Delta hotels was beautiful. Our room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice. The bed was comfy. The location is hard to beat. A 15 minute ride from the airport and walkable to everywhere in downtown, Prince’s Island park, Peace bridge, the stampede area and Calgary tower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for 2 nights with kids. Front desk staff were excellent and helpful. Unfortunately though housekeeping did not clean our room at all nor replaced any towels. Seems like our room was forgotten? We followed staff instructions to fill out the card and hang it by our door knob.

Overall experience was good. However, when charges are so high, they should consider at least grab & go breakfast for everyone. Management should be smart enough to provide enough supply based on occupancy. We booked for 2+1 but only couple of bath towels were provided. I should not have to ask for extras to room service. Quality of coffee provided in room is average. Surprised to see no vending machines for Tea/ coffee. There are few pantry options available for free to platinum members but they can also tell about those to regular visitors even if they are paid. Lastly, please consider better restaurant options with more options on the menu. Current restaurant focus on bar then food.
