Great room, large and spacious with a good view from the balcony. Our room was upgraded on check-in. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The inside pool was a little small, so crowded at times, but still a good place to relax. The TemptAsian restaurant served excellent food. The hotel was ideally located for walking to the Sliema ferry/buses and to local restaurants as well.

The propert was well located . Nice roof top pool area as well as adult only pool area. The room was very spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was very big with separate water closet, separate shower as well as a bathtub. The restaurants were good and the breakfast was excellent. My only regret is our room was on back of building. I do not recommend it as there was no view from balcony. But that was probably more my fault when booking

Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym.

Had a fabulous four night break at this lovely hotel. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Our superior room was stunning with a fabulous view looking across to Valletta. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for something special in Sliema. The rooftop pool was perfect after a day out sightseeing. The Asian restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Food was fabulous. Great choice of food at breakfast. Wish we’d been staying longer.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights stay at the AX Palace. We even got an upgrade with our room on arrival.. The spa facilities are lovely but can get busy due to limited space. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where every single member of staff were so friendly helpful and attentive. In particular our lovely waiter that served us each morning for breakfast. I think his name was justin. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was spotlessly clean.

Our room was on the fourth floor with a small balcony and a good view of the church. The church bells rang but the double glazing minimised the sound. Loved the room with 2 massive single beds, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and all staff very friendly and efficient. Rooftop pool area spacious and kept tidy, with a great bar. The area is great, easy to walk around (a bit hilly but not an issue for us) and a mix of old and new; also a quick hop on the ferry to Valletta. Loads of eating options around - and also in the hotel tho we didn’t eat in. I’d definitely come back to this hotel.

Had a lovely stay at the hotel, is ideally located for everything, did feel that the need to look at refurbishing parts like the carpets in the hallway, curtains had some marks on which you don't expect. The indoor pool ceiling was covered in mould, maybe it is on the to do list but needs addressing. However the staff are amazing and would do anything for you. The temptation restaurant is a must for anyone as the food is delightful and again staff were so attentive. The noise outside with the road renovations was not welcomed as we were there for a relaxing break but this cannot be controlled by the hotel, wish we had known about this before booking.

Personalen är super trevilga och hjälpsamma! Utsikten är fin, frukosten är grym. Hotellet och rummet är jättefina och prisvärda. Ett förslag till förbättring är utomhuspoolen. Det skulle vara bäst om den blir uppvärmd till högre grader så att det går att bada utomhus när det är kallare ute. Poolem är lite uppvärmt men inte tillräckligt varm. Inomhus poolen behöver bättre rengöring och filtrerings system. Jag såg att personalen lämnar tillbaka vattnet som hälls ut till poolen vilket är lite ofräscht.

デラックスルームに宿泊、綺麗で十分な広さのお部屋で大満足でした。ソファとベッドとデスクもあり、何よりバルコニーが広く眺めも素晴らしい！日差しもよく入り明るい部屋でした。 浴室にはシャワールームとバスタブが別々にあり、バスタブにもシャワーが付いており温度調節も水量も申し分なかったです。 日本人にはスリッパが用意されているのがありがたかったです。 スリーマの坂の上ではありますが、様々なバス停や港にも近く便利り利用できました。 また行く機会があったら利用したいです！！

The executive room has small noise every 30 second. I complained the maintenance staff but it difficult to improve it. I am very sorry about that conditions. But without it, the room has enough space, and balcony is a good position where I can see Valletta area and Mediterranean see line to impressive me. Almost staffs have good smiles. The totally is good. 私が止まったエグゼクティブルームは30秒間隔で異音がしていました。フロントやメンテナンススタッフに改善を求めましたが、構造上無理との回答でした。この点が非常に残念です。部屋の広さやバルコニーから見える景色はよかったです。海岸から少し中に入った立地で静かでした。 スタッフの方々も皆さん笑顔で対応してくれてました。 総合的には良いホテルだったと思います。

I have been coming to The Palace for about 10yrs for work. This time the service was not the same: breakfast drinks almost non-existent, reception failed to make reservation for restaurant and overall standard helfullness of some of the staff was poor. Will probably look elsewhere for next year.

The hotel was exceptional with regards to facilities and location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. The two areas which let down our overall experience were: 1. When we arrived (after 21:00) there were no real options for dinner at the hotel. We ended up having a sandwich at the bar downstairs. 2. An incident concerning the lack of prior notice re access to Mrs Mather’s room. I raised a complaint with the night manager and my concerns were not addressed to my satisfaction nor was there any real acknowledgment of my concerns.

Amazing Service, great location, excellent breakfast!! The hotel reception staff are some of the best that we have encountered. At the time of check in, as it was my birthday, we were not only offered champagne but also upgraded. Upon returning to our room the following day, a birthday cake was awaiting us. The team at AX went above and beyond throughout our stay. Thank you to the team at AX the palace for making our Malta trip so special. A must stay!!

I’ve never stayed in a hotel where every single member of staff were so friendly helpful and attentive. In particular our lovely waiter that served us each morning for breakfast. I think his name was justin. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was spotlessly clean.

The staff members here were so welcoming and kind. This hotel is beautiful and went above and beyond my expectations. It’s located in a very convenient location as it’s a short walk from both the ferry, and a variety of shops and places to eat, while also being in a fairly quiet neighbourhood. I even received a certificate on my birthday for a free cocktail for both myself and my husband.

The hotel is fancy. Upon arrival I was greeted and given complimentary beverages between alcoholic and non-alcoholic (tasty cola made in Malta) and I had a sit in the large ornate lobby. My flight arrived early and my hotel check in was much later, so the reception staff kindly offered to store my bags and discussed all their facilities and services offered including the hotel restaurant’s various dining theme nights, spa and their upstairs pool bar. The reception directed me to their extremely helpful concierge who provided me an in-depth guide of the island, activities and they also booked my first guided boat tour. My room was massive and came with complimentary Imqaret, room service was great, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony overlooked the beautiful ocean view. Below just a 2 minute walk from the hotel there’s a bakery “Bakery Shop” next to “Juniper and Malt” that makes a variety of delicious ftira sandwiches, also it’s next to a Lidl. I highly recommend this hotel to relax and explore as all the hotel staff were amazing and helpful and the location is so convenient. Thank you again to the AX the Palace staff, you were wonderful!

The hotel was very accessible, it surrounded a lot of key things such as transportation, supermarket and local restaurants. The hotel has a spa along with swimming pools, sauna and steam room. The room I chose was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a fridge and kitchen net stations. Staff were friendly,helpful especially the manager I will look to return.

Our room was on the fourth floor with a small balcony and a good view of the church. The church bells rang but the double glazing minimised the sound. Loved the room with 2 massive single beds, spacious and extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent and all staff very friendly and efficient. Rooftop pool area spacious and kept tidy, with a great bar. The area is great, easy to walk around (a bit hilly but not an issue for us) and a mix of old and new; also a quick hop on the ferry to Valletta. Loads of eating options around - and also in the hotel tho we didn’t eat in. I’d definitely come back to this hotel.

Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym.

Our stay at AX The Palace was simply excellent. The facilities are outstanding and the views from the roof top pool are stunning. We ate half board at the Tabloid buffet restaurant throughout our stay and the choice on offer was fantastic. One great plus point is that if you opt for the half board option via Hotels.com, then wine, beer and water are included with your meal, making this a very cost effective option. I highly recommend a stay at AX The Palace and would not hesitate to stay here again on a return trip to Malta.

Had a fabulous four night break at this lovely hotel. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Our superior room was stunning with a fabulous view looking across to Valletta. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing for something special in Sliema. The rooftop pool was perfect after a day out sightseeing. The Asian restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Food was fabulous. Great choice of food at breakfast. Wish we’d been staying longer.

We had a lovely stay in hotel ax the palace, the staff was very helpful, very friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions that we have. On our 2nd day it was my birthday and at the breakfast they surprised me to sing for me and even had a cake. After that we also found a personalized letter fron the staff that we on their behalf could drink a cocktail on my birthday. The breakfast was also excellent with everything that you need to start your day good. The room was spacious and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel, it was above my expectations! I only can say to the whole staff a very big thank you and keep up the good work cuz they made our vacation fabulous. I will definitely come back!
