The room was fine but we were disapointed in a few things. The hotel did not suppy any toiletries, not even a bar of hand or bath soap. Our room was not cleaned between days of a multi-day stay, and I didnt want to go get clean towels at midnight. And lastly, the hotel was listed as 'pet friendly' but the website didnt say the pet fee, wich was 20$/day, per animal. So, extra 80$ for us. This location was convenient, so I would stay again. But not with dogs again, and BYO soap!

This was a nice hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. We did bring our dog with us with no issues. Plenty of grass at the front of the hotel to walk your dog. Lots of restaurants and fast food places to eat 5 or 10 min up the road. Breakfast was nice. They had lil breakfast burritos, sausage egg and cheese croissant, make your own waffle, cereal, granola bars, yogurt and GOOD COFFEE.

Biggest problem we had there was the motel had not done much of anything to clear snow from the parking lot! They had plenty of time to do something, but they did NOT!

This is an older style “Motel” in my opinion. The door to your room is an exterior door. The neighborhood is not that great. Room was clean and functional. I felt like some of the lighting was inadequate. Maybe new light bulbs with a whiter color would help. Overall great service and experience for the price.

Outside access to the unit was very convenient having a dog. Could hear the upstairs neighbors walking sometimes... Traffic was also loud, but it was convenient being close to the highway.

Expedia website stated there was a pool and playground. Pool and playground been closed for 2 years. Ended having to spend money to take my grand children swimming and had to find a playground. Very inconvenient.

It didn’t feel safe, It was super loud, there was mouse poop on one of the beds, and weird stains on the bed, side of the bed. We ended up just leaving and getting a different hotel.

There were stains in both the carpet and floor. Hair all over the bedding. 50% of the lights were broken. The shower also was broken. And there were bed bugs. And last but not least, they don’t dust the place. We had to change hotel rooms three times and none of them were good.

We checked out rhe same night we checked in. We refused to say because we found bedbugs when we were going to sleep. We ended up laundering everything we brought into the room and had to sleep at a rest stop. I had to fight to get my partial refund due to miscommunication between the hotel and expedia. The hotel would only issue a partial refund until after their pest control finished their investigation. We showed them the bites and evidence we found. Due to us checking out after 10pm, we were unalbe to fund another hotel last minute.

Filthy. Rotten food in air conditioning vents, sheets had blood stains on them. Not a good area if you have anything valuable in your car. No services - restaurants etc near property.

Outdated and filthy rooms. Reserved 3 rooms. Absolutely the grossest rooms. Even the light switches were dirty. Moved a side table to look for an electrical outlet, dust, dirt and even food behind it. Outlets non-working. Didn’t even want to walk barefoot in the rooms.

It was fine for the price. We asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarettes. Our air conditioner never cooled the room but noisily blew lukewarm air the whole tike. It was far too hot for mid-June to be comfortable. The breakfast was not great. We looked at it the first day and opted for breakfast options elsewhere in town. The staff was friendly, linens were clean, and check in and out was easy. The carpet felt mushy and slightly damp. Again, fine for the price but I would not stay again.

The staff was nice, but the shower didn't drain. The room looked run down. The beds, oh my goodness. The beds were horrendous. Every move you made sounded like you were breaking the bed. There was a hair in my sheets which really made me wonder if the bed was just made vs. sheets changed. The room smelt like smoke. The lobby a/c was broke and it smelt musty. The breakfast bar was was weak at best. Everything felt dirty.

Check in was very simple, and I was even allowed to check in slightly early, since the check in time was wrongly listed at 2 pm rather than 3 pm. The room was very accessible, and the bed was very comfy, even more so than the beds of the last two Best Western motels at which I stayed.

The front desk person was very inexplicable. I had to wait an hour. To get a room, he kept having to call for help. Also the room was small and not advertised on the site. They also charged me a $80 check in fee. Never have I got charged that much. I won’t be coming back. I will also tell friends not to come home.

When I arrived at hotel there was a sign stating there was no housekeeping services due to staffing issues. The staff was pleasant and cordial. The room was okay. Room amenities were not stocked and I had to go to front desk and request items. The door was locked and it took 10 minutes for anyone to respond to doorbell. May be okay for a one night stay, but nothing more

We arrived early and asked if there was a chance to check in early, they charged us $30 for a room that was already immediately available. The lobby had no air conditioning which was so unfortunate for the employee! The stairways (all of them) reaked of marijuana, which my husband is deathly allergic to. Our room smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke, light bulbs were missing from lamps, and the air conditioner dripped on the carpet under/in front of it. In the middle of the night there was some sort of commotion in front of our room that woke us up. For it being conveniently located I expected just a little more from them. Especially for the $178 I was charged.

Management here does not honor their word on refunds. Had to cancel my original stay due to car troubles and said if I book another stay they would refund me. Which I did. And they now refuse to refund. Scumbags.

Easy to find right off the interstate. Hotel staff was friendly. Area is okay and the hotel its self is good. Decent amount of pillows and room was in a good shape. Would stay again when we travel to KC. Very close to shopping malls and Arrowhead.

This is my second stay at this place. This time with my wife. This time the price was right for what we got. The place is very clean and the bed we slept in was quite comfortable. It also had a high pressure shower that we loved. Breakfast items were adequate. My only reservation about this place is the area around it seems blighted or becoming blighted. I felt a need to secure everything. All in all it was a good place for the price.

Pros: comfy bed, amazing water pressure Cons: TV cable didnt work. Front desk that night told me he thought it might not. He initally offered a discount but since i was booked 3rd party he couldnt do anything. It was also super hot and humid and the a/c was not on. Took over an hour at 9pm to get the room "comfortable". Breakfast was in need of replenishing at 8am.

There was ants that kept appearing in the vanity area and napkin holder almost came off the wall when I retrieved some napkins. The napkin holder needed to be secured. The breakfast was very disappointing.
