I liked the hot breakfast but wasn’t too happy that there were signs up asking guests to not take food to their rooms - this is a very convenient part of a complementary breakfast is the option to finish getting ready in your room while eating breakfast. The pool had sharp tiles that cut my kid’s foot pretty significantly - to the point we had to leave and put pressure on it to stop the bleeding before finding him a band aid. The water slide shot the kids out pretty fast into a shallow pool with gritty grip bottom and scratched up their feet. Several other guest found themselves cut and bleeding while we were in the pool too. The room had frayed carpet at the doorway of the bathroom and the carpet gripping pins kept stabbing our feet.

The hot tub was boiling hot to the point where some people were getting burned went to the front desk and informed them about it the person that was working the desk said I should just use the pool and I should tell other guests to not go in the hut tub it is not my job to do that he should have put a note saying to not use the pool also informed the front desk about my room Ac leaking and the lady was like oh it is normal when I was in turkey the AC leaked we’re not in turkey she should have changed the Ac but the from desk agents expect me to do their job instead of actually coming and helping I was very disappointed with the answers I got from the agents. Housekeeping did an amazing job after all with the clean room

The hotel was comfortable for one night. Our breakfast was quite good, closed a bit early for travellers wanting to rest. Our biggest disappointment is that the pool closed at 9pm. We did t check in till 6:30, went for dinner, got back at 8:30 and the kids wanted to go swimming but for 1/2 hr it didn’t make sense.

The room was great. Comfortable bed. The swimming pool was a good temperature. Usually the pools are cool, not this hotel. It was nice and warm. Great selection for breakfast. My partner and I had a wonderful stay.

Our room faced the street so we had to have the fan run in order to help with the street noise. I booked here because it had a pool and water slide for my grandkids. I wasn’t happy when we went to swim Monday and there was private swimming lessons in the pool, which is on the smaller side. The instructor put a rope up cutting the pool in half. The breakfast wasn’t bad other than having to ask for yogurt, she did bring out 3-6 when asked. The breakfast room is a little small for the size of the hotel and number of guests.

Great stay, room was perfect. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Pool was disappointing, very crowed, water was a bit merky, out of towels so had to go to the front desk soaking wet. I know there’s nothing they can do about the crowded pool but maybe keep a better eye on the towels and water quality.

I tried calling the front desk about 15 times. I finally called the actual hotel phone number to get through. I asked for two extra blankets and they would only give me one There were hairs in my bed when I pulled the sheets down. It is disgusting here and I don’t want to even spend one night here.

Room was disgustingly filthy with dust. I had a bad reaction and broke out everywhere my skin was exposed. The manager was very rude when I showed him pictures of the filth and said it was impossible when I said I found a long dark curly hair on a hung up towel. Everything in room was orderly and clean. Bed was comfy and clean. The shower had poor water pressure and the tub drained slowly. I also found a cockroach in the bathroom in the morning. Everything besides the tub was great, so I was shocked to see a small cockroach. I told the manager as I checked out and they said they hadn’t had similar complaints and would look into it. Had I known I would not have stayed. I hope they are not in my bags.

Pleasant staff. Room was a good size with a sitting area and desk with a close able door to the bedroom. Nice if one of you gets up earlier, or has some work to do. The bathroom and kitchen area were clean. However, the room was a little musty like it had once been a smoking room. Bed was comfortable.

A lot of street traffic noise and the room temperature was too warm. It was set to 74 F and we couldn’t turn it down. We like to sleep in a cooler room. We turned the thermostat control to high fan and that turned on the fan under the window. It created enough white noise to drown out the street noise and cooled the room enough to sleep. We were given one bath towel, one hand towel and two face cloths for a 2 person stay. We made do and didn’t ask for more. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The beds were like sleeping on a hard box. Probably the worst beds I’ve ever come across in a hotel. Wishing I had taken a photo so I could prove to them they really are trying to pass off a wooden box as a mattress.

When I checked in, the room wasn’t ready but the manager found me an upgrade to a jacuzzi suite at no charge. The breakfast was the best I have seen at any Comfort Inn I’ve stayed. The lady in charge of the breakfast was excellent and needs to be commended

When my son & daughter-in-law went to check into the Expedia prepaid room they were informed they would only take a credit card for the pre authorization, they do not have a credit card that is why I had prepaid the room. They offered to do debit or pay cash but they would not allow it & would not let them check in, I spoke to the front desk person & offered my credit card info, I would email or text them a copy of the card & my ID or sign an authorization form & again they refused. I ended up booking with a different hotel where they checked in without an issue

Will not book here again, due to management. I had booked this to stay with my mother. I reside within the city and she is from out of province, but I wanted her to experience all of what Calgary has to offer. One of the employees was excellent. There was an error in the booking dates. The one employee, Ahmed was amazing and incredibly reasonable. He attempted to transition us to a room two doors down so that we only had to move our belongings down the hallway. The manager on the other hand was terrible, rude and not accomodating whatsoever. So much so, that he made us exit the hotel for 5 hours while they cleaned a room, then forced us to re-book into another room with AN ADDITIONAL SECURITY deposit. Hotel was clean otherwise, breakfast was great. Terrible management is my complaint - Gautam was the manager on duty whom made the experience awful.

I booked trip for 4 people. But we were given 2 rooms on separate floors. 1- 2nd floor 2- 4th floor with baby. We told them we have a small baby. Give us room together. They said they are busy. Those are the only rooms available. My question is if I am doing booking for 4 people together. I want rooms together. If I wanted separate rooms, I could have booked separately. Host at reception was very rude.

I liked the location of the hotel as it is a short walk to the LRT station to get to the Saddledome. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The area around the hotel isn't great, but seemed reasonably safe. Quite a few restaurants nearby.

This hotel was perfectly fine for our needs. Friendly staff, clean/updated room, easy parking, and affordable. My only complaint would be that our room faced McLeod Trail so it was a little noisy but it didn’t bother us too much. Would stay here again.

I asked for a room on the otherside of the building. They said they didn't have one but would put us on tge 4th floor. I have stayed here before and always get a room on the other side because of the traffic noise. It was so loud that even my husbad could not sleep. The noise diminished about 3 am but started back up at 6:30. As a result, we were exhausted the next day. Tip for everyone booking- request a room on the side away from the traffic when you book don't wait until you arrive.

Nothing special for the rooms. The breakfast was great though. They had hot items, a make-your-own waffle station and pastries, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, etc. Go early because at the busy times they didn't have everything they had the day prior at the early time. Request the back of the building because the street noise from the road was so loud. It kept me up. Super loud. They need washcloths. We had none. My teens asked for more towels for me after swimming, and they told them to just use pool towels. Not ideal. Overall, it was okay. I don't think I'd stay here again though unless it's super, super cheap and I could get a back room.
