Valet parking was north of $50. There is a self-service garage next door, but it was still $42: a considerable add-on when looking at the price. The place felt cramped, especially the room; the very dark theming didn't help. The staff, however, was phenomenal. Caroline, our bartender, was exceptionally exceptional.

This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with lots of eating choices within walking distance. We would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely employees. But there was a blinking light from either the fire or carbon monoxide detectors that kept me awake. There was also the loud sound of what seemed to be a tea kettle all night long, it must have been the water pipes. These are the only two complaints I have, everything else was top notch but unfortunately, because I’m a light sleeper, these two things kept me awake all night long. Also, they charged $75 for parking from 11:30pm to 10am. PS- the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING No wonder the pipes kept singing

The Fidelity Hotel gets high marks in service and design. This is what I think of when it comes to a boutique hotel. Very stylish and the staff was very friendly. I paid more for a larger room, but it wasn’t very large still. That is my only reason for not giving 5 stars overall. We self parked directly next to the hotel as well. It was $42 for one overnight, so a bit much as well. I should have used the valet instead.

Room was a little dusty but over all clean. Could’ve used room service but N/A. And lunch wasn’t available either. Should’ve had the bar open. Don’t know why. But when restuarant and bar was open the food, beverage and service was amazing. Great cocktails and by far the best burger I ever had.

Love this hotel! I especially love when the hotel doesn’t feel like a hotel. Our room was spotless, staff was professional and polite, bed and pillows were so comfortable, room was nicely appointed with reasonably priced bar and snacks. We will definitely stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay here. The property and staff were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The lobby and room was so thoughtfully decorated and designed. We had everything we could need and appreciated all the small touches they left to make it feel comfortable. I hope we will be back to stay again, it was one of our favorite hotels we have ever stayed at.

Such a beautiful hotel. Very clean and plenty of amenities. Great hotel restaurant. Very comfortable sleep. The standard rooms are quite small but the luxurious details more than make up for it.

The hotel is stylish and really nice! The details and atmosphere are amazing. One big issue - the rooms facing the parking garage. The windows look directly onto the cars and it feels weird, plus there isn't enough sunlight. Additionally, due to work of the air conditioning system outside, there is noise in the room. So, I could recommend the hotel, but the room selection requires a better approach.

Location wise, this is perfect. Want fancy steakhouse? Boom, right there around corner. All best of Cleveland is here. From their E 4th St mini Bourbon St to CVS pharmacy to reputable PNC bank ATM. What more do you need? Unfortunately, they gave me room not so spacious and really tight but everything looks nice though. It’s just that I like a bit more room.

I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious!

I thought it was a nice room. The restaurant was good, but there were little things about the service that wasn’t very satisfied with our first night we did not have a top flat sheet, only the fitted sheet and the comforter our second night they took all the towels for cleaning and only brought back one big bath towel. Almost ran out of toilet paper as well. I thought the housekeeping could’ve been a little better.. The location was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our request requests were fulfilled quickly. Our server at the restaurant was very, very helpful and friendly.

This property was very unique and beautiful!!! The beds were very comfy, shower had great pressure, room decor very elegant, etc. This is a very nice property converting the bank to a hotel! We are from out of town but this would be a great romantic get away for locals just for a night out!!!

Was due to arrive on Friday, Called Hotel directly and ask for early check in around 2:00 pm The employee that answered said yes for a $50 fee. When I said no thank you, employee started to back pedal and say with the type of room that we booked it should be no problem. We decided to change our plans and arrive later than 4:00 check in. When we arrived, my wife had to go inside to get the Valet’s Attention. At check in Front Desk ask for credit card for incidentals, No Problem with that, But a $173.50 hold is a little steep. When I checked my credit card after checkout. Was charged for WiFi along with another kind of charge. Front Desk did not make us aware of a WiFi charge. Also got a charge for a chocolate bar in the amount of $6.48. After a phone call to the hotel the $23.50 for WiFi and chocolate bar was reimbursed. Called the GM of the Hotel around Noon today and I still haven’t received a response. The hotel did say I would have the $150 charge come off the credit card excluding the valet charge. All we did was sleep and shower in the room (very small room ) for over $200 I have used Hotels.com often and never have I encountered this type of treatment. Although, It may mean nothing, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FIDELITY HOTELS IN DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND,OHIO TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR BUSINESS ASSOCIATES.

Cleveland is working hard to sustain its revival, and the Fidelity is a good example of what the city can be. Located in a side street running between the old Cleveland News-Herald building and Euclid Avenue it’s an easy walk to many of the city’s best known places, but it still feels like the retail shops that power a vibrant city center haven’t recovered enough to make the area fun and safe. The Fidelity, however, does feel fun and safe: staff give you genuine welcoming smiles and are looking for ways to be helpful. The rooms are small, but comfortable with thoughtful touches like clothes steamers and pour-over kettles. The restaurant has a mercifully short menu of tasty food all available as room service. In the morning we had breakfast just outside the official seating area, which meant we could have our dog with us without breaking any rules.

The hotel itself was great. The restaurant was delicious, the staff was accommodating, and the room was clean with all the necessary amenities. It's a perfect location for going to Rocket arena and many other attractions in the area. Easy to get ubers to other parts of the city. The location is just a little sketchy at night, if you are sensitive to that kind of thing.

Absolutely lovely! Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The valet took our car in the middle of the baseball chaos and got us off on our way in seconds. David at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Our room was fantastic— I love the Art Deco vibe and the shower pressure was heavenly. We had dinner and breakfast in the Club Room and again the service was spectacular. Our waiter made terrific recommendations as well. This will definitely be our new Cleveland go-to hotel.

This was a really great place to stay. It was close to Huntington Field and offered what felt like aluxury stay. The robes were so comfy ( 2 provided) and the decor was really elevated in the room. The front desk team was very kind and helpful. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the club room. It was pretty good, but the price was rather expensive. Our waitress Ashley was really great for dinner. I don’t go to CLE often but if I do, it’s likely I’ll return to this hotel. Their team texted the morning of the stay and do what they can to make accommodations. I did get an upgrade as a VIP but I paid $15 for it. Truly glad we did though.
