The check-in staff was friendly and efficient. When i went to the elevator, there was a sign advising it was not working. I walked to the second elevator and found a similar sign. Another employee told me that all elevators were inoperative. It was not difficult for me to carry my bags up the stairs, but many guests needed the elevator. The rooms are dated and noisy. Marriott should make some changes so they can be proud to have their name on the property.

Check in was easy and friendly. The hotel is improving from our last stay. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. I am told the rooms are next. They are a little dated. The bed and pillows are top notch. We love it! Parking is nicewhile you go on a trip. The shuttle gets you there on time and the drivers are very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable ride to and from the airport. We have stayed here before and it is a favorite whenever we travel.

The rooms were smelly (cat pee smell and I travelled with my dogs so I knew it was a pet friendly hotel but wasn’t expecting it to be like that) and the hallway had the foulest of odor in the evening time. The beds were not comfortable and the bedding had stains on them. On both beds.

The hotel is older but the property is kept up. The room looked warn but was ok. They had beg bugs that if i want so tired i would have noticed when i got into the bed. In the morning you could see then and were on me. Just gross!!! Ok never stay here again and i works advise not to either. If you have to check the bed with your phone light before you get into it.

I\'ve stayed at Four Points in several cities and this was the most disappointing one. The service was fine and friendly but it\'s an old property. The furniture in the lobby is modern but dirty. The hallways are dark and smell of "old hotel." The room was ok. There was a used napkin on one of the nightstands and the remote was turned over, which suggested to us that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. I hope the sheets were changed. For some reason, the couch was kind of in the middle of the floor and not pushed against a wall, which was odd. The bed was comfortable, shower had good pressure but bathroom was super tiny with no counter space (pedestal sink). About 1-2 miles to the airport, not bad, and parking was free. We had a car so didn\'t try the shuttle. We only needed the room for one night and spent little actual time there, so it served that purpose. I wouldn\'t stay here for longer.

The people were friendly, blankets and bedding were warm and comfy enough; walls and loors were exceptionally thin for such a large hotel. We have stayed in hotels that were cheaper but less noisy from other floors and hotel cleaning staff. 4th floor room, could hear the cleaning staff talking in the hall way and chatting and vacuuming at 730 am. Between them and anyone going in ans out of doors and the halls on the floor below us walking around and using doors in the wee hours of the night I'm not sure which was noisier. Could hear neighbors coughing.

The fourth floor where our room was seemed to have been remodeled at some point. The rest of the hotel looked older, carpet, walls etc. Room was fine but when we arrive the volume on the tv wasn't working correctly and the a/c unit vibrated/rattled more than normal and was noisy.

Arrived at the hotel late and just wanted to relax before turning in for the night.. TV didn't work. We were moved to another room, and the toilet would not stop running in that room. I was told we could be moved to another room, but I just wanted a refund so we could secure another hotel. The woman working the front desk appeared to be irritated by our complaints and requests. The hotel was already not ideal due to all of the construction, and then having challenges with a room just made the stay more unpleasant. I will say that there was one front desk associate who did try to go above and beyond to help after the first person left. I appreciate him doing what he could to salvage our stay.

Super close to the airport but the hotel is a little dated but does look like they’ve attempted some upgrades. It’s pretty basic and if you’re flying in/out, it’s a fantastic location. For the price, I’d stay again. They also offer an airport shuttle!

The property was fine although the parking lot was being worked on while we were there. We paid for a buffet breakfast on a Sunday morning (2x$15 each) that was horrible. No eggs, hash browns or sausage as bins were empty. The pancakes were like rocks and inedible. We paid for a breakfast that others include for free - but much better quality. My wife and I agreed it was the worst breakfast we had ever had in our many many years of traveling. I seldom write bad reviews but in this case it was "earned".

The one draw back was the TV remote. If i press the on but, the TV should come on. That did not happen. I should not have to call the front desk to figure out how to use the remote and turn on the TV. Other than the the hotel, room and service was great. Complimentary coffee but no FREE breakfast.

They did a remodel but they didn't include the elevators in the renovations, very rough riding. And as far as their breakfast that was $15 a piece. It was just a continental breakfast that is offered free at other hotel's. Wouldn't recommend and will not be staying there again.

I wish I would’ve known about the remodel prior to booking this. It was definitely noisy during the day and lots of people in and out. One morning I woke up to a lift right outside of my window. It was too late and would be too expensive to switch hotels for this trip so we dealt with it. The staff there is extremely nice, however.
