We stayed for 2 nights. The hot tub was not working during our entire stay (very disappointing!) The pool is quite small for a hotel of this size. The breakfarst area was so packed we had to leave and come back twice in order to find a space to eat. The grounds were quite pretty and the food at the restaurant across the parking lot was really good.

Wonderful hotel for the family. Everything was clean, the beds were super comfy and the pool and whirlpool were prestine. Location was very convenient and the staff was friendly always. Breakfast was normal, nothing fancy, but is free so, that's ok. Enjoy your stay here!

We liked the options served in the breakfast. It was adequate and had variety. The breakfast lady was nice and made vegetarian omelette for us on the day when there was Bacon omelette on the menu. Nice small exercise area and was clean. The pool was clean. What we did not like is the sofa bed. It's advertised that room can accomodate up to 6 people. The sofa bed meant for 2 people was really springy and horrible to sleep on. No one could really on the sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was not made and had hair all over the sofa. We asked to clean. They made the bed with no extra pillow or duvet. The hair were still there. We called again and was told supervisor permission is needed and only the thin blanket comes with the sofa duvet. We finally got the duvet and pillow but shouldn't have to make that many calls. The hair on the sofa and crumb were always on the floor and sofa bed until we left from our 5 night visit. I don't think they vacuum. They also had younge girls / boys stay on our floor and they were having a party all night. No one could sleep. There was no noise control. Overall I give my stay a 3 stars mainly because the breakfast options was satisfying otherwise 2.

The hotel was reasonably priced and staff were friendly. Cleanliness was average. The room was clean but the hot tub felt slimy and gritty like sand or dirt in the tub). The room we stayed in had a REALLY bright spot light shining directly into our window and the curtains didn’t do a great job at blocking the light so I had a bright light shining in my eyes all night. Bed was comfy though. Breakfast was average. Nothing spectacular or anything to complain about either.

We felt very welcome by the staff. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The only downside was a musty smell (possibly old carpeting although it looked stain free). Overall, a good stay.

The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. The air conditioner sounded like there was a truck in the room we could not have it on at night due to the extreme loudness. The continental breakfast was good with a nice variety and some items that were changed daily. The staff were kind and helpful. Overall we have no complaints aside from the air conditioning unit being loud.

Convenient hotel for south Calgary. Not noisy despite being on Macleod Trail. The rooms were large and well appointed. Some older fixtures, but serviceable. Clean and friendly staff. Good breakfast with nice options and quality. Toilet was a real water hog though - old fixture. Only real complaint was the toilet paper - rather coarse and thin. Would stay again.

Not worth the price. I stayed 2 times this month. Payed around the same both times. First time I stayed my room was 1/3rd of the size as my room the 2nd time. Even though they were the same price. The air conditioners including the thermostats in both rooms are from the 80’s. they also have movement sensors for when the temp kicks in. Doesn’t matter what temp it’s set at. It will turn off if you didn’t move around every 5-10 mins. Woke up in a pool of sweat for this reason the first night. Luckily they fixed it the 2nd night. I also looked in the one air conditioner and there was years worth of dust in the filter. I have a pic of it. 4 nights after both stays. Little over 240 per night. 1100$ total. Need to Update the tvs, air conditioners, thermostats, and the elevators.

My mom had hurt her knee the day we got there and had a knee brace and was in a wheelchair. The staff did not ask if we wanted an accessible room or anything to help her as i had stated she has trouble moving. I went down the third night to ask of there was anything to help her for the room. They asked if i was asking to switch rooms. I said or anything to make it easier for her. The staff said oh we have a shower chair she could use. Why no one offered this the first night? They said oh because they probably forgot. My mom couldnt get into the shower and had trouble getting into the bathroom with her wheelchair. Dissapointing. Also. Dissapointing to learn they had a walk in shower too that they did not offer. Also, the hot tub was broken and they couldnt get it fixed til next week. The reason we booked that hotel was for the hot tub.

Only when you state that you’d like the reservation cancelled will they talk about anything other than a credit card. Convenient location with lots of options for dining. Located beside a police station and right off the highway. Parking was easy as the lot was spacious - even when shared with the Avis car rentals. Free breakfast was nice but basic - breakfast was available from 6-10AM. We had sausages, eggs, pancakes. They also offered yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice, and a variety of bread. One thing to note - if you’re a light sleeper, try staying on the highest floor as you may hear movement from neighbours above (the building is 4 floors). Overall good stay and would recommend.

In my opinion it would be beneficial to have some sort of restaurant or pub on site. I'm also not a fan of the pump style, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you're taking a bath you have to stand up, sit down, stand up, sit down. I stayed for two nights and each night only received one pack of coffee. Had to ask front staff for more. They were happily able to provide but it's inconvenient.
