Great hotel great location

Nice hotel and friendly staff, located within walking distance of many sights. The building has some history but has been renovated and modernized. All that remains is the old mail slot and the older exterior. The bed was very comfy, TV was large. The view from the window was of a brightly lit parking garage. I liked the dark wood throughout the hotel, the art on the walls, the water saving toilet and the sustainable bottles of lotion, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and conditioner The housekeeping staff was very attentive.

Would stay again. Convenient, comfortable, and not a chain

We were in Cleveland for a concert and stayed the night at Fidelity Hotel. We will definitely choose this location again! It’s beautiful! Staff was quick to help with valet, check-in, the restaurant and check-out. Our dinner was fantastic!
