Easy check in, friendly staff. Parking on a weekend was difficult bc lot is shared with area businesses and there was a tailgating event. I utilized the basement gym, which was great bc the area wasn't ideal for running or jogging at night. The hotel has been remodeled in the Hilton style, but remains very dark and dated. My room needed at least 3 more light fixtures if you wanted to work or read.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Nice sheets and different densities of pillows which was great. No bottled water free in rooms. There was a bar next door that attracted lots of young people outside in the parking area at night. I found a wire tool to unlock car doors lying on the parking lot. Not sure it was the safest place at night. There are only 2 elevators for this 6 floor hotel. In the mornings, you do have to wait for the elevator quite a bit because even the cleaning crew uses these elevators with their carts. No coffee makers in the rooms at all. There was a coffee dispenser in the lobby just on the last day that I stayed there. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

Parking is shared with a nightclub. The wife is handicapped. They had 2 spots right at the hotel entrance. Taki g by cars with no handicapped plates or stickers. Wife hade to walk all the way a ross the parking lot. Said something to the front desk about it. And they said they can't do anything about it. That answer was not acceptable to me.side int

There was no parking on Saturday when we got back at 10:30 pm. Zero. We ended up on the street a few blocks away. Staff was nice but unhelpful. Breakfast staff was literally yelling at each other while joking around. Constantly.

Great central location. Well lit parking lot with EV charging on the south end of lot. Next door to a bar restaurant so a bit rowdy weekend nights. Security guards onsite which is good and bad I guess. Bring earplugs to sleep due to street noise. Clean modern decor. Helpful staff.

Great location, but if you get a room facing the bar next door don't expect to sleep through the night. You could hear music, bass, and people talking all night. The rooms are also dark, there isn't good lighting. One of the elevators are broken, and you're stuck waiting forever for the other one.

As soon as we got to our room the first day the floor was dirty we had to have them sweep it. Then we told them the refrigerator wasn't working they didn't do anything. The toilet wouldn't flush properly so in the second day they switched us rooms. The phone didn't work and they said the owner knew and was ok with it . Several floors the phones don't work and the owner said everyone has cell phones so it don't matter. We ordered food from the restaurant and they didn't have half the stuff for what we wanted so we settled for the bare minimum. On top of that we was told 20 minutes and our food would be ready and we waited over an hour. I paid almost $400 for 2 nights and then stay was absolutely horrible. We will never ever book with them again!

Already shared that one of our beds had been laid on. For follow up, the tv remote was not provided to us until the night before we left (tv on a welcome screen the whole time) and we received no housekeeping service on Day 2 (ie no clean bath linens) so had to request at the desk. According to staff, they could not “do anything” for me because I “booked through Expedia.” Ok, Expedia, what are you going to do to make up for an expensive rotten experience? Are properties really limited as to what they can do for you? Sounds like the money goes through you!

Plenty of parking, check in was smooth and easy. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the decor and vibe. We didn’t hear much outside noise until morning. We were woke up at 8am with the cleaning crew. They apologized, but once I’m awake I don’t go back to sleep so that was frustrating. Overall we give it 8.5/10

Several items in the room did not work. We were unable to take a bath as the shower/faucet release did not work. The shade could not be pulled down. The lights at the desk were not working and upon us moving the equipment we were able to get them working. No coffee maker, no microwave. Think they need to consider evaluating all rooms for working condition

Caveat: I might have been given the last room available and thus I do no know if it is representative of the other rooms. Others in the hotel seemed happy. Good: FREE PARKING, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness Bad: I was in a wheelchair accessible room. There literally was no hangar high enough to hang a dress. There was no closet. There was no coffee/tea maker and the refrigerator did not work. There were only two lights in the room and we could not open the curtains as it was on the first floor and looked out onto the street. It was VERY dark. DO NOT ACCEPT ROOM 120!

Arrived at 2:30pm with a lobby and restaurant full of People because front desk said check-in was at 3:00pm. Ok, no problem, we can wait 30 min. At 3:00pm everyone bombarded the front desk and most rooms were still “not ready”. Literally went to the end of the line again until a room was available. The hotel itself is in the Westport District next to a street with houses. Those houses included very loud residents yelling at 2am. Room was very quiet (I wish we had a fan for noise). Hotel is close to restaurants but if we travel to KC again we’ll find another place to stay. For over $300/night I’d expect a little better service and ambiance. Hotel room was clean and AC worked great. Look at the street view before you book.

This hotel had many problems first of all you could not regulate the temperature in your room so it's either too hot or too cold or no air at all. They never cleaned my room even though I asked and I put my sign outside my door and left it there all day for 2 days... I left early because I was not satisfied with the service. Dolores who worked at the front desk was very helpful and very nice but it still didn't get things done. There was a broken shade in my room so I could not open the window shade up to get light. The shower was a walk-in I guess for handicap and you couldn't take a shower without water leaking all over the bathroom floor very dangerous. The bartender was very nice very good guy he was a pleasure to deal with. I would not stay there again

All of the staff were extremely welcoming and always talked to us as we passed the desk. When we checked in we had the nicest lady named Niki, who upgraded our room to a corner room! We had a wonderful stay!

When checking in Keva at the front desk was great and very accomodating. Everyone of the staff members that I encountered was nice, friendly and a joy to run into. The room was clean and cozy. I thought staying at a hotel next to the bar it was going to be to nosy, but not at all. The only only thing I wished they had was a coffee pot in the room. But nonetheless I will recommend I will definitely stay there again.

The first night of our two-night stay, someone broke out the rear passenger window of our truck and put multiple cracks in the front passenger window while it was parked in the hotel parking lot. The thieves stole insignificant items from the vehicle. Outside temperatures were freezing and below, and we were hours from home. Since it was Sunday, we were unable to have the windows replaced. We felt uncomfortable parking our unsecured vehicle in the parking lot overnight again, especially since the hotel has no surveillance cameras covering their parking lot. So, facing a cold and noisy trip home, we asked if the hotel would cancel the second night of our stay. We were lead to believe they would, so we left shortly after normal checkout time. To date, the hotel has not refunded us for the second night. They did go ahead and charge us for a bag of chips and some beef jerky we picked up from their shop. Additionally, another guest’s car disappeared completely from the parking lot that same night. We don’t know the circumstances around that, but we got the feeling this is not completely unusual.

Loved the location of the hotel, we could walk to several bars & restaurants. Free parking was nice but the lot did fill up on the weekend. Staff was fabulous, super friendly and accommodating! Will definitely stay here again.

Welcoming, peasant, helpful staff. Clean, charming boutique style (actually termed "tapestry" in Hilton's portfolio) with super comfortable beds. The to your door coffee service delivery in the morning including carafe and ceramic mugs was just the right touch, and smart way to reduce on waste, need for coffee makers in each room, etc. - just such a nice touch. Price wise for the area on that particular weekend is was competitive with other similar hotels. We were there for concert at starlight and Ubered to and from. Close to all things KC. Great property.

The room and interior of the hotel were fine. There were a couple of people hanging out in the parking lot but you will get that in most any city hotel. People were friendly and helpful at check but that was where it ended. The room had ONE towel. I had to call twice to get more towels. The television would work for about 10 seconds at a time and then would freeze. And it was the first weekend of the olympics so I was super frusrated. The worst part of the stay was that when we went down for coffee awt 9:55, we were told that there was "no more coffee" (also no hot water for tea). The complimentary breakfast was 7:30-10 (on a Sunday) so we admittedly went down close to closing but all we wanted was coffee. We were not even given the option of *buying* coffee from the restaurant. Just told "no more coffee." Helena, the front desk supervisor was receptive to hearing our concerns, noted the television issue and made me a cup of coffee from the bar in the restaurant. She is the reason that there are any stars for service. There are also no coffee pots in the rooms or microwaves to heat hot water for tea. Lots of great restaurants in the area.

We were there for the Chappell Roan concert. Didn't spend much time at the Hotel. It was clean and ready when we arrived early. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was superb. Was super close to the venue.

The hotel was amzing the color scheeme was beautiful the building is almost completly wheelchair accessible the staff was amazing they had wonderfull adminities and gave you makeup wipes free big shampoos/conditioners and the beds were super comfy it was alot better experiance then the last hotel i was at by so much. They inly thing that was slightly inconvinient was the breakfast it was $10 for biscuts and gravy and $5 for a drink and i just thought that was alot of money for some food. But everything else was 10/10 would recommend!!!😁
