Very nice property. Excellent staff; very friendly. My room was spacious and clean. Coffee in lobby was good. Breakfast wasn't appealing to me. I had a big truck & trailer. They offer a huge gravel lot right next door tha was convenient. Walmart and lots of food options within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was different is that they are doing construction/remodeling and the front door is on the back right now. It makes the parking limited unless you want to walk a long ways. It was really hot and stuffy in the pool room. Other than that it was good. Good breakfast!

We stayed on the newly renovated 4th floor. It was a great room. Lots of space. Beds were great. Even though work is going on with renovating other floors, I didn’t hear anything. One down side was pool/hot tub area was also where they are staging construction materials. Doors to outside were wide open and it was cold there. So we didn’t use that area.

Kingman is a difficult town. But. It is the only place to stay on long 140 treks. And they know it. This place is reliable. Their night front desk clerk was a tart. Their morning clerk made up for allll of the other clerk’s customer service inability. The place is clean. Beds great. Very roomy. Nice place to stay. The pool was down. Very irritating. I chose it for the pool. But…. It served the purpose. 1 night stay.

I was happy to see that it had plenty of parking when i viewed it on maps. However, when we arrived, there was limited parking due to them going through a remodel and large shipping containers took up a lot of the back and side parking. We were traveling through with a cargo trailer and they wanted us to park it in an open dirt lot near by. The lot didn't have any lighting or an entrance to it, just a high curb all around it. We weren't about to attempt that with our trailer, not to mention the homeless hanging out at mcdonalds next door. Not safe for our vehicle or trailer. We decided to park in the hotel lot next to one of the shipping containers. I am a paying customer and that lot is the customer lot. They should put their shipping containers in that dirt lot. I'm waiting for a phone call from the front desk telling me to move it. Needless to say, i won't stay at this hotel again.

The key lock to our room did not work so we had to have the desk clerk come to our room each time. The desk clerk said this also happened to the man who stayed there the night before. This was very inconvenient! The morning clerk was not aware of this and didn’t believe us at first. A note should have been left ! Also the room smelled horribly of smoke. Even the bedding stunk. Desk clerk said that was because the room was close to the smoking area. Clerk should have offered some type of discount or even a free bottle of water. Very disappointing stay at full price!

Check in went well. Easy and simple. The room although comfortable was in disrepair. Wall paper was peeling off the wall in my bathroom. There were 3 roaches crawling around in the bathroom. The night girl was working hard and handling everything by herself and the lines were backed up at the counter. It would be nice if you staffed a second person so 1 person wasn't running the entire building and answering phones by herself.

We stayed only ONE night. Cbecking was okay, concierge was polite. Room: smelly, dutie, socks from previous guest were left behind and HAIR on the sheets. Definitely didnt look like they change sheets from previous guest- luckily I carry my own set and stay over just to rest for the road. I understand this is a passing property, but please have more control on the housekeeping. All we ask is for a CLEAN & SANITIZA room nothing else.

The only strange thing about our hotel room was the size of the tv. We were in a 2queen bed suite , which is very spacious. The tv was so tiny. Maybe 35-40”. This hotel needs to upgrade their tvs.

My supposed ‘suite’ was poorly laid out and had a smaller tv, smaller bathroom, and ugly sofa and desk…than my friend’s standard King room! This room was also in the farthest corner and faced a construction site that started-up at 6am Saturday morning! Not impressed.

Very nice hotel, however, our room has the smallest TV we've seen in a Hotel during our 4-week roadtrip. Hampton can definitely afford 42-inch TVs

The night desk manager provided excellent customer service and made sure we had everything we needed when we checked in late with kids in tow. The breakfast attendant was on top of keeping the area clean and tidy and the food well stocked. I would stay here again.

We had just checked out and had breakfast but there was no water at the breakfast area so we asked the front desk for some water she stated “water is for checked in guests only” so since we checked out 10 min prior we no longer could have water not even with breakfast!!!

Unprofessional reception staff. Unfriendly. Gave us a key to a room that was occupied. When we returned to the desk to get a new room, there was no one at reception for nearly 10 minutes. No apologies when she finally returned. And no apology for the room mishap. Just an awkward, odd exchange.

Typical Hampton Inn in terms of property elements. Pet friendly, although no ground floor rooms available to make that easier. Close to various fast food options for dinner and breakfast (if departing hotel early in a.m.). Very convenient access to I-40 and local EV charging facilities. Recommended.

Very clean, very comfortable. Loved the parking space for my truck and RV. I did think for over $200 for the night, the breakfast was a joke!. This should be taken care of promptly!. There are properties in town for half of this with a 10 times better breakfast.
