Pool and hot tub were closed Bed was clean and comfortable. Toilet paper holder fell off wall soon as i touched it, sink plug broke , water damage on ceiling , and corners of room were dirty. Informed friendly desk manager...he was apologetic...said he would address issues Difficult to get into parking...small tight parking lot

Price is right. Dennys is right next store with 15% discount. Very good meal there. Rooms are renovated. No balcony access yet,maybe they are still working on the property? We didnt stay for continental breakfast as the room was full. Rooms could use conditioner. Just shampoo was available. Overall was a good stay. I kept the business card for future.

The remodeling they have done in the rooms is very nice. We hope they continue this process with the vestibule/entryway and hallways. The parking area around the building is very sketchy looking and trashy. The parking spaces are okay, but not convenient to the entryway. If they would take some time and just clean up the trash and broken glass around the perimeter it would help. The price we paid on Expedia was a good deal, and the room itself was fresh and excellent with a good working air conditioner. The rest of the property could use some TLC.

This is not the kind of place if you want to include it as one of your highlights of a vacation. This is a place to sleep after going to an event, in our case a football game. Location was great and the staff are friendly. The place looks old and was under some renovations. I will stay at this place again with no hesitation.

Séjour d’une nuit. La chambre était à l’étage et il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Pas dramatique mais si votre valise est pesante c’est moins agréable. Le personnel est courtois. La propreté était correcte sans plus. La salle de bain était délabrée et la chambre correcte. L’insonorisation est inadéquate et nos voisins ont faisaient la fête. Par chance nous avions des bouchons. J’ai trouvé le lit tres confortable et j’ai passé une excellente nuit mais nous avions marché 20 km dans la journée et nous étions fatigués alors ca sûrement aider! Le déjeuner débute à 7:00 mais nous devions partir a 6:15. A mon avis je trouve que c’est un peu tard 7 hrs et ca devrait débuter à 6. Rapport qualité prix correct mais fait pas etre trop regardant sur la salle de bain.

Our first room seemed clean at first look. Was run down and in need of Reno's but not bad. We woke up to bed BUGS. So gross!! Got moved to a different room that was in the same condition as the first but seemed to be bug free. Breakfast was minimal-in need of some simple additions like yogurt and bananas. Was disappointed all the hotel management would do for our gross inconvenience was a $25 deduction to one night. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

Our stay was fine. The motel is older, but in good shape. The a/c was really loud but at least it worked. The bathroom floor wasn’t clean which was unsettling. There was hair around the toilet bowl which were not ours which indicated poor cleaning. But it was only one night and all the hotels nearby were booked. Will we stay there again? Only if the price is lower and we have no other choice.

Staff were excellent and responded to our requests, but the toilet seat was loose and after fixed, still was. The sheets had some stains on them and hair and I found hair in a corner of the bathroom and another place I don't remember, maybe the floor

Room is so dirty. A lot of hairs on the bed and bathroom. Not sure if they change the linens. Furnitures are dusty. Fridge smells awful. You can also hear the people walking on the second floor. I would not expect much from a two-star hotel but at least please clean your rooms for the next guests!

This is an older building, the room I stayed in was freshly renovated. The building water heat was running full tilt, the room was at about 35 degrees when I got back. I had to turn on the A/C to combat the radiant heat, and couldn’t open the window to get fresh air with all the fumes from the new particle boar furniture and plastic flooring. I’m sure this will improve over time and soon the radiant heat will be turned off for the summer…

Not a great experience. Fine in terms of cleanliness and a nice enough continental breakfast. Heat wouldn’t turn off. Front desk said that it was central and couldn’t be turned off (on June 24th?!). Said they would talk to manager and nothing changed. Advised me to use the AC which was so loud I couldn’t sleep through it with ear plugs (low AND high frequencies). Windows didn’t lock on the ground floor. Neighbours next door very loudly watching tv and talking (very poor noise insulation) past 4:30am and people upstairs dropping heavy items our entire stay. We asked to be moved but apparently no space. I stay in lots of “average rating” places but rarely is my experience actually bad.

The toilet looked like it had not been scrubbed from the last guest. There were black spots in the bowl. The room was very hot with no way to bring down the temp but to turn on the Ac. Then it got too cold.

Liked the location. Did not like the snooty person at check-in, the carpets were stained and smelled bad, there was no decaf coffee available, the Wifi did not work for us and when we went to question why, same snooty person told us it works and nobody else had complained. Will never stay there again!

Shout out to front desk staffs especially Kumar and Jennifer for their help. Other staffs were very helpful too but I forgot their names. We had multiple reservations for different number of days and different rooms under different bookings so we caused some confusion but they sorted it out for us. The front desk staffs were very accommodating as we needed ground floor rooms and walk-in showers. We had problems with our key cards a number of times and they were very patient and helped us with that too. They further refunded a booking which I forgot to cancel. All in all, the staffs were very professional and helpful and we really appreciated them. Will recommend and stay here again for sure.

This property had good services, and the beds were fine. It also had a refrigerator and a microwave. The morning breakfast was reasonable with an automatic pancake maker. It was an easy walk (600 meters/yards) to an excellent light rail system that only took a few minutes to get to the BMO Centre. There were numerous restaurants between the hotel and the train station. My GPS did not find it easily.

I stay here every time I come to Stampeder games. Good location to stadium. Warning, this is a hotel that you go for a place to sleep! This isn't a hotel you stay at if you think it's going to be part of your vacation. Nothing fancy, and it's old, but it does what I want.

I've stayed at this hotel every time I come to watch a Stampeders game. The main reasons are that it's cheaper than most and walking distance to the Stadium. This is a hotel you go to crash at the end of the night, this isn't a hotel you stay if it's supposed to be a major part of your trip. Nothing fancy, but meets my needs.

Very shady hotel. If you are concerned about being safe, you definitely do not want to come to this hotel. Trust me on this this price attracts a lot of different characters so choose wisely I would pay 20 bucks more and go somewhere else. I would never return to this property due to safety reasons.

When we got there, we had apparently not booked a pet friendly room and the front desk woman was very helpful and friendly, and switched our room for us. The walls and ceiling are quite thin so we could hear lots of walking above up late into the night, and noise against the wall. The bedding, towels, toilet and sink were very clean, but the walls and doors were very dirty and we could see handprints and dirt on them. The room also smelled like smoke and no fan in the bathroom. The motel is old and in desperate need of some renovations. I would say that the place is safe and clean enough if you need somewhere very cheap. Continental breakfast was good.
