Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Suites Calgary West

Room was great and clean. The pool was another story. The water was so dirty that you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. The hot tub was almost completely empty, like a foot of water in it. I talked to one staff member who was not helpful so I had to go tell front desk about the issue. Couldn’t really use either which my kids were sad about

Polite and friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed/pillows. Ironing board was coming apart.

Restaurant service in the bar was great, did not have breakfast there. Beds have soft top which was a bit too soft for us. Good selection of pillows.

It was a very pleasant stay. No complaints.

Very clean, even the pool area. Front desk staff were so nice and helped with an early check-in which made our trip so much easier
