Zum Einchecken muss man mit einer Box kommunizieren. Das ist zwar grundsätzlich ok, aber hier konkret schlecht umgesetzt. So ist die Eingabe umständlich (nur über den Bildschirm), man muss für beide Gäste sämtliche Daten eingeben (Adresse nochmal, etc.), die Personalausweise werden gescannt, allerdings werden die Informationen nur teilweise erkannt. Bei mehreren Gästen, die zur gleichen Zeit eintreffen, entsteht ein Stau. Wir haben für den Eincheck-Vorgang 20 Minuten gebraucht. Im Übrigen war die Unterkunft ok, sehr gute Regendusche, allerdings war der Safe verschlossen (und Servicepersonal ist ja nicht da). Ein Kaffee am Morgen wäre schön gewesen, entweder auf dem Zimmer oder in dem „Kiosk“ auf der Hoteletage. Einen Kaffeeautomaten haben wir aber nicht gefunden.

Easy and seamless check in. Quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kiosk in hotel offering cold drinks which was very convenient. Rooftop terraces and an indoor lounge area which were great for unwinding or drinking a beer at the end of the day. Laundry and shared kitchen were very nice and a life lifesaver for longer term travel. The room was clean and made for a great stop for a few days, safe, secure, and a good location a little out from the city center.

New, very nice and modern hotel, located in a quiet residential area. Parking available. All keys are via a web-app, that worked flawlessly for the front doors, but not for my room. The hotel being without a reception, I had to call and it took me a while to get through to anyone able to help. I eventually got an old traditional key and all worked from there. A good breakfast is available at a very nice little café in the street outside the complex where the hotel is located at the top.

This is not a hotel. There is no front desk. No Bell service. No concierge. No room service. No staff at all. No extra towels. No extra toilet paper. No shampoo. No lotion. No hotel amenities at all. This is a not a hotel!!! They need to work a lot harder on their Concept!!

Das Hotel hat zwar kein Frühstück o.ä. dabei, aber es gibt vor Ort verschiedene Cafés/Restaurant, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hotel ist in einem Neubaugebiet, alles sehr sauber. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das einchecken funktioniert einwandfrei durch einen Automaten.

We were staying near friends in the same compound so it was very convenient. Everything is automated and quite self-explanatory. We had a corner room so had cross ventilation, other wise there was no air conditioning. The hotel is sustainable therefore no amenities of any kind are offered but there is a kiosk on the small street outside

Stayed here for 2 nights for Fibo, and as much as the room and location were fantastic, I had a harder time than expected. Firstly, you log in to an app or webpage to unlock the doors. As someone who doesn't speak German, I got stuck outside for a good 20 minutes not knowing how to get in, or which door unlock to press. I must admit, I prefer a hotel with a reception and member of staff to speak to about any issues. This is a very staff-less hotel, which is fine when it works, but when it doesn't can be frustrating. Secondly, I paid for breakfast on both of my two days at TOR1 next door. I went down, to be turned away by a man who spoke no English saying 'Nein'. Granted, I should have used Google translate to speak with him clearly, but at the same time... Why is it so hard and complicated to find and eat the breakfast I paid for? The room is superb, it was gorgeous. Clean, tidy and 10/10. The room went almost pitch black at night which was great, and I slept fantastic. Just a let down regarding breakfast and access. If they made these two things clearer, and simpler especially for overseas visitors like myself, I'd have enjoyed my stay a little more. Anyway, superb hotel, really enjoyed my stay, just feel like this is important to potential customers to know prior to arrival. Would absolutely recommend!

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Der Automat ließt nicht alles vom Personalausweis aus und es dauert dann einfach nur lange. Vorallem wenn mehrere Leute einchecken wollen. Zimmer war aber an sich sauber. Die nächste Haltestelle war auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen, nur der Check In Automat ist Verbesserungs würdig.

De kamer zag er uit zoals op de foto’s. Het was rustig, net en stijlvol. De bedden waren heel comfortabel. Er ligt een bakker in de buurt waar we lekker ontbeten hebben. Er is geen ontbijt bij het hotel zelf. Inchecken gaat met een machine. Het geeft duidelijk aan wat je moet doen maar duurde alsnog even om in te checken.

Technische Probleme beim Check In wurden sofort telefonisch behoben, Servicepersonal ist erreichbar. Die Matratzen waren super, aber das Zimmer war sehr staubig, der Teppich schmuddelig.

I requested a king size bed but instead I got two twin size bed next to each other. It just makes for uncomfortable sleep. Shower floated due to clog on the drainage tube. I had to remove it myself in order to get showered. With all of that being said, the apt is nice & modern.

The lack of staff made it strange to enter and exit hotel. I watched many struggle with the codes on their phones. Ventilation in the rooms was non-existent so temperature and humidity was impossible to adjust.

Stayed here for 2 nights for Fibo, and as much as the room and location were fantastic, I had a harder time than expected. Firstly, you log in to an app or webpage to unlock the doors. As someone who doesn't speak German, I got stuck outside for a good 20 minutes not knowing how to get in, or which door unlock to press. I must admit, I prefer a hotel with a reception and member of staff to speak to about any issues. This is a very staff-less hotel, which is fine when it works, but when it doesn't can be frustrating. Secondly, I paid for breakfast on both of my two days at TOR1 next door. I went down, to be turned away by a man who spoke no English saying 'Nein'. Granted, I should have used Google translate to speak with him clearly, but at the same time... Why is it so hard and complicated to find and eat the breakfast I paid for? The room is superb, it was gorgeous. Clean, tidy and 10/10. The room went almost pitch black at night which was great, and I slept fantastic. Just a let down regarding breakfast and access. If they made these two things clearer, and simpler especially for overseas visitors like myself, I'd have enjoyed my stay a little more. Anyway, superb hotel, really enjoyed my stay, just feel like this is important to potential customers to know prior to arrival. Would absolutely recommend!

Horrible signage! Couldn’t find the hotel entrance. Electronic sign-up experience- keypad screen was total junk and wouldn’t register keystrokes, add to that no translation for foreigners, and no one around to assist. Incredibly frustrating and annoying. However, once checked in to the room it’s excellent. Checking in was a total pain, but in the end the place is great.

The lack of staff made it strange to enter and exit hotel. I watched many struggle with the codes on their phones. Ventilation in the rooms was non-existent so temperature and humidity was impossible to adjust.

Easy and seamless check in. Quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kiosk in hotel offering cold drinks which was very convenient. Rooftop terraces and an indoor lounge area which were great for unwinding or drinking a beer at the end of the day. New, very nice and modern hotel, located in a quiet residential area. Parking available. All keys are via a web-app, that worked flawlessly for the front doors, but not for my room. The hotel being without a reception, I had to call and it took me a while to get through to anyone able to help. I eventually got an old traditional key and all worked from there. A good breakfast is available at a very nice little café in the street outside the complex where the hotel is located at the top.

Zimmer war sauber und schön. Check-In war eine Katastrophe. Der Automat ließt nicht alles vom Personalausweis aus und es dauert dann einfach nur lange. Vorallem wenn mehrere Leute einchecken wollen. Zimmer war aber an sich sauber. Die nächste Haltestelle war auch in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Alles in allem ist es weiter zu empfehlen, nur der Check In Automat ist Verbesserungs würdig.

Zum Einchecken muss man mit einer Box kommunizieren. Das ist zwar grundsätzlich ok, aber hier konkret schlecht umgesetzt. So ist die Eingabe umständlich (nur über den Bildschirm), man muss für beide Gäste sämtliche Daten eingeben (Adresse nochmal, etc.), die Personalausweise werden gescannt, allerdings werden die Informationen nur teilweise erkannt. Bei mehreren Gästen, die zur gleichen Zeit eintreffen, entsteht ein Stau. Wir haben für den Eincheck-Vorgang 20 Minuten gebraucht. Im Übrigen war die Unterkunft ok, sehr gute Regendusche, allerdings war der Safe verschlossen (und Servicepersonal ist ja nicht da). Ein Kaffee am Morgen wäre schön gewesen, entweder auf dem Zimmer oder in dem „Kiosk“ auf der Hoteletage. Einen Kaffeeautomaten haben wir aber nicht gefunden.

Das Hotel hat zwar kein Frühstück o.ä. dabei, aber es gibt vor Ort verschiedene Cafés/Restaurant, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hotel ist in einem Neubaugebiet, alles sehr sauber. Schönes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und es gibt einen Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden. Das einchecken funktioniert einwandfrei durch einen Automaten.
Das Hotel hat zwar kein Frühstück o.ä. dabei, aber es gibt vor Ort verschiedene Cafés/Restaurant, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Hotel ist in einem Neubaugebiet, alles sehr sauber. De kamer zag er uit zoals op de foto’s. Het was rustig, net en stijlvol. De bedden waren heel comfortabel. Er ligt een bakker in de buurt waar we lekker ontbeten hebben. Er is geen ontbijt bij het hotel zelf. Inchecken gaat met een machine. Het geeft duidelijk aan wat je moet doen maar duurde alsnog even om in te checken.
