When I booked our 4 rooms, I was promised connecting rooms all on the same floor. Ended up with rooms on 2 separate floors because that’s the best they could do. Also the pool was not open and it didn’t say anything about it on the page

The breakfast was excellent, shuttle service great, and the staff courteous. However, we had a non-working fridge for 2 days before it was replaced, the pool was being repaired so it couldn't be used, there was nothing available around the area, and although our room was non smoking the room next to ours wasn't and the smoke permeated our room every night causing our allergies to flair up and not allowing us to get a good night's sleep.

Wonderful property. Cheaper to park your car there than at the airport. Shuttle may take a long time for pickup from airport but departure shuttle was on time.

Solid choice for airport, budget friendly property. Airport is packed with people taking off early the next morning. There are limited spots on the hotel shuttle to the AIRPORT. Recommend calling hotel prior to arrival and begging for placement on shuttle reservation list. Note that they do not staff the front desk after midnight, which also creates a challenge for early checkout / shuttle coordination etc early in the morning. Still, it is a solid value airport hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room was dirty. Bed had stains all over. Staff was not nice at all. Didn’t talk to me and avoided eye contact. I went down for breakfast at 9 and they had already cleaned up. Stating they were closing breakfast down early. This really upset me because I had a 1 year old to feed. We weren’t able to eat so I had to find food elsewhere. The second day I went down earlier, and was able to eat but the food was nasty. Old bread, hard biscuits, gravy tasted like gas, and milk was spoiled. DO NOT EAT HERE! I want my money back. What a waste of money.

In keeping with my 3-night reservation, I was assigned a (single bed) room. However, cockroach activity was clearly evident upon entering the room. The main overhead light in this room was not working as well. After bringing this to the attention of the desk clerk, I was reflexively told that the room had just been subject to a "deep clean". It was only when I showed her a picture of the roach activity that an alternative (double bed) room was proffered. The second (double bed) room proved to be bug free. Curiously, a number of rooms on each floor had white towels placed across the outside bottom of their doors; upon checking one of them, I found that it too contained bugs. Maintenance room doors were wedged opened throughout the day and night. A number of past repairs were clearly visible as no patchwork was affected to hide mounting surfaces of old hardware. All of this could be overlooked but for the fact that an additional charge of five dollars was covertly applied to my credit card - a charge that I did not discover until arriving back in my home state. Adding insult to injury is not good for future business and reflects poorly on Expedia's "deals".

I have stayed here at least three times. Every year, it gets worse and worse. The room definitely had some water damage in the past. This place must have the worst handyman in history. The shower insert was just floating in the tub and made it very unstable. The tiles on the floor weren't fully adhered to the floor, so they were uneven and floated also. The plaster work was horrible. Both of the chairs in my room were stained with something I preferred not to know what it was. I just put a towel over the office chair to use it. Two of the washcloths were stained to the point where I wouldn't use them. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, but that was the one redeeming quality this trip. The motto for this stay was, "You definitely get what you pay for."

There was visible material on the toilet bowl and hair / dirt / dust all over the floor. The shower rod was taped together and the shower chair looked very well used and it had seen some things. Good points: super comfy bed, great location to the airport. Free shuttle service.

Tub looked dirty, hole developing in the room floor (they covered with whatever flooring that is), hotel exit door locks are broken (anyone off the street can come in the exit doors (that's a huge safety hazard), hotel shuttle is nasty dirty on the inside (seats loaded with stains), Walmart pillows but bed was ok, room door needs weather strip. Front desk people are nice, wifi was good. There is truly nothing Quality about this hotel. Building needs to be inspected because it is out of code if you ask me. I have to come back to Northern Kentucky on 12th to fly out on 13th... I will never stay here again.

Older hotel. Cleaning staff could use better attention to detail. Whoever laid the vinyl tiles did a terrible job, adhesive left where it oozed out making it disgusting now that it has had time to collect dirt and grime.

Beds & pillows were comfortable, pull out sofa bed was slightly better than average (but only for one small person). Bathroom sink and shower did not drain well but pressure and heat for the shower was good. We had a suite and it was very roomy. Also liked the large screen TV's in both rooms but would be nice to have a channel guide available. Airport shuttle was great, staff was very kind and friendly. Location is not ideal if you don't have transportation to go to dinners but breakfast provided was good and had variety.

We parked our car there while we were on vacation, that went well other than the shuttle being late to go to the airport. We also had a reservation for when we came back for one night. I even spoke with the front desk person to clarify that we would not be back till 1am and she said we will have a ride back from the airport. Our flight was delayed so we called the hotel to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving till later around 2:00am and they mentioned they probably wouldn’t be able to pick us up from the airport which was fine because it was so late but they knew we were coming. Once we arrived they said that they just cancelled our reservation even when they knew we were still coming after we told them our flight was delayed and wanted to charge me extra for a late check out after they cancelled my room and then tried to make it up by saying it’s not an extra cost for coming in so late which I would hope not considering everything and the fact we were only there for 7 hours. Even in the morning while we were getting ready the cleaning crew knocked on our door twice an hour before check out. I’m not happy with our stay here and I probably won’t be back.

The room was geeat. Comfortable and super convenient. The only issues I had were being rushed to check out and no breakfast being available. Breakfast was from 6-10am. I arrived before 9:30am and there was nothing avaliable. No cereal, muffin, nothing. I doulble checked the checkout time BEFORE returning to my room. Checkout was at 11am. A little after 10, I heard my door unlock. A lady (housekeeping) peeked inside and asked me if I checked out and I replied no. She then asked me if I was going to checkout and I replied yes. She then left. Moments later, I received a call from the front desk asking if I wanted to extend my stay. I replied no. She then informed me that the housekeeper told her that I wanted to extend my stay. I explained that I did not need to extend my stay. As we left the room to get on the elevator another employee asked if we were checking out. I explained that I was headed down to check out. Upon checking out, I explained my concerns and the young lady at the front desk was very nice and stated that she would be speaking with her manager. I explained that I felt extremely rushed to the point that my sister left her cell phone in the room. Aside from that, it was a great stay.

About what you would expect. Communication barriers with staff but we made it through. They were very friendly with setting up airport transport. Biggest concern is cleanliness. The bed was made, but the floor was sticky in parts and covered in debris (hair ties, noticeable trash). Most concerning was someone else’s shirt hanging over the bathroom door—eww. The bed was made beautifully, the shower was clean, and there were clean towels—so…that’s good. The shuttle staff was awesome! They were the highlight of my stay!

When I checked in, they gave me the key with room 106 written on it. Then when I went to room 1 m06 I found out that it was already occupied, and the chain was on the door and someone yelling from inside. Then I went to the front desk and was told that they had given me the wrong room number. My actual room number was 104. something like that should never happen and made for a terrible check-in experience. They didn’t even apologize or offer any type of compensation for it.

You pay for what you get but good customer service should be free. I called for the shuttle and waited over an hour until finally I rode a different hotel shuttle with a friend of mine and took an Uber from that hotel that cost$11.00 to the destination hotel. I was not even upset I joked with the young lady at the desk and asked if she forgot about me she apologized, I asked if I would be compensated for the uber in a light manner she said no, I would have let it go until someone who seems to be in charge asked if everything was ok and the young lady dismissed the situation as if it was ok. Long story short the other lady got a little abrasive by saying the shuttle was there I said no it wasn’t and my phone number was taken so if for any reason he was there and did not see me he could have called. It was not that serious for her to begin a debate with me when I experienced waiting in zone 3 where all the hotel shuttles go, and to top it all off, thank God I walked with my towel but I noticed feces on a towel. I kid you not. Sometimes paying the extra money is worth it. The building is old I was in room 122 which is attached to another room in which I could hear the people in it. The bathroom smelled like urine. I definitely would not revisit. Dawn

Bed was nice. Shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Wifi was Decent. Breakfast was lacking. Stale day old dougnuts. Hard biscuits. 1st day, no gravy for the hard biscuits. Room was quiet. Close to airport with a shuttle.

A good place to stay near the airport. The shuttle runs from 5am-midnight I believe. Breakfast options were great and all the staff were incredibly kind. Room could have been a lot cleaner, the floors needed a good scrub. Other than my TV remote being broken, everything else functioned well. Would stay here again.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very kind and informative. The location is only about three minutes from the airport. The Breakfast was very good. Donuts, muffins, belgium waffles, orange Juice, Coffee, biscuits and gravy, And? They also have a shuttle that would take you two and from the airport.
