We stayed one night, paid the $5. Per day parking for 12 days and feel we got the best deal ever. Our total price was only 40 dollars more than the park and fly!!!! And ours included door to door drop off shuttle that was fast and had incredible drivers. So happy we chose this hotel. It was a great start and finish to our vacation. Thank you!

The location was good, clean and the staff were kind and accommodating. The a/c in our room did not work well and the room was warm. The hot tub was not hot, and the ladder to get in and out was unstable. The parking was great!

I was only there for one night, but the registration was fast with a polite, knowledgeable staff member. I did not have the chance to use the amenities, but there were many activities available. My room was clean with everything I needed stocked in the room. My only negative was that the airport shuttle only went once per hour.

Room was very comfortable. Sadly no breakfast included in the price. Moxies next door opens at 7am and may not be for early flights. Airport shuttle was the alternate ++. I would stay there again.

Property is very nice. The restaurants on site are excellent.The staff is exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. Athletic facility and pool on site. Negative is location in that there is nothing within walking distance so if you won’t have a car, bring everything you might need with you.

Renovated Nicky but could use an upgrade on the bathrooms and there was no hot water! Used the gym and pool, both are small but good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The bed had significant amount of hair in the sheets, and what look like dirt. Bathroom shower was beyond dated with grout peeling The staff quickly changed rooms to find the next room very similar, lobby and other seemed nice and remodeled but I would not stay again.. On the other hand the restaurant was delicious.

Our room was filthy when we arrived. When we complained and got a different room, the new room provided was dirty. If it wasn’t for the fact that we were exhausted at this point (it was around 1 a.m. when we arrived and settled due to our flight) we would have complained again.

The location is great and having Moxie's onsite is great. The rooms are not in great shape. The tap in our bathroom leaked and soaked all our bathroom belongings. The bathtub was dirty.

This is typically our go to hotel for overnight layover stays and until now we’ve had great experiences. There was one front desk agent for a very long line of check ins which I felt more bad for him than having to wait a bit longer to get checked in. The room was renovated but dirty. Both nightstands had coffee stains, the microwave didn’t work properly and was dirty/stained inside and the bathroom had a lot of hair and dust. My husband called the front desk about the coffee stains and microwave, was told someone would come fix the reported issues, and no one ever did. Super disappointed by the overall stay.

Had issues with the wifi in our room and the ac was not working properly so it was extremely hot in the room. Location wise it is good if you’re there for a festival/concert.

What I liked: Check-in staff very welcoming, spacious room, great shower, multiple dining options, comfortable king size bed. What I didn’t like: Older room with baseboard heating with old very loud air conditioner that just couldn’t get the room very cool. I usually use the a/c as white noise, but this was too loud. Bathroom mirror was missing on one side of the wall. Was given the accessibility room even though I don’t need one.

TV reception was terrible in all 3 rooms for group. Air conditioner made vibration sound and filter and coil was plugged with lint. Bathroom sink was cracked. Bathroom door hinges squeaked…loudly…enough to wake up a sleeping person. The bathroom vent system sounds like a jet engine. The pillows are uncomfortable…too firm/thick. And the internet is terrible. The phone symbol does a good signal, but content does not load.

The male front desk service when i was checking in last midnight between july 1 and 2 was terrible, i have told him many times i will pay my room thru debit and the deposit thru credit card, i tried many credit cards just to see that he is charging the room plus the deposit that is why the credit card kept on declining, he kept me going back and forth more than 3 times and i was coming from a 5 hour road trip, very inconsiderate and insensitive. I know they are also busy but please do think visitors who come late at night are also exhausted.

Did not answer the phone for shuttle pick up from the airport. Subsequently had to take a cab. Would not reimburse for cab fare. The reason they didn’t answer the phone was because the manager said they were too busy at 9:30 pm

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was very friendly. Room was clean, spacious and bed was very comfortable. We also had dinner at Chop restaurant which was very delicious. For a 1 night stay to be near the airport for a flight the next morning i would definitely recommend it.

The staff are excellent, very courteous, friendly and had a sincere smile. I find most Hotels to be the same, as far as facilities goes. Nothing new under the sun. It is the staff that make the difference. And the Sandman has excellent staff.

I really liked this hotel for the following reasons: free hotel shuttle in the directions (call from the airport); free parking on site; Moxies and Chop Steakhouse restaurants on site (since there are no other dining options within walking distance); large, spacious and comfortable rooms; fridge, coffee maker, flatscreen television, excellent wifi, and air conditioning/heating in room; excellent gym on site with new machines; friendly staff; clean bathroom with fluffy towels and extra amenities like shampoo and conditioner bottles; nicely decorated rooms and lobby. The hotel is currently under renovation. This didn't disturb my stay, but there was a bit of noise that might disturb some guests. Also, no free breakfast included, but I knew this going in, and I needed to leave early, so it wasn't an issue for me. Overall, an excellent stay! I definitely would stay here again for location, amenities and comfort!

The Moxie restaurant was dirty. We ate out on patio & not clean under boothes & flowers dried out & bad looking. Made us wonder how clean kitchen was. Wouldn’t go there again.

Restaurant was great. King room suite had pocket door so kids playing hockey in the hall did not disturb. Pool crowded with kids so swim when they are out at games. Very comfy beds
