2nd time staying here. Parking is easy, staff is very helpful and checking in and out is easy. Great location easy to get to and around from. Lots of great food options in walking distance also the attached Shoe and Canoe has some tasty food and drinks and Brewed Awakening is equally fantastic. The pool and hot tub area seem somewhat clean with the exception of the dirt ring in the hot tub and what seemed like a lot of chemicals in the hot tub causing eyes to burn. A Reasonably priced comparitive hotel that we enjoyed our so much the first time and equally the second time and when we return to Calgary will most certainly make an effort to stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Building was clean and centrally located in downtown Calgary close to shops and restaurants. Property is also close to the freeway if you’re traveling in and out of downtown. Our room was clean and modern with a nice view. One amenity I found exceptional was the fitness center. If working out during travel is important, the hotel gym had ample modern equipment similar to those of commercial gyms. Towels and cold water were also provided in the fitness center as well.

King size bed was comfy. Location is right beside Chinatown, which has so many hidden gems for food and shopping. Walking to downtown core was easy and +15walkways made it easy to explore various buildings, art and staying dry when it rained. River Walk is two blocks away. Lovely river views. Pool and hot tub well maintained, with saunas in the change rooms. Staff were all exceptional.

Staff, was wonderdil very helfpul. But whoever cleaned our room, very horrible job. Crumbs left all over the floor, couch pillow werent put back in place, table wasnt wiped. Bed was made up poorly. We walked back into our room and actually thought it wasnt done. But it was. The bathroom was cleaned.

Our room was spacious and clean. Would have liked to have a king bed but ended up with two queen. The location was great and convenient to all of the sites that we wanted to visit. The view was fabulous, with the Calgary tower, and Brotherhood of Man directly out our window. The other side of the building had a river view.

Hotel and restaurant was great but the street noise was awful! Fire station next to hotel. Sirens going off all hours of the night. Street cars racing, etc! It was very noisy and woke you up at night.

The only down side to my hotel experience is the noise from outside. I had a view from the city side . On this side the hotel had a fire station and the constant alarms going of wreck my experience. I could also hear all the loud cars from the street. If you value a quiet hotel this is not your place. Whats weird is the fire station looks like its attached to the hotel it self.

I had to cancel my stay due to work related issues. The hotel was not accommodating or open to working with me to solve the problem. They refused to issue a refund and refused to offer any credit to stay with them in the future. My request were immediately dismissed and not considered at all. Manger is good a repeating himself and policies, terrible at evaluating situations and finding solutions. One employee even had the audacity to say they hoped I stayed with them in the future. Obviously, that won’t be happening.

Place was nice. Toilet was wobbly. Staff were nice (slower then normal at check in), asked for a late check out (1 hour) and was denied. Overall I would recommend. Location was loud with traffic, emergency sirens etc (11th floor stay). Restaurant was very loud.

The employee in check in counter is not professional to provide parking options around hotel when we did not take hotel parking@$32. She would like us to check by ourselves. There is no security box , no kettle in the room. The lobby and amenities is more like a 3stars hotel.

Excellent location. Front desk staff offered FABULOUS dining options within walking distance. Parking was convenient and well priced for a downtown hotel. Requested a humidifier foe the room and it was delivered quickly to the room. 5 stars all the way!

Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Calgary. Extremely great location within walking distance of Chinatown and 7th Ave. Very pleased with the staff and ease of check in, a long with the size of the room. Highly recommend!

Property is amazing! Very clean, staff is great, and the bar is fantastic. The only problem is outside the hotel had many too many people homeless/ on drugs so it felt unsafe walking at night. I recommend ubering from the hotel

Love the second floor Plus 15 network (skywalk) in downtown Calgary. I had an appointment at Harry Hays Building and stayed at Delta. Since it’s right across the street, I could use the skywalk and didn’t have to go outside. Truly a blessing in the freezing cold weather.

In terms of the hotel, it was good. The check in was easy and quick, the room was clean and well kept. Dining at the hotel was great. Overall for the hotel, great service and a great stay. The area around the hotel was a downside. Nice enough buildings and landscaping around the hotel, but the hotel appears to be right next door to a fire station, so sirens were happening very loudly throughout the night. These woke myself, my wife, and our 1 year old up frequently. Also, we felt a bit unsafe walking around the hotel due to the homeless encampment nearby (close to the river) and number of what appeared to be high or drunk individuals wandering around the area. If it was just the hotel and we didn't leave the hotel, we would definitely stay again. However due to the area and sirens, we likely wont stay here until our child is a bit older.

We had 10 rooms rented for a golf trip, 9 single King Rooms and Suite with Pantry access. The Pantry was awesome. We ate breakfast at the shoe & canoe in the lobby everyday, the food was great and the service was even better. Great location as well.

Awesome place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff. Confortable rooms. Breakfast is the best I’ve had in a hotel. The only small negative is there is a fire department next door behind the hotel. If your room is on that side be prepare to hear fire trucks going at all hours. The coffee in the rooms doesn’t match the quality of the hotel

We picked this hotel for location and free parking. It was for an overnight stay before heading to Medicine Hat and wanted to see Calgary’s downtown. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was superb. All the staff were courteous and helpful

Nice beds. Newly renovated bathrooms. Room service non existent lots of calls to room service end up at front desk then goes to kitchen without answer. Gave up. Mysterious ice machine location on 4 and 8th floor. room keycards do not allow access to those floors. Front desk told me ice was on those floors but failed to mention that I cannot access those floors making the ice machines inaccessible. Misguided staff. Clueless waitress in restaurant took forever to take our orders and even longer to come back for drink orders and even longer still to bring our tabs. This staff the kids were nice. The manager is both clueless and unaware of these issues. I hope this helps him out. Also the elevator has buttons on both sides but you can only really use on side because a keycard has to be scanned very confusing when you first get into elevator that the other side is as useless as the hotel manager here. Sorry sir or madam. I hope this helps you out. Parking is decent here. One car is comped with my stay. Oh yeah pool water and hot tub water was managed very poorly like a sleezy motel. Get someone in there who knows what they are doing.

This hotel is always great to stay at. Having the Shoe and Canoe is a huge bonus as well given that it’s an awesome restaurant with good food and service. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and overall provided an enjoyable experience.
