If you ended up parking at the back, you have to buzz in and wait for the door to be manually opened to get in. To get out, you have to wait for someone to to take you to the door and let you out. If you don't know this, then you have to walk around the alley and walk uphill driveway to the main lobby.

Very Kind employee's that I met in all Departments at this location. Very clean room and all amenities fully stocked. Nice selection of coffee's and tea's in room; aswell as numerous Channel's I was not even aware of including Disney (for families; yea!!!). They do have a business centre but no printer: that has to be done at the desk. The room I stayed in the lamps did not work by the bedside; lightbulbs must need changing, and there was no phone use from my room available, even to check for messages at the front desk. Beautiful selection in the continental breakfast available. Would recommend to others.

Front desk - very friendly people. Breakfast - decent food (pancake, egg, sausage, hashbrown, etc ) Location - accessible to TimHortons, McDonalds, other Asian food options; near the mall. Free Parking. We loved the pool. Cons: parking area, always full, little space, and first come first serve. Its an old building.

Liked location and breakfast was fine. Didn't have a warm welcome like other hotels. Felt they were understaffed. A little outdated. The hot tub was warm and jets didn't work. The smoked detector beeped every 31 seconds at 12:30 am on our first night. The front desk said maintenance will be in at 8am, no offer to change rooms until we went downstairs to face them. He had to call in for approval to give us an upgrade.

The air conditioner and toilet were noisy. Hard to sleep with the a/c noise. Breakfast area is too small, staff couldn't keep up with refilling food (I wouldn't say that was their fault). Parking is too tight. Need more furniture carts. The hot tub wasn't very warm, and the pool area chlorination seemed a bit much. Went in once and my eyes were buggingi me the next day. Bed was rather comfortable, a little too soft but that's preference.

Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber es könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Das Schwimmbad war auch sauber und gepflegt, der Whirlpool funktionierte zum Teil nicht. Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Staff is great, the property is older but well maintained. Hot tub was unfortunately not very hot. We have stayed here a few times now in the past years as its convenient for our needs and would go back.

Dirty Kleenex on the counter in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. Then our toilet was broken so we called down the maintenance worker came promptly and said he fixed the issue. We left the room for the evening for the hockey game when we returned my husband used the bathroom in which the toilet was acting up again, back flowing and unusable. We called down again and no one came to fix it. The lady at the front desk did let us use the bathroom on the main floor upon check out she was very nice. But the over all experience here was terrible for this stay.

Nice hotel but found our floor/room musty and humid. We did find black mold in areas of our room and we did notice the effects of it. I had to used my rescue often. The hotel needs a good cleaning. Our window was dirty enough to obscure the light/view and areas of the hotel needed a clean. However, the beds were comfy, the room was a good enough six for our needs, the staff were kind (although they didn’t seem to happy), the pool and hot tub looked nice and clean-we didn't use them. Our room had a cool view of the Ctrains and some air traffic. The restaurant was great, they had big screens playing sports games and the food was delicious. Drink options are a little limited. I did use the online check in to enter vehicle and credit card details, but had to repeat the process and pay a $200 deposit. I’m not sure we would stay here again but we did have an okay stay.

Property was clean, no issues there. Staff was very good. Room did not have a microwave. The door has very poor seals and large undercut and lots of light from the corridor comes into the room when you are trying to sleep. We used pillows to block the light. Desk chair is in very poor condition, and is wobbly to use. Bed comforter very thin, not warm. Complimentary breakfast was good. We didn't try the pool.

Hotel was clean but the C-train runs behind it and it's not very well insulated so it's a bit noisy at night. It needs an update to the shower head and the office chair but the bed was comfy.

Breakfast was good, room was clean, tv needed the maitre’d to come by and spend 10 minutes with before deciding we could only watch internet tv, couldn’t watch sports or the hockey game, then the Internet nature show we watched would buffer and freeze, oh well, not a big deal. Only double beds, too small when you’re used to a king size, that’s my own fault for not spending more to get room with a king size bed. All in all very happy with our stay here, will be back next time we need a room in Calgary.

The room was clean and mainly a quiet hotel. Issues I had were, wifi kept dropping every few mins on all my devices and the water pressure was low in the bathroom. Nice hotel besides these issues.

The toilet in the room wouldn’t stop running and they didn’t have a part to fix it. I had a king bed room and was told I could stay but I would have to fix the toilet every time I used it, they offered me another room with double beds and when I asked if it would be a discounted I was told no it would be the same rate. Then my room key wouldn’t work every day I had to get them to reprogram it. The third level smelled of mildew overall a terrible stay.

Check in was painfully slow with huge line up even on a Sunday. Deposit was higher than quoted on phone. Locked bathrooms on ground floor. Elevator was broken. Pop machines sold out. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Parking was very small. Many homeless/junkies in walking distance.

My aunt’s necklace diamond pendant accidentally fell off the sink. My aunt has spoken the front desk and requested an assistance from the maintenance/plumber. That was about 7:30 am, the guys from the maintenance came after maybe an hour, which was just perfect after we had our breakfast, filipino maintenance guys were able to open the pipe and found my aunt’s diamond necklace! She was sooo happy and appreciated those guys so much!

Absolutely love the pool! We’ve stayed here before, so it was wonderful to stay here again. I do have a little bit of confusion. What is the point of having early check in online where you give a photo of your drivers license, you check in and you include a credit card When you have to do all the same things as soon as you arrive physically. It seems kind of pointless to do it all online if you have to do it all over again in person.

My stay at this hotel was terrible. The elevator was not working, which already made the experience unpleasant. On top of that, I accidentally left two pieces of clothing in the room (a pajama top and a Nike sweatshirt). I called the hotel four times, and no one could give me a clear answer. After much insistence, only the pajama was returned, while the Nike sweatshirt was never found, even though I know they were left together in the same spot. This shows that staff are not reliable when it comes to guests' personal belongings. Customer service was extremely poor, and I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Love their breakfast selection that included boiled eggs, omelet, sausage, hash browns, bacon. Shout out to the breakfast staff for promptly cleaning the tables and replenishing the hot food so we didn't have to wait too long for a new batch of food! Appreciated the room's large resting/sitting area and the extra sink. Bed was very comfortable. The room was clean but the decor looked a bit outdated compared to the website pictures. Our room was on the first floor but their elevator wasn't working so had to use the stairs. The coffee/tea machines don't look like it's been cleaned properly - the first one had some green mold, and white caked-on residues and dust inside the water reservoir and the replacement maker also had white caked-on residues and dust inside the water reservoir. Thankfully there was a (hot & cold) water dispenser in the breakfast room so I could still have my tea for breakfast but the hot water would run out or not be hot enough. There was no microwave in our room but there was a microwave in the large sitting area beside the reception.
