We loved staying here. Beds were soft and room was quite large with a sofa and small kitchen area. Washer/dryer combo in room with laundry detergent available at the front desk for no charge. Close to Glico sign and area shopping, within a 10 minute walk. Close to metro too so easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great property. The hotel was clean. Front desk was staffed, and folks were friendly and English speaking. The room was spacious, clean. Washer in the room was actually great including a full drying cycle. We did not need to hang clothes like we had to do in other hotels. On our last day there, it rained and the hotel had umbrellas we could borrow. Overall, I would highly recommend. We were a party of 4.

Family suite was large and spacious. Liked having washer/dryer in room. Also had refrigerator and cook top. Bathroom was large with a separate toilet. Beds were comfortable. Very quite property. Very close to metro stations. Grocery store a block or two south of hotel to stock up on food. 7/11 across the street for quick treats and cofee on the morning. Close to famous Namba shrine.

This brand new apartment hotel is very spacious by Japanese standards. Attractive and well appointed with everything you might need (including a washer/dryer!), it is immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is near a cat cafe, which enchanted my daughter. I would highly recommend staying here when in Osaka.

Area was residential but still full of life and activity. This Monday has more units, which means more neighbors. It was nice, but we must’ve had new ones a couple nights later because they were loud enough to be heard in our room after quiet hours were in effect.

What a gem to find! Big property and affordable rates - it was perfect for our family of 4. We did the grand family room. There was a washer/dryer INSIDE your room (complimentary laundry detergent at the lobby). There's a 7/11 right across from the property and some great local restaurants nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk or so to the Dotonbori area...we would walk there during the day and taxi back at night. The front doors are locked between 12am-5am which I appreciated and they give you a code to open it. We felt very safe and we would definitely stay here again. We also were able to sign into our Netflix, Disney , YouTube, etc. on their TVs. The only negative side is the floors seem on the thinner side. I could hear the people above us walking and tried to be careful walking quietly for the people below us.

Fantastic and large space for our family of four in the Grand Family Room which included a separate bedroom with two double beds and a large living room with a massive modular couch which also serves as beds. Separate bath and laundry. Modern and new given it just opened (Dec 24?). Generally well considered apartment design and friendly 24 hr reception. The location is good but just a 12min walk to Namba station which is slightly further than you may typically expect in Japan. But Namba is a good station to be close to. Was also great value noting we benefitted from a significant discounted price.

Customer service was excellent! Staff was very helpful and kind. 4 of the employees we encountered were always so warm, cheerful, and nice! I wish I got their names. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing about this place was the location, although there was a 7-11 close by, it is relatively far to the nearby train station. Nevertheless, we would book this place again when we return!
