. Recomiendo ampliamente este lugar

This property was impeccably clean and very well maintained. They were so meticulous with providing 2 each of dining utensils and plates/cups/bowls. The 24 hour service desk was very nice because our flight arrived at 1am. There is a gym and laundry service that you can use through the appWash app.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. However, the check-in was long, and we had to pay to use the washing machine. The shower in our room lacked a wall or glass, resulting in everything getting wet. Furthermore, the pool was unclean, preventing us from using it. Additionally, our window was too low where people from the outside could see us, so we had to keep the curtains closed. If you seek a hotel experience where all amenities are included, this establishment may not be the best fit. On the positive side, there was a mall just a 15-minute walk away, but the food options nearby were limited.

We did not use the parking garage. Staff was very attentive and resourceful. Very nice staff. Room was clean, we experienced a lot of little ants. Kitchen was clean and useful. Some of the pots and pan handles need attention. Me and my son really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for everything. God bless

One of the cleanest places that I have been to! The hotel is brand new, very clean and beautiful, modern. I’d definitely go back. The bed is good, the kitchen works fine, there are pans, dishes and silverware. The doors and walls are thick, it isolates the sound. Very good place. The location is also good. Quiet. New neighborhood, I felt safe, walked late at night coming back from the subway (Valdecarros), there are restaurants and bars, people walking, good environment. It’s located in a new neighborhood, I didn’t feel danger at all. And it’s beautiful and way more peaceful than downtown Madrid. My only suggestion is a blackout curtain in the living room (people passing on the street can see the entire room if you’re at the ground floor), a dish drainer and more equipments for the gym (you gotta use your creativity due to the lack of equipments and weights). The rest is perfect!

Feels too far removed from city to enjoy. Not much to do in surrounding neighborhood. First floor room was very noisy. Showers were dirty, very little toilet paper given, room only turned over every 3 days, trash wasn’t even taken out. No AC so nights got really hot. Nice refrigerator and front desk staff. It’s fine for if you’re on a budget and don’t care about amenities.

Hotel nuevo. Estuvimos en un apartamento moderno que consta de cocina y sala integrados, habitación y baño. La cocina bien equipada, con todo lo necesario. Incluye cafetera de capsulas Nespresso. Zona muy tranquila con estación de metro: Valdecarros (extremo línea 1 a 10 mins andando). Personal muy atento. Incluye parking aunque en la zona hay muchas plazas disponibles. Muy adecuado para llegar a Madrid en coche y moverte luego en transporte público.

I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

La edificación es nueva y por ello las instalaciones q en general estan bien. El apartamento esta bien. La ducha no tiene mampara y esta a ras de suelo por lo que todo se llena de agua y es una auténtica piscina, sin poder casi volver a hacer uso. En el baño falta algun armario o repisas para poder dejar las cosas de aseo. En la habitación no hay cajones solo armario para colgar. La cama esta correcta aunque suena.
La edificación es nueva y por ello las instalaciones q en general estan bien. El apartamento esta bien. La ducha no tiene mampara y esta a ras de suelo por lo que todo se llena de agua y es una auténtica piscina, sin poder casi volver a hacer uso. O hotel é maravilhoso, super novo e extremamente bonito! O staff foi incrível e hotel possui ótimas comodidades como academia, um espaço com vending machines, coworking e jogos! Com certeza numa próxima ida a Madrid ficaremos por lá novamente.

Me ha parecido un alojamiento perfecto, limpio, nuevo, bien cuidado, silencioso, con todas las facilidades, super mercado Mercadona a 5 min caminando, lugares para pasear , facilidad de aparcamiento frente a los apartamentos y tienen parking gratuito . Excepcional trato por parte del personal de recepción, tanto Beatriz, Marina y destacar a Yujun Feng , siempre facilitando las cosas. Amabilidad y buen trato. Piscina de azotea ideal para un chapuzón , zona de sillones en la terraza geniales para pasar un rato agradable a la sombra . Un gran descubrimiento !! Un 10 en todo, no tengo ni un pero. Gracias

Loved the location of this hotel!! Easy access off of the highway. A 7-10 minute walk to the metro station, then 30 minute ride to Sol Station which is walkable to most of what you want to see in Madrid. We purchased 10 trips on the Metro for less and 8 Euros, which more than got us through two days of going back and forth into Madrid. Way better and cheaper than trying to drive into Madrid proper and park!! The staff were attentive and were helpful with all of our questions about navigating Madrid. Having safe, underground parking was huge. Would recommend staying here!

Very satisfied from the money I stepped into the reception, beautiful and clean environment. Amazing and supportive staffs. Its more than a hotel with everything you need in your room. 4 minutes walk to Metro station direct to city centre. Foods, groceries store and bar around. I feel very comfortable all my stay. Excellent hotel- rooms are really nice and clean. Our room was close to the main reception so we were concerned about noise but couldn’t hear a thing through the walls. The pool and rooftop was the highlight- beautiful views. Area surrounding has a supermarket 5 mins away and some local resultants. Metro easy to walk to around 10 minutes away. Would highly recommend 😊

Very nice, clean, modern facilities. Located 400 yards from a nice shopping center La Gavia. I believe there is a metro station close. But that's pretty much all in the surroundings.

I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

Pese a que pareciera estar lejos del centro, la proximidad de una boca de metro hace que sea un sitio ideal como base para visitar la ciudad de Madrid. El espacio y concepto es diferente al de un hotel, me gustó incluso más ya que te ofrece una libertad y te sientes como en casa. Un aspecto muy positivo es tener parking en el mismo edificio y una piscina que, aunque pequeña, funcional para refrescarse. El barrio es tranquilo, lo cual hace que a la tarde/noche puedas pasear o tapear en los bares que hay cerca. El apartamento en sí, muy bien distribuido, iluminado y limpio. La cama y almohadas muy bien también, aunque esto es mi parecer. Ya se sabe que a cada uno le gusta de manera distinta, pero la dureza del colchón y altura y tacto de las almohadas eran de mi agrado. Tiene un espacio de sofá y tele para relajarse cuando llegas de fuera. En general, muy bien.

Amazing! Staff were so accommodating and helpful and the entire building had so many facilities (some we discovered on the last day and unfortunately had no time to try out)! Will definitely be back and this time, ready for the pool! Also this points for metro being a walkable distance and having lots of food and convenience stores nearby!

This property was impeccably clean and very well maintained. They were so meticulous with providing 2 each of dining utensils and plates/cups/bowls. The 24 hour service desk was very nice because our flight arrived at 1am. There is a gym and laundry service that you can use through the appWash app.
