Breakfast is great! Clean rooms. Swimming pool opens to mid night--I have never seen one!

If the ice machine wasn’t broken, I would have given 5 stars.

Clean and quiet Elevator sounded like it needed some maintenance Hot tub was hot

Although I was disappointed that the hot tub was out of commission, the rest of my stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful when questions about the business center, and the breakfast each morning had many healthy options. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Country Inn & Suites was wonderful. The room was clean, tidy, and spotless. The bed was a bit firm, but we managed just fine. We enjoyed being able to go out, and the pool was warm — especially the hot tub, which was fantastic. All the facilities we used were excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful, even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of our room with the wrong key card early in the morning. Breakfast was great, and we never had any problems during our stay. We definitely plan on returning soon. Thankyou Hamida Virani

Vending machine broken, gym equipment broken, breakfast sub standard, dining area unattractive, carpets worn, bed not overly comfortable. Stayed here 10 years ago and was impressed, however definitely has gone very downhill since.

With the amount of people staying at the hotel, it would have been nice to have either the foyer stairs to go up the third floor or another elevator as the elevators were quite crowded with all the traffic from the pool etc.

The hotel is upgraded. But the room was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom and half opened chocolate inside the closet. The room also had a strong cigarette smell.

I had such a Terrible stay at country inn & suites by raddison,Calgary.Never seen such dirty carpets inside rooms or in hallways of other hotels.After checking in,i noticed yellow stain (like urine) on duvet & hair on bottom sheet.Seems like they didnot even changed the bedding from previous guest. Told the front desk abt dirty sheets,i pulled & placed those on floor & requested for new sheets around 5pm before i left for my trip to city,nothing had been done when i came back at 2am.I was so tired,talked to new person at front desk about dirty sheets,she said she will give me new room as there is no housekeeping available & not to my surprise the new room also has hair on the bedsheets.Even though they claimed its a cleaned room.Eventually i end up Requesting some bedsheets,duvet and have to change my bedding by myself in room i already had.My sister was in another room and she has to talk to front desk and manager few times for poor hygiene and then next day they cleaned their room carpet & placed new bedsheets.I didnot trust their cleaniness anymore so i kept the one that i got from front desk night before. Food also had not many options.Once muffins were out they never replaced with more muffins.Poor service. Also Never saw dirty pool ever in other hotels. One of the bottom cover of hot tub was literally out,its safety issue.i notified the front desk abt that.My Child got scared bcoz of dark water at corners as he never seen such in other hotels. ZERO STARS.

Furniture very filthy , I have stayed two days even reception furniture is dirty I think they have not Change for 2 Decades Staff is good . Carpet of the room and hallway is sagging so dirty . Sinks are for the kids . Over all dirty hotel . Depends what you like.

The room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Will stay again when in the area.

Second night of our visit we ended up with a bed bug. Staff was quite helpful and they changed our room. Second floor was quite soggy and did feel quite humid. Overall helpful and good staff but facility and rooms need upgrading.

I love staying in this hotel! It is very quiet and safe! Love the amenities and the rooms! Except they really need to shampoo the carpets in the rooms or change it to wood floors so it is easy to clean.

Pool and hot tub are great. Breakfast alright for free. Room was dirty/dusty/smelled of smoke. Phones didn’t work in room and covered in dust. Alarm clock dirty. Pillows not comfortable. Bed was ok. Carpets had dried blood stains. Showed pictures to front desk and explained everything and all she said was sorry and didn’t offer anything for the awful room. I still have the pics and will gladly share here

Very nice front desk staff, I asked her if we can switch our 2 Queen bed room into a King size room and she agreed. She even took us to see the room first before we decide to take it. The breakfast was decent and really enjoyed their self serve waffle maker. The aircon in our room is very noisy though.

The room was large and clean, and it was very quiet. Recommended.

This hotel is in need of some updating. We checked into our room and the toilet would not flush plus the bathroom door was very sticky. I tried to phone the front desk to let them know but the phone wouldn't work either. When i went down to the lobby the staff was very accommodating and gave us a different room. The new room the toilet worked but the bathroom door locking mechanism was completely missing so there was no way to lock the door. We were there with our kids so we just made the rule if the door is shut....someone is in the bathroom. It was fine for us but the carpets are also quite dirty and the hotel just needs a bit of an update in general.

Pillows were very flat gave no support so had a terrible sleep

Very nice hotel close to the airport, and we weren't disturbed by any airplane noises. Front desk staff were friendly. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. King suite was large and spacious. Removed one star from my review only because of the stains on the furniture (couch and chairs). Don't know if that was just my room or a sign that some upgrades might be required. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

We got upgraded to a suite. However, the room was not the level we expected. The carpeting was worn and looked like it need a cleaning, the furniture was dated and visibly dirty. The lighting was also not the best, which didn’t help the impression. The bathroom looked recently renovated and the caulking around the newer looking tub was fresh and gleaming white. Included breakfast was depressing and the hot food was powdered eggs and potatoes, cold on both occasions we tried it. Other items offered were spotted brown bananas and one warm yogurt. We didn’t try the pool or gym. We stayed a week despite this and in the end I felt it wasn’t SO bad, we went elsewhere for breakfast and housekeeping came daily to make up the room. The location was convenient for an event we attended and close to the airport. Probably would not go back again.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We had a late check in and they were waiting for us. Property is dated and carpet in the room is very worn and appears dirty. The thermostat is something from the 70’s for sure. Breakfast was very good with a lot of selection. Beds were comfortable and so was the pillow. Good for a quick overnight stay if you’re heading to or from the airport.

Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms need to be updated though as carpet is all worn out and no room service available. We were asked to come to front desk to collect the extra pillows that I requested. Warm welcome from very friendly staff.

Arrived at property and paid with my debit card the full fee. Had the damage deposit on my credit card. We stayed 2 nights and on departure found another full payment for the amount of the hotel stay added to my debit card again. I rang the hotel as we were half way home. Spoke to the manager who was not helpful and very rude. Said she couldn’t see any second payment. So I rang my bank. The bank assured me the payment had been taken twice as it shows on my account. They told me to action it as fraud. I asked if they could stop only one but they said no. I asked them not to do this so I could resolve with the hotel. Rang manager again who was even more rude telling me it couldn’t be true so I emailed my bank statement. She sent me back one receipt for the stay and said no other money has been taken out. I asked hoe to resolve this and said my bank had told me to action it as fraud. She said go ahead we can counteract it. She was very rude. I can’t find any computer service numbers for this hotel group. When I rang for the third time asking what will happen to my money she kept telling me to ring back in a week!

Property was pretty clean. Staff stayed in office the whole shift so nobody at the counter usually.

We had several issues with the key cards. They never worked and we had to request new cards every day during our 3 day stay. One has to try 20 times for the key card to work and let you into your room. Extremely frustrating especially coming late at night when you’re already exhausted from a long day

Overall great, did have to wait 20 minutes at the desk before anyone came when checking in. Rooms are very spacious.

Its my 2nd time booking here. I came back bec the location was convenient, close to most attractions, restos, malls. Breakfast is good. And the staff were nice. Front desk (Ravinder, not sure if i got the name right) at 5am, was so kind to pack us food to go for our long drive back home. Thank you for taking care of us!

I had a very horrible experience dealing with not one but two front desk supervisors. Housekeeping was amazing though they made the experience enjoyable!

The hotel is fine for a stay near the airport, although not as close as some. Comfortable but somewhat dated. Awesome staff! We would stay again for a night.

Property is nice and clean. Staff we interacted with were friendly and check in was quick. No on site restaurant/room service and its tucked in the back of an industrial park area so not the most beautiful area in the city. Over all, its a clean amd comfortable room to sleep in for a reasonable price. Cant ask for too much more then that

Nice, cozy inn. I didn't realize it was in an industrial area but still wasn't bad, there were some shops & restaurants within good distance. The front staff were cordial - i found the other staff around the hotel very friendly. The rooms were great! Good space and clean. The breakfast was excellent! At first i thought it was a typical one but my family and I were pleasantly impressed with the quality.

The property offers good service, cleanliness, and well-maintained facilities. However, it is located quite far from the city center with limited access to public transportation, as the surrounding area mainly consists of a nearby factory and a highway. The locality may feel less safe for walking at night due to limited street lighting and low pedestrian activity

Convenient for the airport, did need WAZE to get me there because 39th did not open on to Barlow Trail. Comfortable bed so excellent nights sleep after traveling for the last 24 hours. Bathroom accessories did not include shower gel or body lotion but overall clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was short of rations which may be because it was 30 mins before the finish. In conclusion would recommend this hotel to other travelers to Calgary arriving at the airport later in the day.

Only thing I was disappointed in on the weekends no breakfast until 7am . Unfortunately if you are catching a plane don’t count on breakfast if you have to leave early . We ended up going to the airport on an empty stomach as we were banking on hotel breakfast .

Excellent accommodations. The variety of the breakfast offerings was amazing. I loved the large counter in the bathroom.

The hotel and rooms were okay, but you get what you paid for. The washbasin gets clogged every time, and the breakfast is terrible. The omelettes are overcooked, the bacon feels like paper crisp, and the sausages are too salty. The weekend scrambled eggs are far better. The staff is friendly and takes their time to talk to you and inquire about your stay. They also wish you well, which is a rare thing to find these days. The housekeepers do a good job keeping the place clean, and the availability of tea and coffee 24/7 is a great initiative. The breakfast servers are good and make sure the buffets are full most of the time.

The property itself was quite nice. The breakfast however should be rated -5 it was seriously that bad. It was busy ofcourse being a long weekend but they should have been prepared

Breakfast was an absolute debacle. They ran out of food constantly and people were getting very upset due to the poor service. Tables were dirty and no food was available for a significant portion of the time.

The rooms were decent and nice. The room had Roku TVs which was good. It would have been nicer with shampoo and conditioner in the rooms. Most hotels do have this option but not here. The pool was good for the kids. The outside was beautiful for a hotel. And the staff was nice. The only downside was the breakfast. The waffle station needed to have a staff member make it and it took quite a while. The eggs on the first day were absolutely disgusting and left a horrible taste. The second day the eggs were better. Over all our stay was decent.

This is a very nice hotel, convenient and a block west of major traffic - not noisy. Included breakfast was pretty good, the usual with waddle makers, bacon or sausages, breads and bagels, fruit cereals including hot oatmeal. And coffee and juices - all there. Staff are good friendly and ompitent. Good hotel at reasonable price
