We booked because of complimentary airport pick up and drop off !!! It was not we had to pay for it, I would of booked a nicer hotel if I knew I would had to pay an additional 35 dollars !!! There was a sign on desk that said complimentary hotel shuttle, but they still charge you ???? Beware of false advertising

There was no elevator and we had 4 large suitcases to carry to the 2nd floor. Also, no parking spots. We had to park in a restaurant located behind the hotel.

For a one night, it was great. Close to the airport, $5 airport shuttle was quick and easy. Beds very comfortable and shower pressure and temperature were good. I found the breakfast very wasteful on single use plastic and nothing healthy to eat. Waffles, sugary cereals and toast. The staff were helpful enough.

Staff was not very friendly, breakfast was not good at all, but the rooms weren’t horrible. There is no elevator and we asked for a ground floor room but did not get one. With 3 kids and lots of stuff that was annoying. Overall it could be better but could be worse. It was a cheap bed.

hotel staff were very friendly and upgraded us to a suite with king bed full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. only draw back it was kind of dusty. bed was very comfortable. and the only other complaint would be they need a bigger parking lot, but we found a nice spot to park are car and again the staff was super helpful

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The best was using their shuttle service. We were able to park our car in their parking lot for less than KCI charges and they made sure we made it to the airport on time. They also picked us up with 10 minutes of calling when we returned.

I wish i would have taken pictures. It was the dirtiest place ive ever stayed. The bathroom wasnt cleaned, the toilet had pee on it, the floor was so bad that i used a towel to mop just around the bed and the white towel was charcoal when i was done in that little area. Shower didnt drain properly. And there wasnt enough parking for thr amiu t of rooms they had. It was the worst hotel/motel experience ive had. I wouldnt even let my bags hit the floor

We got found bed bugs and when we told the front desk they acted like they couldn't understand us what we were telling them my wife had them in her hair when she woke up this morning very frustrated and mad and I want something done about this immediately

The woman who checked us in was really nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom floor was really gross. The corners and the edges of the floor had what looked like years of gunk and dirt. The walls were dirty and the light switch to the bathroom had a suspicious spot/smear that looked like dried blood.

The goal of this Kansas City trip was to enjoy a few days in the area on a budget and the Super 8 by the airport fit the requirements. The property is a bit dated, but the room was good overall, clean and the beds were comfortable. The only negative was the lingering smell of smoke in the room.

Fair price, nice and CLEAN room. Very surprised by the stay. You can hear outside your door and through the walls easily- we heard furniture moving at 10pm, that would be the only complaint.

I got a two bed room when i asked for one bed. Not a big deal except the whoever was in the room above me decided to run a marathon in their room all night. There was wifi but it was exceptionally slow, no hope for netflix only the ability to check your email at dialup speeds.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had multiple conversations with them before I ever checked in because I had various questions. They were always quick to respond and informative, which was definitely appreciated. The rooms looked good from the pictures online. Beds were ok. Floor was dirty. The vinyl flooring was coming up/apart throughout the room. Bathroom seemed well kept. Price was cheaper than others so that’s why we went with it. Honestly a little TLC on some of the structure of the room could go a long way. But otherwise you get what you pay for. Went with a cheaper room so I tempered my expectations. If you’re looking to save money and just need somewhere to crash. This place will work just fine.

Minutes from MCI ! Hotel staff were friendly but the hotel rooms a bit dated and worn? Gave the impression not sparkling clean but no issues. I would stay here again for only another brief stay. Hotel parking lot was full but I parked not far from the shuttle van. My stay served its purpose. Surprised it was very quiet for a Saturday night before a Sunday home game for the KC Chiefs! Breakfast choices were very sparce in a very small room near the front desk.

Woke the desk clerk to drive us to the airport. He was sleeping at the front counter. We had numerous large suitcases & he dropped us at the shuttle pick up area (downstairs & across a few lanes of traffic) instead of upstairs at the departing area (told him we needed a skycap). Had to rent a luggage cart just so we could get everything upstairs to the skycap. Very unnecessary. The only positive point is the hotel’s location to the airport.

Breakfast was a little sad we expect some kind of protein, or syrup for the waffles, there wasn’t another milk option either. The front desk was rude. He doesn’t answer a good morning a thank you. Not even a good bye. Just there to give keys and not even talk with you. The room was good, the bed, the space. Enjoyed the coffee!

Unethical management. I paid for a room and was told upon check in that I wasn't in their system. I produced my confirmation and my receipt showimg payment. And I'm pretty much done with hotels.com as well. No actual customer service number to call to get assistance with anything. After proving the reservation and payment, I was still denied my room.

Chose the motel for proximity to MCI & because “free shuttle” service. Received an email from the hotel stating shuttle ran during hours we needed-4:00 am on day departing & 12:00 am on arriving back. Talked to clerk at the motel before the 4:00 am departure about the shuttle service & what to do on our return to MCi. No mention of cost for shuttle when registering 1st night. Returned to motel on 6/10 & was told we were being charged for shuttle service. Person who picked us up @ the airport took 30 minutes to register couple in front of us & us, even though preregistered. Entire 30 minutes listened to him speaking another language with someone directing him through the registration process. Finally told us it was his 1st day. No one in the lobby when checking out, called & waited for someone to come. Heard someone moving around in room behind the desk for several minutes before man showed up. Seemed to resent being called & asked for a receipt. Don’t waste your time or $$$ here! Ceiling in room had been patched in unprofessional Mano, no water pressure in sink, hair in shower, & shower wouldn’t drain properly! Not a place I will stay again!

I reserved a handicapped room and did not get it. Imagine having only one leg and having to sit in the bathtub to shower because there was no plug. I also paid extra to have the room until 4pm and the staff came by at 11 am and knocked on the door. I told them the room is reserved until 4 pm. I left around 12:30 and came back at 3:30 to change clothes and they had already been in my room and “didnt see any of my stuff,” so they cleaned it. The area has tall grass and looks unkept and the building is outdated.

Easy check-in, airport is a few minutes away, great location. You have stores, movie theatres and other things within 15 minutes from the property. Stayed for the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and it was a 23 minute drive to the stadium. Room was clean, had tv, and the bed was comfortable. The guys working the counter were helpful and I saw them around working and helping guests at all times. Would recommend.

They only made the beds and did a half-hearted job cleaning the bathroom, but if you left papers or empty water bottles, they didn't throw them away. They didn't wash the sink or clean the bathtub. If you left dirty glasses or spoons, they didn't wash them either. The breakfast was terrible; they didn't even serve yogurt. The beds were comfortable.

Worst breakfast ever!!! Breakfast was a complete joke, there was only cereal with spoiled milk, the orange juice was super thick and tasted funny, no protein or eggs. The coffee had almost a half a cup of grounds in one cup and I had to beg for them to make it! The rooms were obviously old, but have been redone some. TV didn’t work very well. The shower smelled funny with the water and the neighbors kept us up almost all night by just banging on the ceiling / floor. I am very disappointed in this place and I will not be back!
