With the check in, the cash deposit was a bit steep and only cash would do. I did receive it on check out with no issue. The continental breakfast as poor as it gets. Might as well not offer anything. The room was small, but clean. While we were away for the day, we started with 4 bath towels. After cleaning they left only 2. No change available at front desk to use the laundry facilities they supplied. Staff was nice, just a older property, not great on whole customer experience

Close to the airport, they have their shuttle from and to the airport so you are saving on taxi. The motel is a bit outdated, overall it was a place to spend the night for us. So we did not care about the looks of the place. The only downside was the breakfast (it is said that breakfast is included) but a cereal and a toast is not brekfast for me.

I personally had a good stay here. For the price point, it had good value. There's a laundromat (pay to use with coins). Breakfast is simple: bread with tea/coffee & yoghurt. The rooms had a microwave and fridge. Amenities provided were Dove soap & shampoo. Shuttle to/fro airports can be arranged with advanced notice. I rented a car so location wasn't really an issue. It's 15 mins walk from Sunridge mall and had a few good food options nearby like Helen's place. Free parking at the hotel. The rooms tend to get humid. I advise to leave the windows open while you're out and close it when you're back in the room.

Shower curtain rod broken. bathroom gets wet during shower due to broken curtain rod. no guest bathroom available outside of breakfast hours 630-930am. Airport shuttle was nice perk. in room coffee poor quality. heater hard to operation and very loud turning on and off all night long.

It's familiar ! I've stayed here numerous times. I like how quiet it is. Front desk staff are very pleasant 😊 It has shuttle service to the airport .. that's great !! The rooms are kept up very well 👌 And it's economical !!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were appropriate for the price point. We needed a clean, quiet, inexpensive room. I appreciate the parking stall reserved for my fellow veterans. We never forget our service. It's nice to see a business also remembering.

They offer vehicle parking while you are away on vacation. A very good shuttle service with great drivers. But my truck was broken into and the ignition was smashed. I asked to see the video of the parking lot and was told they dont have cameras. They didnt offer anything to try to make it right.

The staff was great, the room not so much this time. We stayed here in the past and loved it each time. This time there was a necklace left behind hanging on a mirror by the TV. The bathroom wasn't swept so there was stuff on the floor. The lock holding the bodywash and shampo attached to the wall had dark long hairs stuck in it from someone before us. The bed was great and super comfortable.

One of the room we booked has a cockroach under the pillow. When mentioned to staff, the only thing they said was sorry. No disinfecting or cleaning happened as we came to check in late(around 10pm). Breakfast:nothing much to choose from (other than muffin, toast, cereal and banana). The servers are filling the food with their bare hands, no use of gloves. It’s our first time to book with Super 8 and most likely the last.

Our room was dirty, had to ask several times for staff to change dirty bedding & only got it because I threw our bedding in the hallway. Staff left a dirty yellow fingernail in our bedding. Blood stains were left in our room.

Roof was leaking when we arrived, but thankfully it was contained to the front lobby and not our room. Housekeeping was poor- we had one change of towels in three days and not nearly enough clean face cloths, even when requested at front desk.

If you are looking for a place to sleep cheap. Go here . Beds are super soft, so if you need firm or even mid firm, your back will not like it. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The site pictures show waffle maker and fridge with boiled eggs. Neither were there. If you need anything other than carbs. Go elsewhere.

Stayed at this hotel due to price, which was reasonable. I saw a few comments complaining about the breakfast, but I thought it was fine - toast, cereal, muffins, and some fruit as well as coffee, tea, and juices - I don’t understand the whining. Wifi was pretty spotty and I had some issues working remote because of it. They also don’t promote the airport shuttle service. I had no idea and had already booked park and jet.

The room was not soundproof. I could hear people in their rooms and the hallway. There was a big crack on the floor tile in the bathroom. No face cloths in the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty lame. Would have been nice to have some hot items or at least some protein items. It was very carb rich. Check in and out was good. Very friendly staff. The bed was comfortable.

The manager sagar Singh was horrible. First he accosted me to leave the room when I was packing after a later check out since I couldn’t sleep with smelly musky room and light coming through the blinds. Then he literally wanted to kick me out of the hotel into the streets saying I couldn’t stay longer than 20 minutes in the lobby but to hotel policy which I find bizarre. Despite me telling himmmy shuttle was arriving at 3pm he was very unsympathetic and I was totally stressed sitting there on the verge of being kicked out. He said I could go stay at McDonalds when I told him I had no place to go. I would never ever recommend staying at this place. It was horrible and traumatic. This person had no managerial skills and should NOT be a manager under any circumstances! His behaviour tantrum is very poor!

I've stayed here before and always found it to be excellent - clean, warm, etc. Upon checkin this time, the computers were down and myself and another guest unable to check in as per normal - fornt clerk (Shiraz?) looked at our e-mail confirmations, gave us a room rather than make us wait. Approx 1/2 later computers back up and we were able to complete check in - top marks to him!!

The room was clean and quiet and had a fridge. The breakfast wasn't amazing but it was fine, there was cereal apples, bananas, yoghurt, toast and drinks. On one of the days we got there at 8am and there wasn't any fruit or juice left but on the days we were there earlier everything was in stock. The parking was easy and convenient. We only had 2 towels for 4 of us so we asked at reception and they gave us more but when our room was cleaned they removed our 4 towels and replaced them with 2 again so we had to go back down and ask again which was a pain but they were very helpful on the desk. The best part of the hotel is the staff on reception. They were so friendly and helpful. This is honestly the friendliest and nicest staff that we've come across on our travels and they really made the stay pleasant. The hotel is not in any way luxury but it's great value for money and it suited us just fine for 3 nights.

I didn’t like the fact that they charged my Mastercard for a full night stay before I even checked in. Which they gave no warning to. Then as we checked in I got charged again for the next two nights without them telling me that they were doing it. I tried to get the front desk lady to reverse it but she refused and said I had to wait till 11 at night for someone else to do it. As we got into our room the ice bucket was full of dirt and the tray around it was too. The bathroom had mould on the chaulking behind the faucet. There was hair everywhere even in the fridge. To top it all off there was a pee stain droplet at the base of the toilet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We were in Calgary got my son's surgery at PLC, and the hotel was a quick 5-minute drive to the hospital with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

It was unfortunate to see how the breakfast had dwindled to very few obviously low cost items. eg. only bananas for fruit. For the price of the room and advertised breakfast included , compared to our stay a few years ago, we were disappointed. Otherwise staff was very friendly and the room just fine.
