The pod was spacious and comfy, and loved the built in fan to circulate air once closed.

Please put locks on the bathroom doors.its not safe and someone can come in

I was disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning appeared to be unstable, and both the lobby and sleeping areas were uncomfortably hot throughout my visit. The bathroom facilities were particularly concerning. Ventilation was extremely poor, leaving the area damp and humid. The shower doors did not extend all the way to the floor, causing water to spill across the linoleum flooring throughout the shower area. This constant moisture appeared to contribute to mold growth in multiple locations. The showers themselves were also not clean, which further added to the overall impression of poor maintenance. I was also frustrated by the towel policy. The sign at the front desk stated that towels cost €3 and suggested this covered the day, but in practice I was charged €3 each time I needed a towel. This was not clearly communicated. Additionally, I requested a lower-floor sleep capsule due to mobility issues and difficulty climbing, but my request was denied. This made my stay unnecessarily difficult and less accessible. Overall, the cleanliness, ventilation, temperature control, and customer service did not meet my expectations. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it to travelers seeking a comfortable or accessible accommodation.

Great location. Shower area gets very wet but it's a design issue and staff were really on it cleaning the floor very frequently. Each capsule has a code and I felt pretty secure.

10/10 would stay here again! Location: Centrally located and with in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Cleanliness: It was super clean! Someone was cleaning almost 24/7. Air conditioning: My husband and I are (unfortunately) American, so air conditioning is important. The first few nights we were there it was freezing, but that was remedied with putting on a sweatshirt. I’d rather be too cold than too hot. My only issue is in the women’s shower area. There aren’t enough hooks to put things so they don’t get wet. The floor doesn’t seemed to be sloped the correct way, so water gets all over the floor. There was a mop nearby that I would use to try to keep it from going everywhere. I’m not 100% sure I was supposed to use it though. It was still a great place to stay! Will definitely be staying next time we are in Madrid!
