The building is very outdated and so is the plumbing. There are holes throughout the entire property. We were switched to three different rooms due to the toilets, not flushing. The microwaves don’t work in the room. The other appliances are outdated. The staff was not helpful and caught an attitude when I told them it was an inconvenience for me to have to plunge my own toilet. When I wasn’t the one who clogged it. I don’t recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. It should actually be closed and renovated before opening its doors and taking peoples money. Spending 150 on this hotel was way overpriced. To be offered a partial refund I was forced to stay at the hotel. Nor did I receive my deposit back. I would not recommend nor stay at another choice hotel. I was also advised that I shouldn’t use third-party booking sites because guest are treated differently when they do.

The room smelled musty. The beds were lumpy. As I was leaving and checking my bed for any socks or other items under the covers, I saw a bed bug crawling around!!!!! I recorded it and reported to the desk upon turning in our keys. The clerk, Regina simply said they would send for an inspection to see if the room had any issues and there was nothing she could do about our situation! No credit or refunds could be made until they had evidence of pests.
