Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay.

The pool was not available although we could go across the street to use the pool there. We had 5 kids under 6 and that was a main reason we booked here. No discount was given as we booked through third party. The other pool was gross. Over all breakfast was good, rooms clean

We did not enjoy our stay. Pool was out. They would not let me cancel. Front desk lady on the Thursday night was very rude. Her name was oge or something like that. I asked to speak with manager, which was refused. I asked for more towels for our room as our family was given two, oge said they didn’t have any more. There was nothing in the room that displayed the time, which was very inconvenient when my phone stopped working. The pillows in the closet, which I got out for one of my children, had a strong odour. The customer service is not good, they do not provide the basic essentials like towels, pool does not work and the cleaning in the rooms was not done well. I have been to hotels where things have not gone well, but not to a hotel where rude people are out in customer service. Oge should be put in position where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. The lady working Friday morning seemed very nice when we checked out.

Sharing a parking lot with a condemned (I think) building is tough. It’s hard to look past them to see yours. The pool was closed and the basketball courts were under construction.

A nice breakfast buffet with many options. Fpod was hot. Lots of seating. Only thing is some cushions at seating need steam cleaning and real cutlery would be nice. Reduce / eliminate platic usage Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Pool was cool but staff sid check in on twmp and i assumed adjusted it. Easy to get to off highway

Pool was out of pool towels, had to go to front desk. Told me to come back later as they ran out... Wasn't a big deal, but wish there were more ready to go! Room was great! Although for a 3 person room - they only provided 2 sets of bath towels. Again, had to ask front desk for the third set. Shower gel bottle was near empty in the standing shower. But didn't want to call front desk as I was already IN the bath. No big issues overall. Would stay here again.

Room decent size, breakfast surprisingly very decent with lots of options and fresh. Staff was friendly. The hotel could use a good deep clean. Upon arrival, room had musty odour and human hair in the tub and on bedroom side table. Grease splatter on ceiling of kitchen area. Hallway carpets were filthy from walk to ice machine from room. Crushed food on the floor, stains, etc. Looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Outside sitting area had bbqs with multiple dirty tongs and utensils caked with BBQ sauce that were piled beside. Pool in good shape, but chairs surrounding it are run down with stained cushions. Has lots of potential, but really needs some simple updates and a deep clean to improve experience.

Room did not appear vacuumed (I found advil and loose change beside the bed (with a dog and baby in hand) on arrival. Room only had 2 towels for 3 visitors. Asked 3 staff members for towels, 2 of them said they would bring to the room (never did), the night clerk told me I was out of luck and to talk to the desk in the morning. Unacceptable. Front desk had no towels and said hotel was "out".Hallway floors and elevator were wet from pool with no slip signage. Rude, Dirty, no towels is unacceptable. Will not be booking with Hilton again.

I will start with the pros. The staff were pleasenet and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and updated. The cons The common areas of the hotel were extremely filthy. The pool had clumps of hair! Paper towel clps around the pool deck. The hallways looked like they had not been vaccuned in weeks. The pool itself was small they need a bigger pool deck for sitting because it doesn't matter where you sit you get soaked. The public bathrooms were dirty as well Overall it was a good stay but in this day and age they really need to keep up with keeping the cleanliness of the hotel property should be a priority.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful, however, a lot of obviously wear in the room. Our room also appeared to not have been cleaned. Tables dirty, hair on counter, shower and bedside table. Orange peel still on floor in kitchen. Felt like they made the bed ( poorly made, not traditionally how a hotel bed look frech and crisp and clean), and left, didnt even have enought towels. 2 towels for 3 guests! And ran out of towels at the pool. I asked for more but they were out of all types of towels. So kinda brutal, 3 ppl sharing 2 towels for their swim and then re used them shared them to shower, at what looked like a beautiful place. So hskg and supplies not good. Staff was at least friendly

Room was disgusting. Blood on sheets, floor, walls and furniture were dirty. Could not wait to leave and will not be back. Waited 4 hours for a towel. Room was stinky, air freshener did kit help.

As soon as we opened the door to our room we were met with a stench. Water damage on the walls and one of the windows, 3 air fresheners plugged in to mask the odour of marijuana. Couch barely survived the last dog in the room. USB plugs broken and lamps flickered when I tried to plug anything in. No towels by the pool, pool area smelt like cat piss. I put a towel down to step on after a shower and it looked brown after, floors obviously not cleaned in a while.

I was disappointed that the TV had 3 HDMI inputs, but no way to select these inputs. The #1 reason I rented a suite with a couch was so I could watch a movie on the TV screen from my laptop.

The room was huge. Staff friendly enough on site. What I loved was that we had left items in the room and they call us about it and held it. I’ve had other hotels say nothing was left and they just pocketed the items. One big thing news the TVs were quite old. No apps and couldn’t stream to them

The mattress's too soft and once I laid on the bed, my body just sank in. I had back pain after just staying there for one night. Hotel itself was good but I was glad that I only stayed for one night because of the mattress quality. Hotel is within proximity to restaurants and supermarkets. Breakfast was included which was a bonus.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Holes in the wall where the sprinkler head was supposed to be, toilet paper holder loose on wall- a few small maintenance issues ( sink was not draining). Had to wait 20 mins at checkin because of no staff at desk. It was a late checking with two kids that needed to get to bed. We forgot goggles and my son spent the afternoon after an hour swimming trying to get his eyes to stop burning from the chlorine. Breakfast was alright. Had to get there at the right time to find a table. Was ok for a short stay but would probably book elsewhere next time. Only memorable interaction with a staff member was the lady who was going to clean our room. She was great with our kids and so friendly. Otherwise we barely got a hello in the rare chance we saw a staff member.

Check-in was a mess. We were given the wrong room and 3 hours after check-in and unloading two full cars, we had to return from our event and change rooms. Not a great experience. Check-in staff should be better trained, and should not lie about the source of the error and blame the guest.

Staff were friendly. We stayed two nights and we had requested a crib. We checked in late the first night and inquired about the crib and we were told it was good to go. Got to our room and there was nothing. Staff corrected it very quickly though. We also didn’t get a top up of our complimentary coffee on the following day. All in all, a nice and well kept hotel. No major complaints at all. All staff were very friendly

The stay was amazing, the room was clean, staff was very friendly except 1 staff member she didnt seem to want to do her job. Also our room was not cleaned while we stayed there for the week. The housekeeping girl got us to bring out our garbage. They didnt make our beds until the last night we stayed.

This property proudly advertises “free parking” as an amenity, yet when my car was broken into overnight with my window shattered, I was told the hotel has zero responsibility because the lot is “public” despite it being on-site. No support, no assistance, not even basic compassion from staff. I had to deal with a shattered window, a stolen bag containing my EpiPen and inhaler, and then drive two and a half hours back to Toronto in 5°C weather with an open window. All after paying for a night at Homewood Suites in London, Ontario — a hotel that seems eager to list amenities, but completely unwilling to stand by guests when something actually goes wrong on their property. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is astonishing and frankly unacceptable. Guests deserve better than empty promises and shrugged shoulders when their safety and belongings are compromised. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here for safety concerns.

Gave away the room at 9pm. Said they tired to call but did not. Was held under a card they said they tried to auth. They lied, bank said no auth attempt was made. Big concert in town, no rooms so they sold it for double.

My first issue was the check in. My wife and I attempted to check in early and no rooms were available. Fair enough. I was busy for the day and when my wife returned she was denied check in because the room was booked in my name so there we security concerns. Remember we were there together earlier. After a phone conversation, interrupting my planned event, they made an EXCEPTION, really, and let my wife check in. The room is basic but good for the price. However the sink was plugged and the water built up in the basin and the TV is on a side wall at a 90 degree angle from the couch. Hard to watch. When I got back to the room later in the evening and went up to the room, someone had thrown plates and bowls of food in the hallway. In the morning the plates and bowls had been removed but food scraps were not cleaned up nor vacuumed and still had to be stepped over. I trust our experiences were isolated incidents.

We enjoyed the pool and the shopping nearby. The check in and check out process was easy. The wifi was a pain to connect and was really slow. The parking was great. Lots of spots available. We enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

My second time here and will continue to stay here when I'm in town. Stayed here on a Wednesday night and it was nice to see a Manager's reception with soup, salad, fruit, coffee and juice available so I didn't have to buy dinner! Staff is always friendly. Breakfast was great as usualy. About the only thing I could complain about is that dishes in the dishwasher were still dirty and greasy that I had to wash it before using it but was likely due to not being rinsed before they were washed. Other than that it was a great stay and can't wait to return.

We only stayed 1 night, but will definitely be back! The checkin process was easy and quick and the hotel was clean and tidy. We loved the fact that they offered an evening social that included soup and salad in addition to a warm breakfast the next day.
