I specifically reserved this room for the onsite pool, and after checking was told it was closed for the season. Upon looking at the pool it was obvious it had been clearly unkept for a very long time. Also, the room itself was dirty,soaps were open and used, shower floor had an odd brown crust and was slimy.

When entering the front door you are hit in the face with. Strong smell of pot. There was no ac in the halls or lobby so it was really hot. The toilet in our room was loose and coming off the floor. It was reported and no one seemed to care. The pool water was green. Breakfast was some rock hard biscuits and gravy or waffles. Overall, it was very disappointing

The pool was disgusting, the water was teal colored, the pool furniture all needs to be bleached & scrubbed. Our room stunk like old smoke - the carpet needs to be replaced. The elevator needs to be cleaned & fixed.

My wife and I enjoyed every part of staying at Sleep Inn. From the clean room, comfortable, AC, hot water in the shower, provided clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We love the breakfast bar, and I totally enjoyed the fitness room. The staff at the reservation desk was very attentive. The only thing that could’ve used improvement, was that the pool was dirty, and wasn’t available due to a needed inspection other than that, we totally enjoyed our stay there for three days.

The A/C in the lobby was either not working or non-existent. A box fan had been set up in a window to draw air in to the lobby, but that's not really acceptable. The room was adequate, but the containers of soap/shampoo/conditioner in the shower were empty upon arrival.

Used to be a lot better prior to covid, the hotel manager is extremely rude, wouldn't get me an extra roll of toilet paper after i asked for one, had to buy my own toilet paper, the gym and pool are laughably poor. Definitely not staying here ever again

Rooms and beds were small as well as the bathroom and shower but they all worked for the weekend. Looked clean but the place smells. People were outside the back door smoking a blunt at 9 am saturday morning. Walking distance to waffle house and a steakhouse. They were both good as well. The pool was closed but its not even may yet. We didnt try the breakfast. I may stay there again if i need to.

This property advertised a pool, a fitness center, and a full breakfast. These are the three things we look for when booking a hotel. We got there and found out the pool was closed. The next morning, I went to the fitness center and all three machines were not functional. Then we went to breakfast and all there was was waffles and stale biscuits and stale cereal. We ended up having to go buy breakfast somewhere else. We were told there was no manager on duty and we heard other people asking the front desk and they were also told there was no manager on duty. For three days, no one was available. Also, the air conditioner and fridge in the room were so loud that it was difficult to sleep. I will never go back.

The room was very nice had a cute little curved wall which happened to be the shower. Had a pocket door for the bathroom which was nice....no swinging door taking up space. Pool area was ok. My concern was that people from the parking lot could enter the pool area with no key.

Upon arriving the hotel was very hot overall, once we checked in then got our room keys, both rooms had pee stains all over the sheets, also had little eggs all over the bottom sheets, plus the room was every hot. Ac wouldn’t really work either. We left immediately and let the front desk know about all the issues we decided to go somewhere else, as I would not feel comfortable sleeping there.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The room, however, was okay. The windows had greasy smudges, the chair, curtains, and bed had stains, and the carpet felt dirty. Superficially clean, but needed a serious deep clean.

This hotel reminded me of a "motel". It was dingy, dark, musty. The second floor smelled liked mold and mildew. My room smelled like weed even though it was non-smoking. My bathroom shower was DIRTY or moldy!!! I couldn't tell because I left without using it. I have stayed at a Sleep Inn before and NEVER had this type of experience.

I’m confused why this hotel was rated 7.4/10. The hotel was not super clean, our room smelled like cigarettes even though it’s a smoke free hotel and the bed has divets in it making it insanely uncomfortable. I didn’t interact much with hotel staff so I can’t speak positively or negatively about that. The hotel was fine for what it was, but comfort and cleanliness was very low.

It was horrible. Once i checked-in then got behind the glass door i seen a roach then another then 2 on the hall way wall. By the time i got to the room i t was q to greet me on the door i went in the room n it was more. I kindly left. I will contact my bank on Monday.

I had to clean the room before I stayed in the room the sheets and pillow cases had blood stains on them. The wall had a booger on it. Shower was dirty bed had hair in it. I had to go get new bed spreads n remake my bed and I cleaned the shower. I was told I had to clean the room because it’s not enough workers

My family and I stayed one night here. The beds are comfy and the location is good. The room was really tight spaced. My biggest issue was the bathroom. It was so small and tight with the sink being outside, the space was ridiculously small. The walk in shower door constantly leak on the bottom, we had wipe the floor and used up the clean towels provided. Breakfast was okay but not worth it. Some of the food was already cold and there wasn’t much variety.

Nice hotel. I had a very reasonably priced room on the third floor. The room was clean and updated, and I did not hear much form the other rooms. My only complaint was when people were talking in the hallway I could hear them clearly in my room. I think the doors need a seal under them as I could see light coming in from the hallway.

My flight, my entire trip was canceled due to a hurricane. I unfortunately had to cancel my hotel reservation.. instead of being understanding and accommodating, giving me free cancellation because this was entirely out of my control, they still charged me for one night. They were also extremely rude and condescending on the phone when I called as well.

Average hotel facilities but inattentive staff. I waited at the empty front desk for almost 15 minutes. I called out, looked for a bell, stood around, until I finally called the hotel and someone came out from the back office. I know I was calling loud enough to be heard so, I think she was just ignoring me. The room wasn’t the cleanest either. With razor lid left by the sink and hairs in the shower.

I Reserved a room. Got to motel couldn’t understand the person working the front desk. He gave a room key to me. Went to the room to find someone else in the room. Went back to the front desk he gave me a different room. Went to the room and it was a mess trash running out of the trash can. Bed wasn’t made and towels everywhere. Went back to the front desk showed him the pictures and he was trying to tell me the didn’t have a single bed room and I couldn’t understand stand him. That’s when hollered at me” You not understand me?” I told him no I dont. He told me they only had double beds and they were 10 dollars more. I ask so what am I supposed to do? He said you got the room through a 3rd party. Finally he gave me room with a double bed. 30mins later

we loved the staff, they were very nice and welcoming. everything was clean and ready. i would suggest a softer toilet paper but other than that, no complaints from us. there was an angry black man yelling at his girlfriend over a bummy game of cards. i hope she was okay. he was too loud causing a ruckus lol. thank you guys for everything.

This may seem trivial to some, but I appreciate a good breakfast with hot food and an ice machine on the property. When you add that along with friendly staff clean rooms, I rate Hotel this far better than some of the others in the vicinity. Especially the One that shares a parking lot with it.

You shouldn't say that you offer a "Continental Breakfast" if by 7:15 am on a Saturday the breakfast offerings are all gone. All thay was available was waffles and over-cooked biscuits with gravy. No danish rolls or muffins?

Then go to breakfast and the only thing they offer for your free breakfast is a bunch of carbs including biscuit gravy that is the nastiest can stuff I've ever seen but that's not the problem if it wouldn't be so bad if they didn't serve it cold in a Crock-Pot not even heated up and then maids never come by to find out if you need towels in the time that you stay there and they keep your deposit and now don't answer the phone if you try calling to find out about the deposit

This wasn’t the greatest place, but not the worst. Lobby was clean, but hallways were hot and stinky. Room mostly clean except shower had hair in it and shower head broken. Sink was slow to drain also. Not reported as check out person wasn’t very friendly and took the key card after walking from the breakfast area. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy ( in a crockpot). Went to eat and it was cold. Had to warm it up in the microwave. This was Saturday. Didn’t attempt to eat on Sunday. Noise was not really an issue. Couldn’t hear hallway noise, only stomping from above. Air conditioning did work in the room which is a plus since it was very hot out.

Barely warm water in the shower. The breakfast was not edible. Looked like prison food. The staff were all very nice. I feel sorry for them.
