I stay @ Best Western Wayfair quite often. Kim the front desk person was absolutely amazing. This hotel is clean, quiet, and close to almost everything. I will gladly stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hotel, but unfortunately disappointing common areas The hotel itself was excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the breakfast was absolutely great. We really have nothing negative to say about those aspects. Unfortunately, we had a very different experience when it came to the common areas, especially the swimming pool. The rules were clearly posted, yet some guests completely ignored them: glass bottles around the pool, children spitting on each other in the water, jumping into the pool despite clear signs stating that jumping was not allowed, and children being left unsupervised when adult supervision was required. What I found particularly disappointing was the apparent lack of enforcement of these rules. At times, the behavior of certain guests was simply disrespectful and made the pool area unpleasant for everyone else. It is such a shame because the hotel itself is really very good. With better supervision of the common areas and stricter enforcement of the rules, our stay would have been excellent. Overall, a great hotel and a very good room and breakfast, but unfortunately the behavior of some guests significantly affected our experience.

This was a great hotel for what we needed. Close to a lot of things, large rooms for our big family, and a pool for the kids. There was a mix up with our keys, but the staff was very quick and helpful in getting it taken care of. Something I will keep in mind if we ever return is that the rooms on the back side of the hotel back up to where garbage is collected early in the morning and a street with loud dogs. Nothing that the hotel can do anything to change, but good to keep in mind.
