I booked a room in this hotel because of the free shuttle to the airport. My flight arrived at 11:59 pm and I was told that the shuttle to the airport only runs until midnight. They should inform about the limited shuttle hours in advance. It was too late to cancel to get a refund so I had to take a lift. Otherwise all fine.

There was no luggage rack. There was no nightstand on both sides of the bed. My husband and I both have CPAP machines. So mine had to sit on the floor. The pool was cool. The second night we were in the pool. Someone asked how it was and we told him cold. They said they would ask to have it turned up and it was a bit warmer the next night. I should have asked to have our towels picked up after two days. They don’t do room service until after three days. The pool was nice and a bit chilly. The breakfasts were great! The staff were all very friendly, especially the night staff. The beds were very comfortable.

When we arrived there was no staff. The sign said they were away picking up a customer at the airport so we had to wait for approximately 20 minutes until someone got there to check us in. Then had to wait a few more minutes after that to see if our room was ready. The room was okay. Whoever they had remodel did a horrible job. My boys were disappointed with how small the TV was compared to other hotels we stay at. When we went to breakfast the next morning the sign was again at the desk that staff was away picking up someone at the airport. Whether there was someone else there attending the breakfast room or not I don't know but we weren't the only ones that had to wait for more food to be out out to be able to eat. My kids couldn't eat their cereal until someone finally showed to replenish the milk cartons. It is nice they offer rides to the hotel from the airport but for goodness sakes have another staff member there to run the place while they are gone. If we ever travel to this area again we will chose somewhere else to stay.

When I arrived there was no staff at the desk as they had gone to the airport to pick people up. I had to sit in the lobby with my bags waiting to check in. The situation was the same when I checked out. We were told by a sign on the desk to drop our key cards in an open box there. Not only was the carpet dirty, it needed vacuumed as well. There was a hole in the elevator was that had just been taped over. Extremely disappointed and will not stay at a Radisson again.

I called ahead of time and requested a top floor room. The lady told me I would have room 419. When I checked in, I was given room on the 3rd floor. I told the hotel staff about speaking to someone about top floor. He said there were no rooms left in the top floor. Also, the pool was broken. I had my 3 grandchildren and paid for a hotel with a pool. I wish I would have been notified ahead of time that the pool was broken/closed. The hotel was clean and quiet. Thankful for that.

Chair in room was stained pretty bad. Bathroom was remodeled recently. Rest of the room was very dated. Our keycard wouldn’t work at one point and we were locked out of our room. We went down to the front desk and no one was there. The only worker had left to run the shuttle. We waited for 30 minutes to an hour in a tiny lobby with many other guests trying to check in.

We were originally put in room 222 and there was black mold COVERING the wall above the window, they switched our room to 422 which was fine as far as mold. The staff was friendly but i definitely wont be back, it was just too late for us to get another hotel so we just coped for the night. From photos it seems relatively clean but its pretty shabby in real life.

Halls were pretty dirty, from the floor covered in food to the walls being dirty. Smelly as well. I'm not sure how this hotel has as many good reviews as I saw. I would've stayed at the hilton next door if I knew the condition.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, but the facility is old and needs some repairs . My room had carpet serving as baseboard and it was loose and falling over. There were cracked tiles and a hole on the shower surround, and there was what looked like mold in the shower. Breakfast was good, food was hot and dining area was clean.

The only thing good about this day was the man checking us in? He was doing triple time trying to take care of everything by himself. First one we got was not cleaned. Second room we got was supposed to be clean but mold in the shower trash on the floor shower handle falls off.

There were ants in our room, the orange juice was sour, the hotel itself smelled strange, and the elevator had a hole in it that was taped back together with duct tape. For the price and the 8.2 rating I was SHOCKED and not in a good way.

We enjoyed the stay and the staff was friendly. The pool area was directly under our room and was pretty loud until 10pm. Normally, that wouldn't bother me but we had to be up at 3:30 for a flight.

Don’t stay here if you want to sit in your room. When we asked for some seating for our room, we were told no rooms have chairs, except for a rolling desk chair. They gave us one chair from the breakfast area that we had to take to our room.

The only reason I took a star away was because of the mattress. It was cheap and too firm, it felt like a king-size piece of wood. I am a side sleeper and kept waking in the middle of the night to switch positions because my hips were hurting. Not ideal for a restful sleep.

For example, the bathroom door had been painted, but you could tell there was water damage to it at the bottom. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the good quality bath amenities.

No one was available for check in for several minutes, house keeping walked by and had to get someone from the back to come upfront. Breakfast didn’t have many options. The waffle batter ran out, I asked if there was more batter, she was very rude and said breakfast was over at 9:30, this wasn’t even 9:00 yet, and she would have to see, she never came back.

I'm giving this 2 stars because it was relatively clean, but overall I was really disappointed. * Bed was fine, but the pillows were all way too flat for me. Housekeeping put the fitted sheets on wrong so they came off constantly before I realized the issue. * Breakfast was very sparse for a buffet option and food was continually running out. The hotel doesn't have many tables to eat at, so chances are decent you'll have to go back to your room. * The hotel had a fire alarm malfunction one night we were staying. For an hour at 4am, an ear piercing alarm would randomly go off and wake up my kids who had just fallen asleep. * The door says check out is at noon, but I was told it's actually 11am. This inconsistency can easily make people overstay. * The AC did not work very well. Even putting it on the lowest setting, the room probably never went cooler than 70 degrees. * I received multiple texts from the hotel during my stay, telling me to let them know if I needed anything. I texted twice and was ignored both times.
