Hotel had no hot water. The front office staff could not care any less. No help, no apology. Asked if we were going to get money off our night stay, she said, “I doubt that, but you need to talk to Darryl and he will be here at 8am”. Had worked all day and just needed a shower, but couldn’t get one. Be careful if you stay here.

It's located in an area that is packed with stores, restaurants, a theater, and gas stations which is very handy to have when I'm away from home. The pool was a little small but still nice. The excercise room was small and only 3 or 4 machines but they were in excellent condition and the TV's on them worked well. The room was set up very well. The Manager is outstanding.

The room has a smell too it when we entered. I had to leave the window open when we went out the first day. A towel had someone else's hair on it...Didn't seem like head hair. First breakfast day, I noticed my bagel had mold on it. Second day's breakfast I noticed all the bagels out had mold on them and were dated with Dec 24. Staff was friendly and they made our bed after the first night. No refresh on towels thought. Right next to a Sam's club so helpful for me. Plus, there were a few close restaurant chooses. It was nice to swim, but I do wish it was deeper. Only 4 feet deep. Gym is small but thankfully got my workout in with no other guest coming in. Parking lot wasn't not plowed well. All surrounding roads and properties were clear.

Awesome super late check in after KC Chiefs game! Comfortable beds, clean rooms & awesome breakfast! Loud hallways and above us in the morning so that was unfortunate as we wanted to sleep after a late night but it is a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Mattresses were unusually soft possibly they are beyond their useful life. Not the best for elderly. Body wash soap dispenser in shower was empty opaque bottles would be difficult for housekeeping to property assess levels

We were in room 316 and the door is next to the elevator. It was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. By 5am I was awake due to people getting on and off the elevator. They would be smart to never put a guest in that room again!!

The room was cleaned and comfortable. However, the guests on 3rd floor directly above us made a lot of noise by running and slamming door until almost midnight. We complained to front desk staff but not sure anything was addressed as it continued until midnight. Kept us awake when we wanted to go to bed for our early morning drive home.

I didn’t like being on the first floor as we had very noisy neighbors above us and there were diesels trucks parked right next to our window. The neighbors walked very heavily within their room. The diesel trucks/vehicles started up very early in the morning and ran for a long time before departing their parking spaces. So overall noise was louder than we would have liked.
