De service was top qua vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid. Het ontbijt was dik in orde: heel uitgebreid en heel lekker! Goede ligging qua bereikbaarheid (snelweg). Vééél parkeergelegenheid en bewaakte parkeerplaatsen. De accommodatie was omvangrijk en netjes. Details als werkpuntjes: In de badkamer ontbrak een tabletje in douche om shampoo op te zetten. De temperatuur was aangenaam maar de kamer warmde niet meteen op als je 't hoger zette. Kortom een heel gezellige plek om te verblijven!

Price looked okey when we booked it. Location was abit off and far away from everything in Haag. But okey if you just leave the highway to continue your travel next day. Safe gated private parking for the guests car which is nice and for free. We arrived and there were no staff in reception. We were told by the bartender to wait abit. The girl came about 15 min after our arrival and checked us in. We shouldn’t have to wait that long! The rooms are old, and the beds are a joke.. They are way too low.. and tiny! I think they were 70 or 80 cm wide only. And separated. In the bathroom there were still stains from other guest and hair on the sink. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly as someone has peed in there and not flushed and it has urine stains. Stains on the walls and curtains too short. The whole room just feels outdated. The beds comfort were horrible. I could feel the springs through the mattress and way to soft! Would never stay here again. From a environmental perspective I think it’s a waste of plastic to have small shower gel bottles provided. It should be an attached bottle on the wall hanging instead rather than there small one time bottles that you use and throw away after one shower and there’s still some left in it.

Personeel is vriendelijk en het ontbijt oké. Helaas zijn de kamers niet schoon en stinkt de badcel en zit er schimmel in. Op de gangen staat vuile vaat en blijft wel 2 dagen staan. Ook stond er wel twee dagen lang een baby bed op de gang!

Rezeption war nett. Unser Zimmer und unser bad waren sauber ! Bis auf das bett dort habe ich sand gefunden sollte mal unter dem laken auch abgesaugt werden und nicht nur gewechselt werden. Frühstück kann ich nichts dazu sagen haben dies nicht mit gebucht. Bei den negativen Bewertungen hatte ich angst das es dreckig wäre aber mein zimmer war gut.

Bei Ankunft Zutritt des Hotels im Eingang riesen Mülleimer mit aufgetürmtem Müll.Junger Herr/Portier Zigarette im Eingangsbereich am rauchen und mit Handy am spielen statt Kunde zu empfangen.Dame an der Rezeption nicht ansprechbar zum check in da Dienstschluss.Personal desinteressiert und genervt. Schmutziges Geschirr auf jeder Etage auf dem Boden am rumstehen.Am nöchsten Tag das gleiche. Künstliche Wimpern von vorherigen Hotelgästen noch im Duschbereich am kleben. Zimmerspiegel mit langem rausstehenden Nagel unterlegt so das ich mir meinen Fus daran verletzt habe. Alles in allem eine Frechheit

De kamer was erg klein voor 2 personen. De eenpersoonsbedden waren zo smal dat we moesten oppassen dat we midden in de nacht niet van bed vielen. Het koffiezetapparaat was kapot. Er was geen waterkoker of theeservies. Er was geen minibar (het was een kleine, lege koelkast). Er was geen roomservice.De douche in de badkamer had alleen warm water en de koudwaterknop werkte niet .

The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!

The room was very noisy ,it sounds like a fan working on the top of your head ,and the next day the alarm gone of at 2.30 in the night time ,so I stayed 2 night ,it was a nightmare,although I have spoken to the receptionist.

Wir mussten ab dem Check In viermal nach einem Babybett fragen. Jedes mal wurde uns gesagt, dass man sich darum kümmert. Jedoch haben wir am Ende kein Babybett bekommen. Uns wurde leider auch keine Rückmeldung gegeben, weshalb kein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt worden ist.

Price looked okey when we booked it. Location was abit off and far away from everything in Haag. But okey if you just leave the highway to continue your travel next day. Safe gated private parking for the guests car which is nice and for free. We arrived and there were no staff in reception. We were told by the bartender to wait abit. The girl came about 15 min after our arrival and checked us in. We shouldn’t have to wait that long! The rooms are old, and the beds are a joke.. They are way too low.. and tiny! I think they were 70 or 80 cm wide only. And separated. In the bathroom there were still stains from other guest and hair on the sink. Toilet wasn’t cleaned properly as someone has peed in there and not flushed and it has urine stains. Stains on the walls and curtains too short. The whole room just feels outdated. The beds comfort were horrible. I could feel the springs through the mattress and way to soft! Would never stay here again. From a environmental perspective I think it’s a waste of plastic to have small shower gel bottles provided. It should be an attached bottle on the wall hanging instead rather than there small one time bottles that you use and throw away after one shower and there’s still some left in it.

The hotel is fine in every aspect apart from the squeaky heating pump! It's in quite an industrial/office area but the 17 tram (about 150 meters away) will take you right into Rijswijk and Central Dern Haag. Probably the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. The staff at Bastion are very friendly and helpful!
