We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and nice little kitchenette , room 253 at the back, view of other properties and the indoor pool roof but to be honest it was so lovely and quiet that we wouldn’t want a room out the front as the road is so busy! Lovely comfortable huge bed and shower good. Just over the road are some rocky beach areas and the sea was gorgeous however we are not fans of smoking and the beach is littered with millions of cigarette ends!! Also the hotel allows smoking on balconies which we hated as people staying next door and below us were stinking us out!! Apart from that we did enjoy our stay here. Roof pool nice but need more sun beds for sure.

I’ve stayed here before but never experienced so many issues. First night the bed was so uncomfortable and people coming and going slamming doors until after 2am in the morning. Reception came to address the issue, but to no avail. I asked to be moved to another floor for the second night. Both rooms had frosted windows with barely any natural light as they looked into a stairwell. Shower was cold this morning and the slamming doors were still an issue in the 1st floor. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy and pool area lovely with the view. I chose a basic room but even then it was not worth the money.

great place to stay in Malta. I have stayed there twice. it is convenient to get to thing. Parking you need to drive around with in a couple of blocks. handy to catch a bus into Veletta or the ferry's. great restaurants and supermarket close, Good buffet breakfast and swimming pool , bar on the roof

Overall very good! A really pleasant stay here. The only downside was not having a ramp for the suitcases- the steps were quite hard to use with them. But otherwise the rooms were spacious, and comfortable. Good value for money. I would recommend 😊

Lovely short stay in this well located hotel. Our room looked newly refurbished with a kitchen area and balcony. The bed was large and comfortable. The only thing missing was a towel rail in the bathroom and a shelf to sit your toothbrush etc. On arrival you are faced with quite a number of steps which were not welcome with a heavy suitcase, however I am sure if we had gone inside and asked for help it would have been given as all staff were friendly and helpful. We would certainly be happy to return to this hotel.

Hotel is modern and very clean. Rooms are as expected a resonable size. We had a free upgrade to a Superior which included fridge and coffeee making facilities. Staff were more than helpful. They arranged Taxi to and from the Airport for €40. There is a €5 tax to pay on arrival. The hotel is on a busy main road so when on the balcony was very noisy. But I would go again as that was the only downside.

Flere ting der gentagende gange desværre skuffede os i løbet af vores ophold. Vi havde på forhånd skrevet til hotellet for at forespørge en altan, hvilket vi fik, men sammenlignet med de andre, var vores mindre end halv så stor, hvilket gjorde det svært at sidde to personer derude. Herudover var der manglende håndklæder, hvilket vi gentagende gange klagede over - men først fik efter over et døgn. Rengøringen var meget sølle, og redte ikke vores senge eller gjorde andet, end bare at skifte håndklæderne. Udover dette skete der flere fejl i systemet, hvor hotellet konstant troede vi kun boede 1 på værelset, både ved morgenmad og andet, skulle vi ofte argumentere for at have betalt for 2 personer. Poolen var mega overfyldt og havde ikke kapacitet til hotellets størrelse.

My stay was not a very pleasant one. I had cockroaches in my room on two out of three nights, after asking house keeping to spray the room they didn’t even follow up. After the second incident I went down to reception to ask for a spray myself which they couldn’t even provide me with. Management said they would contact me about a possible voucher or credit which never happened. Wouldn’t stay here again and certainly not recommend it.

The hotel was conveniently located with nearby restaurants and the bus stop right outside. It was a 20 minute walk to the Valletta ferry or you could take the bus. The bus is €2 regardless of how far you go! The hotel staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the rooftop pool had plenty of loungers. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Plenty of choice and always topped up during service. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Assegnata la camera 415, completamente buia in quanto l’affaccio della piccola finestra è sulla chiostrina chiusa, chiesto il cambio stanza avvenuto solo il giorno successivo( prenotazione per 2 notti): il personale è stato abbastanza accogliente ma una stanza così non è vendibile. La colazione è adeguata, la ragazza che gestisce gli ingressi alla sala però non è altrettanto adeguata( pretendeva che portassi con me il cartoncino consegnato assieme alla chiave durante il ceck in!). La posizione è perfetta, la hall ordinata e luminosa, buon wifi. Consigliato solo per breve soggiorno ma attenzione alla stanza che assegnano.

Absolut gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Saubere Zimmer, auch wenn einiges in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Klimaanlagen in den Zimmer sind nicht sonderlich steuerbar oder haben scheinbar manchmal auch gar keine Funktion (haben andere Mitreisende in anderen Zimmern auch so empfunden), aber es war OK für diese Preiskategorie, da kann man nicht so wahnsiinig viel erwarten. Hauptsache Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit, das war gegeben. Gerne wieder

Camera pulita e accogliente, ma con finestra che dà all' interno di un condotto, quindi non luminosa. Personalmente elemento poco rilevante dato che ho trascorso tutto il tempo fuori a visitare l'isola e quindi usato la camera solo per dormire e lavarmi. Personale gentile e sorridente. Alla reception mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Ottima posizione per prendere i bus per le varie città. La zona è fornita di pizzerie, pub e ristoranti. Mi dispiace solo per la colazione perchè il cappuccino e il caffè sono preparati con la macchinetta. Avrei preferito marmellate, miele e yogurt confezionati. Consigliato.

Fantastic location and views. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The first room assigned to me had no window, but they happily changed the room the next day. Breakfast was good, catering for British, with various types of eggs, lovely bacon, good sausages... but fruit, ( which I prefer) was tinned, and only occasional watermelon, apple or oranges. Also there was ham, cheese, rolls, salad, croissants catering for continental breakfast eaters. Hotel staff very good. Reception was not able to supply an adaptor, for European appliances. I think Malta is very British, and doesn't consider people coming from Italy.(Take or buy your own adaptor). Also, no fridge, tea or coffee in my room. Maybe more expensive rooms have these. Wine choice on rooftop bar is very limited. They need to cater for people who like good wine. Overall, it was very good, for the price, and I do recommend this hotel.

As a hotel guest you expect a kind and friendly reception but you won’t get that here. Bored pool bar staff handing out poor drinks. The whole staff except cleaning staff need training in service.

We liked our room and the location. Both pools were beautiful. Unfortunately, we had to carry our pram up 2 lots of stairs each time to get to reception. Furthermore, on the second night someone on our floor (of only 4 rooms) was suuuuuuper loud until midnight, keeping our one year old awake. At the time, the staff member was great and came to speak with them multiple times. The next day I asked the manager what was happening and if they had checked out. He said no and that they'd "speak to them" but people were allowed to be noisy until 11pm. I said we couldn't risk our one year old being kept up so late again and asked if we could move. He then became aggressive and confrontational, pretending to check the rooms for less than 10 seconds and saying none were available. Then he started shrugging his shoulders at us. Terrible non-existent customer service. We moved to the Carlton Hotel after this, which way much better!

The hotel was conveniently located with nearby restaurants and the bus stop right outside. It was a 20 minute walk to the Valletta ferry or you could take the bus. The bus is €2 regardless of how far you go! The hotel staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean and the rooftop pool had plenty of loungers. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve seen. Plenty of choice and always topped up during service. We had a wonderful stay here and will definitely be back!

Les travaux au marteau piqueur juste à l’arrière bien penser à emmener ses boules quies pour dormir. Et l’armement incendie déclenchée à 3 reprises en pleine nuit à cause de personnes qui fument dans leur chambre malgré l’interdiction… Mais hôtel très bien placé au milieu de tout pour se déplacer à pieds facilement, restaurant le matin avec buffet petit déjeuner bien et très beau point de vue du rooftop avec la piscine

Fantastic location and views. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants. The first room assigned to me had no window, but they happily changed the room the next day. Breakfast was good, catering for British, with various types of eggs, lovely bacon, good sausages... but fruit, ( which I prefer) was tinned, and only occasional watermelon, apple or oranges. Also there was ham, cheese, rolls, salad, croissants catering for continental breakfast eaters. Hotel staff very good. Reception was not able to supply an adaptor, for European appliances. I think Malta is very British, and doesn't consider people coming from Italy.(Take or buy your own adaptor). Also, no fridge, tea or coffee in my room. Maybe more expensive rooms have these. Wine choice on rooftop bar is very limited. They need to cater for people who like good wine. Overall, it was very good, for the price, and I do recommend this hotel.

We traveled with one of the largest travel organizations in the world & arrived early before the tour. You would think bc we were part of the tour that the hotel would accommodate us & hold our luggage (they do have a baggage room), however, they refused to hold our luggage. The whole purpose of selecting THIS hotel was bc our tour would be staying here. No, they would not accommodate any of us in any conceivable means. Even the tour company got involved & the hotel refused to assist us. There are plenty of hotels, stay away from this one!!!
