The “gym” is nonexistent. None of the cardio equipment works and there isn’t even a flat bench. Just some dumbbells. The pool was nice, however the pool furniture was very old hard plastic. The staff was amazing and so nice.

The elevators were out of service - how is it that all elevators are out of service at the same time???? In addition to the elevators being out, my room backed up to the stairwell which means I heard everyone going up and down that stairwell. The room smelled musty (like old shoes). The only thing that was decent was the check in and out staff and the breakfast. Everything else was a thumbs down

We stayed at this hotel with our son's sport team. The staff present was extremely friendly. However, the hotel is outdated and has a lot of items that needs repair. The elevator was broken, the door to the pool was broken, the air condition to the lobby was broken, our room door did not full lock we had to use a hanger to secure the door. All the room key readers stop working during our stay so we were not allowed to full shut our doors if we wanted to get back in unless someone was in the room to let us back in. There was bad odors coming from all of our rooms and hallway. Some of us was offered a refund and some were not. Even if we wanted a refund the entire city was booked up so there would have been no where for us to go.

Good location easy to get to. Did not like small parking area. The hallways and the room defiantly had a distinct smell to them. Almost could not stay there. A mixture of too much cleaning solution, mold, bugs spray and bleach. There were lizards in the hallway and in the stair wells. Was a snail on wall in room. Not great

Stay was good, hot breakfast was available which you don’t see very often. There was no Kleenex in the room. The elevator made me nervous, after it would stop the door took longer than it should had to open.

I quickly went down stairs and showed the receptionist the video and demanded another room or my money back. She apologized and gave me another room on this first floor. Completely different room. The room and everything in it including our clothes felt damp. The air conditioner was obviously not working correctly. Reported to front desk on check out and they seemed surprised that no one else had reported it. That is hard to believe. Told we would get a discount on the room rate for the 2 nights we stayed. Have not received a discount yet. Otherwise the room was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were professional.

I know you get what you pay for but there were still some problems. Our room had a musty smell and there were some stains on the ceiling. Our door did not open easily. Overall, it just ended up feeling that it wasn’t that well maintained which I think made us feel like it was less clean than it really was… at least I hope so.

The stay was good except for the climate inside the rooms. It was so very humid and cold bc the temp had to be on 68 to help keep down the humidity…but it didn’t help much. We still felt sticky and even my hair was sticky bc of the humidity and hairspray. The staff were very nice. The beds were comfortable. The price was reasonable.

This hotel was clean but it is tired. The air conditioner made dripping sounds that were loud. The key card system had failed and the staff had tried to rekey each room. That did not work on our room. The front desk guy came and let us into the room with a master key. We didn't have a key to our room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast the next morning was typical. The bed was quite comfortable.

I really appreciated the attendant who was on shift whichever night I came in. He noticed my Platinum status and immediately "upgraded" the room and gave a drink and a snack. I really appreciated that and it is a testament to the professionalism employed at the hotel. Outside of that, I was so exhausted I collapsed into bed and didn't really get a chance to take in too much of the hotel, but it was nice from what I took in. A little dated, but quality and clean throughout. I'm in and out of hotels a lot, and I'd give this one a solid A- with small improvements taking it higher.

A little hard to find after dark. Check in was quick. Only one issue, desk clerk assigned someone else to the same room as me. Was a little trepidated until the clerk came to the door with the guest. Other than that, everything else was good.

I never got to stay. The hotel tried to charge me some bogus charges. Desk attendant was very rude. I called corporate to file a complaint. 30 minutes later hotels.com called to tell me & my basketball team were blocked from this hotel because they had a bad experience with me in the past. Mind you I never stayed at this hotel before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!

Hotel was super clean and comfortable. But my big satisfaction was when I checked out and didn’t realize that I left my phone charger in the room, so I called the hotel and informed Victoria the front desk clerk. 10 minutes later she called me back to inform me that they located my charger in the room 👌 just that alone of the honesty is enough for me to stay at this hotel again.

As we always do, we threw away all of our trash and left room spotless literally. We came late, left early as we were on a work trip. During our stay we had food delivered. A piece of food fell out on the coffee table. Instead of leaving it for room service to clean, I wiped it off with a hand towel since there are no paper towels in room. We checked out and went straight across street for gas and within 5 mins received a charge on our card for purchase at hotel. We called and we were told we were being charged for the hand towel as it had a “stain” that could not be removed. So here’s my problem with this first of all, it was nothing a little soap wouldn’t have gotten out and yes, it could be removed. However, there is no way they could have possibly known if it could be removed within five minutes of us leaving. We travel with work very often and will not be staying with them again for the simple fact that had they even tried to wash the hand towel there wouldn’t have been an issue AND who would have known cleaning up a mess would cost me more than leaving it.

manager/General manager was very rude. Called 35 minutes before check in and was told I could check in early that the room was ready. Showed up 5 minutes later to check in. I was not greeted or asked if I could be helped. I told my name and that I needed to check in. Was told I could not because they were still cleaning. I said I just called and was told I could. The manager said well I’m the manager and we have put down carpet cleaner in all rooms and need to vacuum all rooms. I asked how long that would take she said we have 80 rooms. It will be 30 minutes. Which would be 3:00. Can you really vacuum 80 rooms in under 30 minutes? I know my room was ready because I was told it was. I don’t mind having to wait until 3:00. What I do mind was the rude and dismissive attitude of the manager. I returned at 3 and had a pleasant check in experience with the girl at check in. I have never had such a rude experience with any hotel.

Great stay, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was as expected, nothing fancy but lots of options: bread, bagels, muffins, oatmeal, grits, yogurts, fresh fruits, waffles, eggs & sausage. Room has a little bit of a stale/musky smell when a/c unit is not running. Overall, all was good. I would stay again.
