Desk manager argued with my husband over two AA batteries for their TV remote. -Broken furniture and broken appliances including bathroom fan vent. -Killed 3 cockroaches throughout the night including one in our bed with us. -Security that they advertise was practically non-existent. -Burns in multiple spots on both window curtains and bed sheets. Other than those issues however the hotel provided what we wanted. A closed off vacation for just me and my husband to enjoy a quiet night.

Guests were smoking outside throom with a blanket and was asleep. The smoke alarm was not installed. The shower head had mildew and the toilet did too. Lock was broken. Fan in bathroom was terrible noiy and could not turn off when light was on.

Yuck. When is the last time you stayed in a hotel with sheets that were not white? These were pink. I think they were from the 1970s along with the pillows. It was disappointing and we slept without moving and left as soon as possible. Lot of men hanging around outside the rooms which also made me uneasy.

Although the motel seemed to be clean, the condition was in poor shape. The front door had just a hole where there is supposed to be and a gap underneath that you could stick your hands under. The extra security lock was hanging by one screw. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. We walked to Burger King. The ironing board was broken and wouldn’t stay up. There was no soap in the shower dispenser.

Horrible. We usually stay around the corner at we stay. They were full so we decided to stay here because they have a frig, microwave and coffee pot according to website. Nope no coffee pot. When we checked in and were in the parking lot getting our luggage. There were lots of people hanging out drink beer and smoking pot. There was a lady sleeping in a car right in front of our room. The checkin clerk, although nice was a little wierd. He shows up in the parking lot and says i opened your door for you. He had came out opened the door and left it cracked. In the room, the floor was dirty, along with the shower. The toilet was clogged and there was no lamp shade on the lamp. We called the office about the toilet multiple times. No answer at all. After a few hours we just left. To make matters worse someone stole the grease caps off our horse trailer. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

We checked in at 3 pm. The person came to the desk when we rang, but was unfriendly- as if we were bothering her. The lobby appeared clean. The room on the other hand was not clean and was in dire need of upgrades. The tub/shower was unusable because of the mold. The floors were strange-new tile in a square at the door-trip hazard. There was some kind of dried up liquid(looked like milk) on the TV stand. We opened the mini fridge only to quickly close it due to the odor. See the photos…Definitely do not recommend.

Night one was quiet but our sheets had holes all in them and the toilet was loose and wobbled on the floor. We paid for all 3 nights of our stay upon arrival. On night 2 our keys did not work so we had to get new keys. Then people arrived into the room next to ours and proceeded to rearrange furniture and start screaming and yelling and playing very loud music. We called the front desk,which we had to dial from outside because there is no phone in the room. The next door room settled and then thw noise resumed about 30 minutes larer. And it continued most of the night along with the smell of marijuana wafting into our room. We barely got any sleep. On the third night our keys didn't work again and we had to get new keys. Once we were settled and fell asleep we were awakened by a roach in the bed. We turned on the lights and saw roaches on the floor and in our shoes. They were everywhere. We left at 1 am and slept on the couch at a family members. It was horrible.

The place would be okay for a one-night stay, but since we stayed 3 nights, I wished I had stayed somewhere with slightly higher reviews and better breakfast.

This place needs some major deep cleaning and some repairs. Room smelled musty, bathroom needs new caulk, old tub had a fist sized chip in it, sink stopper not functioning and laying out on the side. Sink dirty, black fingerprint smudges all over door and bathroom door. Keep your shoes on when walking on floor. Overall surfaces dirty. Towels and sheets seemed clean but not fresh smelling. Water was hot and fixtures worked. Fridge and AC worked good. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, milk was fresh, bread for toaster and granola bars.

Horrid is the only word I can describe this place. Air is broken, stuff is smeared on the walls, ROACHES, the carpet everywhere is dark and spiled, the blankets were dirty and the SMELL was wretched. I immediately checked out. You could not pay me to stay there or even set on the furniture. It would be surprising if they didn't have bed bugs too. I need my money back for this experience. Even walking into the room made me want a shower.

First room the AC unit didn’t work but the employee on shift gave us another room that was nice of her plus y’all need to work on getting better tv’s or provider most of the channels had no signal or its was glitching

When we got to the hotel Friday night. They did not have a room for us even though we had a room booked. We had to sleep in the car 8 hours away from home and then the next day we still got charged for the room because the owner did not care. Worst trip ever.

I am a regular at this hotel, staying once a week for work. I find the rooms in the 120 and up better than the rooms in the 100-105 range. I have been blessed to have excellent service - usually from a young woman named Niesha. (sp?) Always smiling. Always patient and accommodating. The rare times I've had a problem with a room, she has taken care of it promptly. Super 8 is fortunate to have her. I have stayed at the two local adjacent hotels and the accommodations may be a tad better, but the ease of the registering and getting my key with a smile usually has me choosing Super 8.

The staff here really rubbed me the wrong way. Very rude, horrible customer service all around. Staff would act as if they would get agitated or bothered if a costumer needed anything. Wont be back.

They requested you sign a clause no smoking and advertised no smoking in the lobby. At the time of checkout the front desk attendant was vaping while checking me out of the room. GUESS VAPING DOESN’T COUNT! ?

I was asked to leave my door open so that they can clean the room. Don't think it is a good idea to leave your door open with all your belongings inside. They should have card like all other hotels and go in and clean. So 5 days and room was not cleaned.

The room that was given to me already had someone staying in it. So when I went back and told the office they did not have any other rooms available for me. They did refund me and i had to go rent another room from a different place. To this day i am still trying to get my refund back. But it seems like no one can help me.

The front desk was very friendly. They always offered us some King Cake whenever we entered the lobby. The only thing I have a complaint about was the housekeeper never came to my room to clean up at all . Thanks for having the room stocked up with plenty of towels and toiletries because again they never came to the room even when I was gone. I finally saw a housekeeper and she was very rude stating time to get out when we were packing up very unprofessional. But overall I would highly recommend it because we did not have to do any driving because everything is in walking distance .

Was moved by management twice during my 3 night stay. Once because we found a previous guest’s body hair all over the bed. Housekeeping failed to change the bed sheets. Second time, housekeeping left my door open and didn’t shut it. It wasn’t til I arrived that I discovered my room wide open. They changed my room again, only to discover more body hair in the third room. Their hot breakfast consisted of cereal and toast. If you’re lucky you can maybe get some eggs, but they don’t refill the one tiny pan (20oz). Area is really unsafe. This hotel houses people that were once drug addicts. So twice I heard people throwing a “party” and disrupting everyone else’s sleep.

Very loud stay. Didn't sleep a wink. Lots of people staying up late and grilling and partying in the parking lot and around room doors until 1:30 am on a Monday night. The bed had one sheet & a very filthy decorative thin cover. Floor was filthy and crap stuck to the bottom of my feet even fresh from the shower. The room smelled funny and the remote did not work the TV for any function (not on or off, not volume, nothing). It's a lot of money for a night to stay here and based on environment, run down condition, & accommodations.

The room was not worth what we paid. Breakfast was terrible. No coffee. Rancid waffle batter-it was sour and spoiled. no one to attend to the “buffet.” I asked the young lady at the desk for help. She said ok and did NOTHING. We waited 15 minutes for someone to come to bring fresh batter, food or make coffee. No one came! Finally, I went through the cabinets and found coffee, so I made a pot of coffee myself! (The lady behind the desk didn’t care-she was playing on her phone the whole time). Other guests came in and were pleased to see that there was at least coffee to go with the nutragrain bars. It was the worst breakfast and stay at any hotel I’ve ever had. The desk people did not care. The lady who checked us in was not friendly. Her shirt said that “sarcasm was a service she offers” It appears to be the only service they offer. Terrible staff. The room and bed were ok, definitely not worth what we paid. This hotel is not Super 8 quality. I will never stay there again.

The rooms were clean and staff was nice. The only real complaint is the breakfast. They have the spots for but didn't have anything out besides cereal, eggs, and a waffle maker with syrup. No butter or jams
