Stayed 1 night

Went overnight with a group of teen girls. Upon check in we were told that we could only go swimming for 1 hour as we needed to register for a time slot. Even though we registered for 9-10 pm slot, the pool was insanely busy. One of the hot tubs was closed. The one open hot tub was so full we didnt even go in. I was so disappointed. Our rooms were right next to the pool so we could hear kids screaming and playing at 8 am. They were not able to grant a later check out which was also very disappointing.

The location was close to everything we needed. It was a very busy location but it was quiet and nice to stay at. We enjoyed the toddler pool.

Stayed 4 nights

Our first room had a broken ac unit. And we had to beg to be moved. The ac unit in the new room broke the last day. Both rooms had a window into the pool which was incredibly loud until 10pm. We traveled with a 2 and 4 year old who could not sleep till after 10pm with all the screaming in the pool. The hotel seemed to need many repairs. The taps for the tub shower rattle and screeched. The sink handles were loose, room chairs were wobbly. The place was so packed you had to book the morning of to get a swim hour for your family that evening. My daughter loved the water slide options and I appreciated the toddler section for my 2 year old. Even though we requested a crib with our booking, one was never provided. My husband found the staff rude and unhelpful during our stay. I personally would not stay again.
