駐車場の出し入れが不便。 4人宿泊だと、ベッドの上しかスペースがなくてゆっくりできない。大浴場がないので、ゆっくりできない。結局、2日とも車で15分程度かかる温浴施設に行った。割引のきく提携浴場などがあると便利。

ホテル駐車場が有るのは有るが立体駐車場で昨今のミニバンの類は駐車出来ず、近隣の有料駐車場に停めなければなりません。サイト表記に駐車場有りとある以上はせめて定型駐車場の準備が必要かと。スタッフ様方の対応は非常に良く、清掃やアメニティなどは文句はありません。電子レンジなどがない為、徒歩数分のファミレスの利用が良いかと。

市電からすぐだったので良かった。スタッフの方達はとても丁寧な対応で、言葉遣いもソフトな感じて、優しくて好印象！エレベーターに乗る時に、ルームキーをかざしてから階数を押すというシステムは初めてだったが、不審者とかが入り難くなっているのはとても良かった。また、エレベーターの階数表示がデジタルじゃなくてアナログ時計みたいなのは可愛かった。私のスーツケースが大きかったのもあるが、部屋が狭く、荷物を整理するのに場所が無くて大変だった。

Clean room, really kind stuff. They recommended me nice restaurant. Location is good(it’s close to China-Town, Glover-Garden and Oura-Church). Only one not good thing was they have no self-service laundry. 大変親切でよいホテルでした。コインランドリー設備があると有難かったのですが、歩ける距離にはあったのでそれで事足りました。

車で行ったんですが、20時頃に到着した時にはホテルの駐車場が満車で停められませんでした。しかし歩いて行ける距離にコインパーキングがあるので問題ありませんでした

The hotel is old and worn. The hallway carpet is beat snd stained. The shower was dirty not just mildew stained, but dirty. The tile floor and baseboards were dirty. The chairs in the room were worn out and uncomfortable. We were so uncomfortable we checked out a day early and lost the cost of one night’s lodging.

繁華街からは離れているが、路面電車の乗り場に近く、移動にはとても便利な場所です。部屋には、レトロ調なドアなど工夫が有り、設備は新しく清潔でした。 WiFiは、回線が足らないのかほとんど使えず、唯一残念でした。

家具や設えがレトロでお洒落な感じで寛げました。一階にはステンドグラス付きの教会もあり、雰囲気が良かったです。最上階だったせいか、暖房が効きすぎてひどく乾燥していたのが唯一残念でした。また宿泊したいホテルです。

The reception to this hotel is beautiful and grand, however the rooms are shabby in comparison. The rooms are european style so the floor was tiled like in spanish houses, but it made the room feel more cold and unwelcoming, and overall gave it a tired appearance. One of the plug sockets was broken, the bed was a bit rickety and on the smaller side (normal for Japan, but not for the price we paid). The single pillows given were absolutely awful. Also the sound proofing between the room and the main hall is awful, and you can easily hear passersby outside. Can't talk about breakfast as we didn't have it but it was quite pricey. The staff were perfectly pleasant; cannot complain about them at all.

2泊滞在させてもらいました。チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらったのですが、上着を預けた私に寒くないですか？と声をかけていただきました。少し風が冷たかったのでありがたかったです。内装も素敵でベッドが気持ちよかったので、毎日ゆっくり寝ることができました。空調が調節できなかったのが残念ですが、また長崎に行った際には泊まりたいと思ってます。旅の素敵な思い出の一部です。

Clean room, really kind stuff. They recommended me nice restaurant. Location is good(it’s close to China-Town, Glover-Garden and Oura-Church). Only one not good thing was they have no self-service laundry. 大変親切でよいホテルでした。コインランドリー設備があると有難かったのですが、歩ける距離にはあったのでそれで事足りました。

初長崎、ここのホテルにして良かったです。大浦天主堂やグラバー園にも近く、周りも歩くとことがいっぱいありました。軌道電車も乗りやすく観光するのにピッタリでした!

Nice stylish hotel, well located near Glover's Garden. A bit away from the main train station, however, worth the stay. Walking distance to Dejima and Chinatown. Would certainly stay again, only would select the larger room.

施設がアンティーク調で、新しく綺麗。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しいかったです。グラバー園や軍艦島ミュージアム、出島などに近く、便利です。最寄りのコンビニへは10分ほどかかるのと、路面電車の駅までは少し歩きます。

朝食付きプランを選択したのですが、素泊まりで予約されてありました。レストランスペースが2ヶ所に分かれており、ビュッフェのカウンターから遠い席を案内されて不便なのと、家族連れ、団体客で落ち着かない雰囲気もあって、朝食は初日の利用だけで止めました。客室の壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の男性の咳ばらい、イビキが道路工事ぐらいハッキリ聞こえてきました。接客は最高に良かったので、そこだけ残念でした。

We stayed in a few hotels in Japan. This one had (by far) the most character, being in a historic part of Nagasaki which is in itself quite an interesting and historic city. The room was fine, the breakfast excellent. The staff friendly. I recommend to take the breakfast [as its very nice] but only if you have a bit of time to spare as it can get overcrowded in the breakfast room.

Different kind of hotel from the usual run-of-mill kinds. Located close to some major landmarks of Nagasaki like the Glover Garden. At the same time area around the hotel is very quiet. Tram and bus stations very close by. Very good varied breakfast.

The Japanese style breakfast was excellent; there were a few choices for the western taste as well. The hotel has a good restaurant , Amalia for lunch and dinner. The neighborhood was great; easy walk to Grover Garden ( many shops around) and Chinatown ( opposite direction) also with many shops and restaurants. The hotel was nicely decorated with a Spanish colonial flair. We appeared to be the only westerners in the hotel. Staff was excellent and went out of their way to be helpful; their English was limited. The television had many options but it was all in Japanese.

Staff was super friendly, arrange a pick up taxi the morning we were leaving and loaned us umbrellas. Cleaned the room nicely too.
