We love, loved our stay at Colony Palms. First of all the hotel itself is absolutely stunning and meticulously maintained and really perfect. The pool was the perfect temperature, It was beautiful and peaceful. The Jacuzzi was gorgeous. The restaurant was also just gorgeous !! I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was! I could go on about how beautiful the hotel is, but it’s truly the staff that makes this place a complete gem! From the moment you’re greeted in front until the moment you leave from your stay, everybody is so caring and wonderful and just wants to make your time there perfect! And it was it was absolutely perfect! We will definitely be returning

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at Colony. Staff was excellent with care and attention. Super friendly and professional. We did a full day spa and that was excellent as well. Location was convenient to shops and restaurants. We also like that it has dining on site by pool. Enjoyed our brunch there. Also room was super clean and quiet. And le Labo toiletries adds a special touch. Thanks again for a lovely stay. We will definitely return! :)

Fabulous stay!! Property is intimate and the perfect unwind and relaxation destination. Pool I wonderful with relaxing music… this resort is predominantly couples which was also nice. The perfect get away from the hustle and bustle! Poolside restaurant that serves breakfast lunch and dinner was terrific! Staff were all so friendly and helpful! We were so impressed we are planning a return stay in December (pool is heated!) Six stars!!

Pros: Beautiful property with lots of green colors - plants, walls, outdoor furniture, granite/marble, wall paper, etc. Big pool. Adults only. Excellent staff. Convenient location that is walking distance to shopping and dining. Restaurant on the property. Quiet and tranquil. Outstanding AC. Good water pressure in shower. Check out at noon. Cons: pool is somewhat dirty - bugs and dust floating on surface, TV positioned at a bad angle and one has to twist body to see the screen, doors are too big for the door frames and plants should be pruned so one is not whipped while walking on hotel paths.

This is the most relaxing and charming resort I’ve ever stayed at in Palm Springs. The King room was spacious and peaceful, featuring a clawfoot bathtub and a beautiful shower with perfect amenities. The pool was absolutely stunning, with incredible loungers and a gorgeous setting. Manny, who was working at the bar, was fantastic—and they made the best mezcal Palomas, perfectly refreshing. The hotel is within walking distance of great coffee spots, shops, and restaurants. If you're looking for a peaceful, adults-only getaway, this is the place. It’s absolutely worth saving up for.

Everything from check in to check out was pure luxury and elegance. We were greeted with champagne at check in, we were escorted to our room and given a brief history tour. The pool area was amazing! The south side of pool was quiet and tranquil while the north side was more rambunctious and party vibes. The pool side service was excellent and the melon salad with pickled onions and jalapeños was the takeaway. At night the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! The Le Labo toiletries were such a delight! It was an experience we won’t forget.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY! My wife and I had an exceptional experience. Great service that included complimentary champagne. The food at the hotel restaurant is DELICIOUS! Rooms and the entire property is so clean and detail oriented. We are definitely making it a tradition to come back a couple of time a year. CHEERS! :)

My check in experience was a nightmare! My flight got in late and I arrived around 10pm, desk attendant was apathetic. He didn’t offer valet and had me park on the street and enter through a gate then drag my suitcase down bumpy unlit paths all while the sprinklers were on. I was soaked and very unhappy by the time I found my room. My bungalow was dusty and had chipping paint around the shower. No water in the room. The manager did call me and apologize as well as left macarons but definitely not a hotel I would recommend. There are much better for the same price point in the area.

When you walk in, you will be very impressed by the site. Beautiful design and a feeling of being at an oasis. However, the devil is in the details. The property claims to be “one of California's premier luxury hotels,” but the cleanliness and workmanship inside of the hotel rooms leave something to be desired. After spending over $500 for a single night (after taxes and fees), I wouldn’t expect to see the layers of dirt in the room, specifically on the bed frame, the ledge in the bathroom, and on the HVAC grille that I slept under. Additionally, the bathroom door had peeling paint and the grout at the tile floor was all over the tile. There were also spots on the shower floor that weren’t grouted, leaving it susceptible to mold. The restaurant is overpriced and just OK. When ordering a duck breast, I expect the skin to be crispy. Their version was chewy. I did reach out to staff via phone a day or two after my stay. Staff seemed nonplussed. I was told I would get a call back from the manager. That never happened. I emailed the hotel with pictures and video of the room issues that were left unanswered, even after two follow ups. I would recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Pretty hotel lacking basic amenities. Clearly renovated motel, rooms are drafty and walls are paper thin (I could hear the guy in the next room cough in bed). Restaurant is wildly overpriced for mediocre food. Had to call multiple times for staff to come help adjust thermostat.

The staff was outstanding! We really enjoyed our dinner at the on site restaurant. The only thing I would recommend would be additional lighting in the Bungalow we stayed in. The setting is very shady and there wasn’t much natural light so a little additional indoor lighting would be a plus.

Beautiful room, very comfortable beds, great fire pit areas. It was a bit quiet when I was there but staff was lovely and helpful and I enjoyed having the place to myself! The design aesthetic is great and so very Palm Springs! I personally loved the door name plate that you can bring home as a souvenir! Nice touch! I’ll be back.

The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. The last text I sent wasn’t responded to… The whole property is gorgeous. The decor is one of the best we have seen… the DeGournay wallpaper in the restaurant was stunning.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Colony Palms for my husband's birthday. All of the staff from our restaurant/pool attendant Sam, to check in staff like Deanna and Christina, Kai, and our valet Jared made us feel so welcomed and taken care of during our entire stay. The property's restaurant food, drinks, and service was so great. 10/10 would stay here again. Highly recommend!

The poolside staff was extremely slow, it would be an hour or more sometimes to flag a server down. The daytime manager at the hotel has a very stern and unwelcoming tone in her voice which made me felt a bit odd. Everything else was fab. But if you are looking for service for paying this amount of money I would look into other hotels/ boutique hotels. Seemed very short staffed.

My arrival at the hotel was relaxing and so professional. Tara, did an excellent job as I walked up to the desk. The how are you, was responded by me, about the crowded airport and obtaining my luggage was a circus due to a two groups, one flying in and one out. She immediately put me at ease and offered me something to drink. She then said we are going to make sure you relax and offered me a seat while she processed me. She then took me to my room and talked to me about the grounds, the facility in such a glowing manner. Since then I have had nothing but a relaxing, wonderful stay and do plan to return. The healthy dining options, pool, spa (2 wonderful massages) and overall ambience including the music Ono the grounds and in the restaurant added to my stay.

We liked being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The food, drinks, staff, and the hotel in general was excellent. The staff is top notch, friendly, and made our trip fun. This hotel is worth every penny! It's also close to the airport which was a plus. I would recommend The Colony Palms to everyone.

This is a fantastic little oasis to hang by the pool all day and just relax. We didn’t eat at their restaurant but the poolside drinks were good and reasonably priced. Very short walk to downtown (I recommended Tac/Quila if you like Mexican food, walkable in 5 mins from the hotel). Special mention for the lady on the front desk, Brandy. She was AMAZING. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

I loved this classic, classy hotel! It is located in an incredibly central area with easy access to downtown, the airport, etc. but once you are inside the gates, you are in a quiet, beautiful, leafy green enclave!

Property was wonderful. Location excellent. Valet staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned everyday fresh towels, little odd turn down service only happened once . Not consistent. We had dinner one night . Not sure if I would eat there in evenings .. meal not good . Very fancy but did not meet expectations. Overall very nice

I love that place. It’s charming, beautiful, fun and relaxing at the same time. The restaurant needs some major attention. The menu is tiny, food is beyond average (yet expensive) and there are almost no options for plant based folks. Even my husband, who is not plant based could not eat the food there.
