The elevator was down the entirety of the stay. The food at the restaurant was not great. The restaurant also closed earlier than it use to in past stays. Also, we were rushed to order, eat, and leave. One of the main reasons we have repeat booked this hotel in the past was for the restaurant. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership, but it’s gone downhill.

The room was good, and clean. There was no hand soap by the sink, so you had to use the bath tub soap - which is attached to the tub. Staff were friendly. Pool was great, kids absolutely loved the slide. The hot tub jets were not working and there was a sign. The gym was clean and had some weights and cardio machines.

Overall good stay, but felt a little pricey. Room was a good size and overall clean. Shower head was mounted way too low and the bottom of the tub didn’t look very good due to a mat that used to be there. Staff were friendly and check in/out was quick. Parking was relatively full but still some spots available. Bit of a walk to the elevator as main one was out of service.

It was clean and well kept overall, had to use separate entrance as main elevator was down. Entry into building at second entrance difficult with luggage cart due to raised lip at door. Elevator closed on my daughter who was on crutches as sensor did not appear to work properly.

We booked the one bedroom king suite with a sleeper sofa. Upon entering the room, we noticed the smell was very musty. In addition, alot of the paint is peeling off the doors and baseboards. The room is very dated and shows signs of old age. The worst part, two of the pillows on the king bed had blood stains on them. We called the front desk, the gentleman that answered said he would send new ones. Yet he never apologized for the grossness of the situation. Housekeeping came and switched the pillows, but her response was “wow”. Also, no apologies were given. We went to the restaurant for breakfast. The plate on the top of the stack was obviously dirty. We are so surprised that a Sheraton hotel is so run down and has such cleanliness issues. We were very disappointed and disgusted with our stay. I emailed the general manager after we checked out, and he has yet to respond.

Hotel is in a very busy area. Our room faced the busy road and in desperate need of upgrading. Also lots of children in the hotel running around out of control causing quite a bit of noise without regard to other guests. Likely would not stay again.

The most comfortable bed!!!! Quiet, clean, spacious rooms. Balcony looked over the parking lot and it was raining, but would still have been a nice spot to sit if the weather was nice. McDonald’s and other fast food across from hotel. We stopped here between Crowsnest Pass and Edmonton, and glad we did. Checked out tested and restored

Sachin at the front desk was exceptional. I had booked the previous month and paid extra for a balcony and asked that I receive a pet friendly room,,when I arrived the only pet room did not have balconies. Sachin quickly rectified the situation while making me feel valued and resoected. Our room was a small suite, seemed much smaller than previous stays (we were in Room 134) but it was clean albeit a little dark with low lighting. The room was a little loud with acrobatic kids above and noisy hallways. The pool was cold with no towels stocked but the waterslide was a great addition. The hotel was clean, the atmosphere inviting, and the front staff was excellent. Parking was plentiful and easy. We didn't try the on-site restaurant but ,I appreciated that they had one. .

Older facility, but relatively clean. Two major issues. The pool was closed and no notice was given until the day before check in and the cancellation window had already closed, and we did not receive room cleaning, even though we had requested a later clean both days. Restaurant is nice, a little pricey, but good selection and quality of food with excellent service. Breakfast buffet is standard fare for $10.99. Overall a nice location, but communication issues and lack of room cleaning reduced the rating.

Property is a bit old and I could hear a fair bit of outside noise, even with the windows closed. There are a couple of reasonable places nearby to buy food (Dennys, Opa etc).

Good breakfast; not a big variety but functional, same menu 4 days we were there. Bar was nice to have. Our room (323) wasn't ready at 4;30 when we arrived, so they gave us complimentary appies in the bar until it was ... very nice touch, thank you. Room was dark, dated, needing repairs/updating. Very noisy from room next to us. Elevator floor was wet often because people using the pool in the basement didn't dry off well enough ... we slipped on the wet tile floor but didn't fall, thank goodness.

The hotel gave us complimentary breakfast coupons because the elevator was out of service. We thought that was very nice. Even after sharing breakfast with the U of A Golden Bears Football team, the kitchen staff kept up the pace and the the food on the buffet table never went short.
