The property and rooms were under construction....very strong paint smell....very overwhelming....got a very bad headache from the fumes. Staff did not tell me to expect these fumes on my floor.

We were LIED to and desk agent was absolutely horrible at trying to assist- 1- I called after reservation was made to CONFIRM shuttle ride to catch flight was told over phone that shuttle ran 24 hours - check in only to find that is a LIE 2- When I called I was told we could leave car parked for $50 for the week- LIE the desk agent said it would be $15 per day AND the shuttle stopped running after 10:45 pm (our return flight arrived at 11 pm so no shuttle back to retrieve car)

The room was comfortable. We chose this hotel because of free shuttle service to and from the airport but found out when we arrived at the airport that the shuttle stops at 10:30 pm so had to pay for an uber.

Nothing really unique about this property, and the pool was really cold. The gym was decent with plenty of weights and stuff to do. The ac in our room was rattling the whole time and barely blew any air. Since there was no white noise from a fan or anything you could hear the planes all day and night. Their breakfast was decent though. Overall i would recommend someone to stay here if the price was around $100 or less and there was no rattling ac.

We booked this hotel for the area due to it having a swimming pool for the kidds but the pool was out of commission also the tub drain was broken and would not drain during a shower. Tried to let the front counter know and they did not seem to care.

Everything that you would expect of a Hampton Inn. Excellent beds, nice facilities, quality staff. Was about to provide transportation to CVG and parking during our trip (for a standard fee). Solid hotel that I would use again.

This hotel was one of the best we have ever stayed at. I can’t say enough about how clean everything was and how taken care of we were over Christmas. Donna at the front desk was amazing and extremely customer first oriented. This will be our “go to” hotel from now on when visiting family!!! Thank you for a great stay!!!

We were given a handicap room which was ok but it had a musty, urine like smell. We arrived late in evening so we just stayed in the room. Poor lighting in the bathroom, lighting was not over the mirror but off to the side of the mirror.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Some items needed some updating as they were clearly in need of upkeep, but all in all it was a great hotel and I would definitely go back. The front desk staff were splendid.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn. First, I was on the main floor and the people above me were jumping around until after 10:30pm. I had to be up at 4am to catch a flight, so I called the front desk a few times to see if they could either ask those guests to be quiet or move my room. They were sold out so I couldn't move. Then, I took a picture of a few ants crawling on the nightstand beside the bed. The room was clean enough, but felt like it hadn't been properly cleaned. I won't be staying at this hotel again next time I travel.

Came in at 5pm. Front desk was hard to communicate with and wouldn't extend my check out to noon instead of 11am as I had a meeting that ran from 10am to 11:30am. Needless to say, I had to deal with my luggage because they had to clean the room at 11. The same room that I received with nail clipping next to the bed AFTER it has been cleaned. Been to many hampton inn locations. This was the worst.

The bed had an indentation, like all the customers chose to sleep in the same spot! Really time to replace the mattress. The thermostat kept telling me the battery needed replaced. I stood in a puddle while taking a shower because of a slow drain. Where is maintenance?

Stayed here one night while traveling on business. Front desk staff were polite. My room was very clean. Comfortable bed and soft towels. Wi-fi connection was great. Fridge was cold, usually not the case in hotels. The pillows were all very soft with no support, if a goo pillow is important to you, bring your own. I also heard planes overhead, but it's rights near the airport so understood this was a possibility. Free, hot, delicious breakfast! I'll stay here again when on business.

This hotel made fraudulent charges and when I called and asked about it they hung up on me, ignored me, etc. Until they finally realized they had the wrong person up altogether after an hour of arguing that the charges were legit when they were not.

My stay was extremely short, but everything was fine and serviceable. Staff was friendly and answered questions about connecting on to Amtrak well. It is a ways off the airport but there is a shuttle (call for pickup) which was nice. Note that, at least on Expedia, this is labeled as the Cincinnati Airport but the C in CVG actually stands for Covington and the airport (and hotel) are actually over the river in Kentucky. This made some online searches for connecting transit a little weird but I'm sure you'll figure it out.

Great value. Great breakfast. Courteous staff. Two minor issues: 1) Mini-ref temperature does not go low enough. 2) Room temperature seems to go up to 69 even when the heat is set to go on at 65. Outside temperature is 40s.

On a positive note, the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The interior of the building itself is getting a facelift, which it does need. The building is close to a major highway and the airport. I was VERY disappointed in the breakfast. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and have always thought the breakfast options were great...a major reason that I chose this hotel when looking for a hotel near the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. My sister is both glucose and lactose intolerant. Her only option all 3 mornings, was an apple (although they did have sausage patties and scrambled eggs one morning), We ate breakfast elsewhere 2 of the 3 mornings. With all the other hotel options in the area, I would encourage folks to look elsewhere if you want to start your day off with a nice complimentary breakfast (unless you like waffles, toast, or muffins :)).
