Newly remodeled and looks great. The lobby is very welcoming, gentlemen working actually sat down and talked with us for a while. Staff is great, as well as housekeeping. Very professional.

Under construction. I wasn’t informed ahead of time. Teenage boys and their dad wrestling in the pool. Smoking at pool. Vending machines kept taking our money. Elevator floors wet. A sleezy looking guys was in the stairwell in a coat at it was 100 degrees outside.

This hotel is very clean and the people who work there are very attentive! The room is not fancy, but it is very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, this is your best value. It is also located in a great area, surrounded by Costco, Walmart, ALDI, and food chains/restaurants. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, the A/C worked great, and it has a mini fridge and microwave. The lady from the breakfast was super nice every morning! The only thing that we didn’t like of our stay was that the room had a strong air freshener scent. Still a great time!

We had 2 queen beds and sofa bed. Room was clean. We stay for 2 nights but the clean crew didn’t come and empty trash and replenish towels next day, may have to remind thw front desk. Breakfast was ok. Front desk service was great. The sofa bed was too old and wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. The Queen size beds were comfortable and clean.

We had a double queen suite room. It was very nice! Lots of room. Seperate bedroom allowed us to read while the kids watched TV in the next room. I likes that the suite had the sofa bed plus another sitting chair as well as another one in the bedroom. Aldi is located across the street which we walked to for snacks and water for our trip. Lots of familiar shopping and restaurants nearby. We were headed to New Orleans for a cruise and chose to stay here. Our Monday morning drive to cruise port was about 45 minutes with very little hold up. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and anything we needed or asked about they got right on it. True hospitality here! Can't say enough about that. The highway uses U-turns so be aware you can not turn left once at the main highway. Breakfast was good and hot! Eggs, Sausage, gravy, and biscuits. Self serve waffle maker. Would stay here again.

It’s average. Fine for the price and right near the freeway exit. Some smokers right out front (gross) so you have to walk through a cloud of nastiness, but the place is clean. I’ve stayed many times but this is probably going to be my last. WiFi connection is horrible and front desk staff seemed disinterested and checked out. Had better experiences in the past. Not sure what changed.

Clean and quiet. Hotel room was well-worn - definitely an older hotel, but the price last -minute was right. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, but the same can be said about most hotel breakfasts. Was not happy when housekeeping tried to break into my room before checkout time. If a guest hasn’t checked out yet staff should know that and not disturb them.

We were helped by Mary when we checked in and she was very helpful, friendly, and gave me great instructions on how to get around and return from our visit to New Orleans. My three daughters and I were there for the Friday night Taylor Swift concert and Mary made us feel very welcome and we really connected with her as she showed genuine hospitality. Her positive and caring personality is ideal for the guests.

When I stepped out of the shower at 6 o’clock in the morning, the fire alarm went off. When I asked the gentleman working at the front desk about this, I was told that it only goes off for a few seconds. I replied that I expected a better solution than that, and, and he shrugged his shoulders. Later, my brother asked if we could check out an hour later than the standard checkout time of 11 o’clock. The same gentleman at the front desk told him no with no explanation. My brother asked for this gentleman’s name, and he refused give it. This gentleman was strangely rude and there didn’t seem to be any reason for it.

This hotel uses straight ammonia to clean, and I think I had a migraine the entire time I stayed here…also the breakfast host started putting food away twenty minutes before breakfast was even over. It made us feel rushed and like an inconvenience.

The room was OK. For a family of 4 which includes two teen boys, the space felt a little cramped. One bed groaned horribly every time you rolled over. The a/c unit sounded like a net engine every time it turned on. The smoke alarm flashed a light down upon the ned all night long. The breakfast was adequate - the sausage and the sausage gravy tasted a bit of - not gone bad, just weird. They ran out of coffee.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. Our reservation was exactly what we asked for and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was better than continental breakfast but was golden coral. It was a good hotel breakfast. I’d definitely recommend staying here
