Seuls b-mol l’emplacement est particulièrement bruyant car l’hôtel est situé sur une artère principale. We were very pleased with our stay. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Breakfast included a good variety of option and the pool/bar lounge on the terrace was really nice to enjoy the late afternoon sun after a day of exploring. Props to the driver, Constantine, which bring guests to the port, which save a 15 to 18min walk.

This property is beautiful. The room, shuttle driver and dining staff work very hard to make your experience amazing and are so welcoming and friendly. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing. The pool temperature could be a bit warmer. You can tell it’s not heated. The breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options, and they make a great cappuccino. Overall I would recommend this property.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem außergewöhnlichen Hotel. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll und luxuriös eingerichtet, sehr sauber und wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Ausblick auf den Hafen und Parikia. Diesen hat man ebenfalls vom Poolbereich und Restaurant aus. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit zusätzlich zum normalen Angebot täglich wechselnden griechischen Spezialitäten und sehr aufmerksamem Service. Generell waren alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und es herrschte eine familiäre Atmosphäre! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Ebenfalls zu erwähnen ist der tolle Service eines jederzeitigen, kostenlosen Transfers vom Hotel zum Hafen und wieder zurück, den wir sehr gerne genutzt haben. Wir haben uns im Paros Palace sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen!

This property is honestly okay. It’s away from a lot a lot of the places we wanted to visit so we rented a car. The car was recommended by the hotel. The first room we had for three days was beautiful, in front the pool area!! Which made for a beautiful sunset views! Second room that we were moved to was disgusting. Honestly, it needed renovations and it should be shut down. Thankfully, we were only in that room for one day because we decided to book another day. The driver to and from the port was the best awesome, he was very informative and pleasant. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. It starts with an S.

My wife and I stayed in the private pool suite for 5 nights and unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with the overall experience. The suite was advertised as having a private pool, but it was overlooked by the apartment directly above us, which made it feel anything but private. One evening, we also found a cockroach on our toothbrush – a very unpleasant surprise that raised concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. Customer service was another major letdown. The person in charge was unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. Other staff seemed poorly trained and struggled with even simple requests. Given the premium we paid for what was supposed to be a luxury experience, the stay fell far short of expectations. Sadly, we wouldn’t consider returning or recommending this property.

Absolutely beautiful property. The sunset from the rooftop area was stunning. Having the taxi to and from the port was an huge reason I picked this hotel. That was awesome until traffic made the 5 min drive 40+ min, and it wasn’t worth using the property provided taxi. Only other downside was the WiFi was not the greatest!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Paros Palace for our Honeymoon. We had a Premium Suite with a private pool which really exceeded our expectations. The room was large, clean and very quiet even though we were directly above the pool area. The staff were all very friendly and the shuttle to the port was very appreciated. The buffet breakfast was excellent with hot & cold options. Room service also available if required. We would thoroughly recommend a stay here and are glad we ignored the, on occasion silly, reviews that preceeded our stay. Couldn't have asked for more.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Paros Palace. Staff are incredibly friendly and hospital. Shuttle pick up from the port and drive to the downtown area were quick and easy. My only complaint is the property is right on a busy road so noise of traffic can be heard day and night. But because the property was so beautiful and comfortable this was not at all a dealbreakers. Bed was very comfortable, great hot rain shower and huge delicious breakfast included every morning with made to order coffees and huge selections of hot and cold items (plenty for a vegetarian like me!). Staff also connected me with a great local rental car company (Athina) which was smooth and easy. Highly recommend!!!

The staff are super nice and welcoming. Our room was big and very comfortable. The outside space of our room was fantastic with a giant daybed as well as a couch to enjoy our coffee in the morning in shade. The pools were very nice and they had plenty of lounge chairs to choose from. The breakfast was plentiful & delicious and the staff were very attentive. We had fantastic service for the shuttle back and forth to downtown.

Unable to stay at the hotel due to weather conditions in the sea. Called in advance really just to give the hotel courtesy notice that we would not be making it and was questioned from the gentleman on the phone about where we were and why we would not be making it. When I explained the situation he still questioned why we were not coming and basically why we were making up a story. Mr Front Desk sir, do not worry I will not be making another reservation for your hotel of this is the way you treat guest I will go to other hotels.

Awful check-in experience – not worth your money or peace of mind This happened right at check-in. We had already paid in full for two nights, but due to a misunderstanding with our reservation, we only stayed one night and chose to leave. Instead of helping us find a solution, the staff was completely unhelpful and only focused on demanding their money- that they already have. The situation escalated when an aggressive and rude man started yelling at us. We were two women, calm and respectful, and it was genuinely scary to be treated that way. He ruined our stay. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave and booked another hotel nearby. What a horrible experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place—it’s simply not worth it. And it’s far away from anything on the island and you feel isolated from the beautiful island of Paros. There’s a difference between calm/relaxing and boring. This place was boring compared to the other hotel we stayed in Paros!! Again not worth it.

Beautiful rooms and facilities. Lots of light and nice views. Breakfast was great and the staff were very obliging in the restaurant. Christos was lovely and it was great to have a way to get to the port and restaurants. It is far and taxis are expensive. I think this needs to run later than 9,30pm as many people don’t go out to eat until late. The staff at the front desk really set the tone though and I have to say this really lets down the experience . Have friendly and welcoming faces and help your guests more. I was disappointed with the lack of care shown by the actual owner!

L’hôtel et le personnel étaient très biens. Comme c’est souvent le cas dans les îles de la Grèce, il y a beaucoup de marche à monter pour se rendre aux chambres. La route devant l’hôtel est assez passante et vous devez utiliser celle-ci pour vous rendre au port et à la ville. L’hôtel offre une service de transport que je suggère d’utiliser. L’eau de la piscine était très froide (début octobre). Le restaurant était très bien avec un excellent service. Je suggère fortement cet hôtel.

Our room was nice! It was very helpful to be picked up at the port and the driver (Kostos- hope the spelling is close) was very friendly and helpful. It was great they offer the shuttle option, because I wouldn’t describe it as the most walkable. That said there is parking- I’d recommend an atv on the island. I didn’t find the food to be great overall, but my partner did enjoy. It would be nice if the pool or smaller pool was even somewhat heated.

A really great hotel when staying in Parika! The reception offers a shuttle service to the port (which is 15-min walking distance as well), but you will need a car/quad to get around. Complimentary breakfast was a really good offering, a nice pool area and the rooms were clean and felt quite luxurious. The room cleaners handled/re-arranged all of personal belongings when we were away on the second day, so we refused to have the room made-up for the duration of our stay.

This hotel is really a 5 star hotel not 4. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The pool area is stunning. The shuttle service to and from Pariaka is so convenient. Some great ideas here that other hotels could use - my favourite being a black cloth to wash off makeup instead of staining white towels. The clothes line that collapses into the wall to dry pool towels. The breakfast is elite so fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this hotel enough we didn’t want to leave and will be back

Very comfortable apartment with 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms, large fridge in kitchen and tea/coffee facilities. We ate via the room service twice, the food was fantastic. Staff were all lovely and very helpful as was the free transfers to/from the port/main town. The supermarket down the road was big and great for essentials. Pool was lovely and never got too busy. Breakfast was also lovely. Would stay here again.

Beautiful modern hotel with a very attentive staff. The rooms are clean and specious and there are plenty of design elements throughout the hotel to make it feel luxurious. Paros Palace is an excellent hotel. We stayed in the triple room and it was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good variety of food to choose from. The waiters who work at the restaurant are very attentive and make great coffee to order. Hotel provides free shuttles to the port and to Parikia. The only minor negative is that to walk to Parikia you have to walk on a side of the road. But with free shuttle it is not a big deal. We will stay at the Paros Palace again if we are ever back.
