Balcony was peaceful with lounge chairs and a 4-6 person table. The view was stunning. Swim up bar was a lot of fun and a great place to hang out socially. The beach was lovely spending 3 days going between the ocean and the pools.

The property was beautiful. We stayed in Phase III which is still under some construction around the pool area. Access to pools in all three phases is allowed so we used multiple pools. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious, definitely worth the upgrade. There is a coffee shop on property with great coffee and amazing desserts. Room service was fast and the food was good.

We had a one bedroom condo very close to the beach in one of the buildings that is at the front. We had a beautiful overlook of the pool and the beach. We received daily room service , towel change and cleaning. There was a little hiccup on our arrival. The gate guard wouldn’t let us in since we did not have a room number only a reservation Number , it took some troubleshooting however, the rest of our stay definitely made up for it. We parked in an underground safe garage, there’re also always a few taxis at the front by the gate. coffee shop for morning drinks and pastries. Pool bar has a decent menu for lunch. Didn’t eat at any restaurants within the property but apparently there are 2 on site

The pools are super nice, and clean, the bedding super comfortable. On the other hand our condo didn't have usb phone chargers as others do, we got an older condo, that is probably why. The way they handle towels it's very inconvenient. But it's still my favorite place to stay in pen̈asco

The room was clean and nice. The property is big and was somewhat difficult to find the phase/room as they lack signage but all good. They definitely need more parking. There wasn’t enough, we had to look around like 15 mins that was close enough to our room. Staff was great. Previas of the food and drinks are a little higher than usual.

I recently stayed at this property, which presents itself as a five-star resort. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what one would expect at that level. My wife is from the area so we have stayed at this property or others nearby several times. This trip we were very disappointed with the condition of the room. When we arrived, it had not been cleaned recently, so there was a layer of dust over all the surfaces. We had to call housekeeping and stay in the room for about 45 minutes to allow housekeeping to come and refresh the room. This made us late for dinner. When we woke up in the next morning, we needed to shower but found that there was no hot water. Apparently they had not turned the hot water heater on so once again we had to call and have somebody come do that and then wait for the hot water. This delayed our being able to go out to get some things done by over an hour. After Golf, I wanted to go to the pool, but after walking out there, discovered that the towels were located in phase 2, which was a substantial walk from where I was at. When we checked in, they had given us bracelets and said they were for the towels at the pool. They did not indicate that we had to go back to the phase 2 building to get the towels so we assumed that they would be out by the pool. Overall, I would have to say that I was very disappointed by the property for this visit.

This was a fantastic resort. The room was very spacious and clean. The room had an amazing view of the pools and beach. We were a family of three. The bed was very comfortable. My son slept in the pull out which was very comfortable as well. The lazy river was awesome. Just bring your own floaters. The staff was super friendly and attentive. There’s a restaurant in the property which we did not eat at but we did order food from the pool area bar. Decent selection and very tasty. Would highly recommend !

We have stayed at Las Palomas three times in the past, but this time we were in Phase One. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't the best. The towels were very rough and uncomfortable to use, and the bed was quite stiff; I didn't like the mattress at all, as I woke up with a stiff neck. Additionally, communicating with the front office was difficult because their phone line was not functioning properly. Overall, it was not our best experience.

The condo was nice, however I would highly encourage the owner to install some blackout four gains since the bedroom faces the elevator and the lights that are on 24/7. The bed is also not in the beat conditions. Other than that nice stay!

Las Palomas is a nice resort and offers all of the amenities a family could need. The view is great from the ocean-front rooms! The Phase 1 building where we stayed, had interiors' dated from the 1990's. The condo was a 2 bedroom plus a pull-out sofa. We were told it would have 2 King beds, but it only had 1 King bed and 1 full-size bed. The pull-out sofa was too short for my 14-year-old son. The resort offers all kitchen amenities including a coffee maker, however, they will not provide coffee nor sugar, so make sure you bring everything. One bag of coffee in their "convenience store" costs $20! The resort was very crowded and there were lots of kids in the lazy river and pool areas, which you would expect. If you are looking for a quieter experience, this is not the place. The Phase 1 building offers one restaurant which is a high-end pricier option, and a convenience store. Phase 2 offers a different pricier option restaurant plus a coffee shop, which is great for those staying in Phase 2 but not convenient at all of you're staying in Phase 1. The beach is lovely with soft sand and not many rocks at all. There are plenty of vendors and even jet skiing available right on the beach.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool stays open late until 10PM, so that was great! Town and non property restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the hotel. We only tried one restaurant and the food variety wasn’t great but they offer 20% discount for hotel guests and don’t forget to buy you PALOMA Bucks!!

OMGosh, haven't been to Rocky Point in over 20 years and must say it did not disappoint!! La Palomas Beach Resort it definitely top shelf. The room was spacious and the beachfront view was amazing. Great price point for what you get, having access to all the pools made it even better. The staff was kind and very helpful.

Very bad experienced with front desk...coktel in the pool very bad too...and they charge me 97 dlls extra...they said that Expedia dosnt say about that extra charge...and plus an extra person...when expedia said it was all coverage...very bad experience

Overall it's a great facility and comfortable. The one knock I have is that within our unit there was only one pod for the dishwasher, and only one trash bag to use for clean up prior to our departure. We didn't notice the bag situation until we were starting to pack up the night before we left as we were leaving early in the morning, so I called into the front desk and was told that housekeeping was gone, and we wouldn't be able to get another until they got back, which would be after we left. We ended up leaving some trash behind.
Overall it's a great facility and comfortable. We were under the impression that it was all inclusive. The expedia listing seemed as if everything was inclusive. Also we were denied access to the properity when we first arived, because we didnt have the "correct email" we had to park outside the property then walk to reception then back to our car after being confirmed. The checkin process was very slow due to lack of employees. Besides that we had a wonderful experience and staff was friendly and courteous.

Also we were denied access to the properity when we first arived, because we didnt have the "correct email" we had to park outside the property then walk to reception then back to our car after being confirmed. The checkin process was very slow due to lack of employees. Besides that we had a wonderful experience and staff was friendly and courteous.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The gronds are manicured to near perfection. The drive in is just a sad mix of scummy and trash ridden mess. Makes me feel very sad for the people who try very hard to keep a clean area. The trash outside of the resort in the town is nothing short of appallingly. Drove out to Cholla Bay area and stayed clear of the town. Other than that, it was and is a fantastic resort and i would recommend it 100 percent. Safe , clean and well staffed. The Los Palomas Resort is top notch.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool stays open late until 10PM, so that was great! Town and non property restaurants are 10-15 minutes from the hotel. We only tried one restaurant and the food variety wasn’t great but they offer 20% discount for hotel guests and don’t forget to buy you PALOMA Bucks!!

The property was beautiful. We stayed in Phase III which is still under some construction around the pool area. Access to pools in all three phases is allowed so we used multiple pools. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious, definitely worth the upgrade. There is a coffee shop on property with great coffee and amazing desserts. Room service was fast and the food was good.

The service in the restaurants are a hit or miss type of situation. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are ample space . Internet is good. The common areas need a bit of more attention, especially in the cleaning. Straws on the ground or pool was gross. Beer cans scatter around the pools and or pool chairs was also gross.

Amazing oceanfront view on the 10th floor. Clean room, friendly staff. Pool bar needs to stay open later. Lazy River was fun! Only 2 restaurants on property but we only liked La Maria. We will definitely be back!

If you have little ones do not hesitate to bring them, very family friendly. We were placed in phase 1 and a lot of families didn’t get a chance to check out phase 2 but 1 is most definitely family friendly. We all enjoyed ourselves my one and 6 year old loved it! We will definitely be making it our yearly trip at this resort
