The property pools etc excellent. Condominium not so great. Definitely time for furniture replacement. The bed dripped in the center. The living room blind was falling off the track making it very difficult to open or close. The main sofa sitting furniture was heavily soiled and we had to cover it in order to feel comfortable sitting on it….No blackout blind on the bedroom window which allowed the bright outside lights to shine full force directly into the bedroom all night. The Tuscan furniture was nice, but it was apparent that the owner was dumping other furniture in that didn’t match anything and only junked up the common area. The High outside celebration noise should have been better controlled by security during late evening sleeping hours. Not a great visit this time to Rocky Point.
