Jet Inn Motel-SeaTac, Tukwila

Rioom was okay, except the AC is one of tthose that kick on and off rather that running continously. Not the best for sleeping. Also, there is no microwave in the room. It is in a room near the office.

No!big no!absolutely not safe and absolutely should be taken off Expedia.motel in really run down condition.our towels and linen were soiled very nasty.pot smell all night and even at office.we checked out and booked different hotel.

We stayed a second time due to the location being so close to the airport but our room that time was not good. It said non smoking but smelled so strong of cigarettes, it gave me a headache...towels didnt look clean, bed was hard, no hygiene provided, bathtub faucet leaked, and multiple outlets didnt work. I dont think we'd stay again.

We booked a non-smoking room and when we opened the door, it immediately reeked of cigarettes, pillow cases looked disgusting, sticky residue on bedside tables, and stick figure drawn on wall. This room was no where near our basic standards to stay. We immediately returned our key, booked somewhere else, and left because the room was that bad.

The room was dirty when we arrived. It smelled of chemicals and must. Within the first half hour we saw cockroaches coming from behind the dresser. We asked for a refund and we were denied. The staff was very rude and there was no coffee. I would not recommend this room to anyone and we will not stay ag. in. You should probably remove then from thus site

The AC wasn’t working at all as it kept waking us up all night. The drawers wouldn’t close. There was a bunch of ants in the bathroom and piles of hair everywhere. I don’t have any pictures because we had no other choice where to stay last night

Just don’t place is dirty have no clue how they are in business. Wouldn’t even dare using the towels the bed covers stunk and the tub had hair and a broken bar of soap stuck in the drain. Place just looked dirty and way overpriced.

This is the worst hotel I have EVER been to in 50 years of traveling. Door lock did not work. Stunk of smoke. Cigarette burn marks on every horizontal space. Sheets not changed. Hair, food, dirt, and ??? on the sheets. Holes on the walls. Sketchy 1 foot square mirror on wall. Camera behind it? Toilet not clean. Pink mold in the tub. Scary people in the parking lot. I couldn't being myself to use the water in the sink tap to brush my teeth. I wouldn't let my wife stay. Decided to leave and sleep in the car. I would not have slept if I stayed. Worst nightmare ever.

Immediately upon entering my room there were fecal stains all over my sheets. Shower didn’t work and the towels were extremely dirty. I was woken up by noise 5+ times throughout the night. I couldn’t stay any longer and left after 1 night. I requested a refund and was rudely told no, even after everything that happened. Definitely do NOT recommend

All in all a terrible experience! When we arrived we thought that the "manager" was a homeless person wandering around in the parking lot. A women loitering there asked us if we needed weed or anything else. A half-destroyed car with no license plates was sitting in the parking lot, too. We checked in anyway and the room did seem very run down and smelled mouldy, but we didn't discover the worst thing until just before going to bed. The mattress was very lumpy and the springs were very noticeable, but on the one side there was like a big hole or indentation. We didn't want the hassle of switching to another room, and just wanting to sleep. However, the "manager" said in the morning that he couldn't compensate at all for the bad experience. We skipped our second day that we had booked and found another place to stay. See the picture of the mattress below. Never again Jet Inn Motel!

The microwave wasn’t plugged in and didn’t work. The only heat was from the a/c unit that the face was falling off and some of the options were burnt. Most of the outlets didn’t work and the bathroom door wasn’t lined up to even close and latch properly.

Decent but low quality. No room phone. TV remote at front desk. Poor location. Priced….fairly.

The bed is covered in plastic plastic that’s all you hear when you move .. you can hear near by rooms in shower very loud

The property was in disrepair. The electric plugs did not work, so we could not charge our phones. Old broken furniture, door, smelled.

On a positive note the hotel price was excellent. On the negative note: Toilet rocked (was not installed properly), not enough shelves in bathroom to put toiletries, holes in walls and bathroom door.

The bed is basically a mattress on a stand with one blanket and no bedspread or flat sheet. There's no place to hang clothes and no microwave but it does have a refrigerator. The TV service only has about 20 channels. Noise from flowing water is very loud if someone in a room near you takes a shower or flushes a toilet.

I will be upfront about my stay. The Customer Service was subpar, the staff members I encountered served major attitude. I understand it’s because they too often are subjected to the mischief of unsavory, low class guests who don’t play by rules. It’s an area that could be better. The room was not in the best condition. I had everything I needed, even though some things were not functioning. The microwave did not work properly. A staff member swapped mine out and took one from a different room that I could use. The bathtub had to rust and dark stains. So much was in need of replacement/repair. Such as bedding, pillows, ac/heating unit. The television was fine and so was the flooring. Adequate lighting and mattress seemed intact, not too firm or worn out. The price I was charged online, via a third party was low, almost couldn’t beat it. I got a good deal most certainly. Nothing more. I wouldn’t plan on going back to stay there again, but I don’t have much to be upset over. I did not pay a lot for the room. That type of experience is fairly common.

Tina was very nice and understanding of my situation. I am a very privacy heavy person and she was amazing and didn't bother me my whole stay. That was really refreshing and took away a lot of anxiety. She understood my position. The rates are phenomenal as well. This is really affordable, they do what they need to do to keep it accessible and affordable, and they help you with new towels if you need it. These are the best rates in the area and they don't violate your privacy. The competition is hostels but those are dorm style, they give you a hard time now really prying into where you’re staying if you’re a resident from Seattle and they do this despite having tons of space. It’s not ok anymore. Those are the competition for this hotel and Jet inn wins not doing that, plus you get your own space completely to yourself without having to share dorm style like in a hostel and they leave you alone and don’t violate your privacy. Fridge, TV, toiletries, and high functioning AC/heater. Both non-smoking and smoking. Really accessible, affordable hotel for the area. Happy birthday to your son, Tina. Hope you can get him a gift he finds interesting enough to come visit. Love how your face lit up to hear about him and his birthday hoping to see him. He really should at least come to pick up any gifts you get him. It’s the least he can do seeing how your face lit up. Thanks for everything. Five stars.

The staff were rude. They charged a $20 deposit, refundable if you checked out on time, but not returnable if you checked out late. So, what happened was, at 11:30, I was showering when the cleaning guy opened the room twice and entered, yelling that I was late to leave. He didn't consider my privacy or the $20 late fee. The good thing about this motel is its proximity to the airport. I considered calling the police for the invasion of privacy, but my flight was close, so I didn't have time. I just got my $20 and i left.

Since ive been in Wa thus had been rhe most comfortable. Quiet, laid back. The managers, great couple with a awesome attitude. They help when im in Need and there great conversationalist Clean sheets an Towls and hot bin rhe Morning. I would recommend anybody to go there who are on a budget.

Never stay at this hotel again awfull , ask for 2 queen bed from expedia, hotel give one bed. We not even stay at hotel and not refund our money too. I have very bad experience at Jet Innn Motel. Staff so rude and unhelp full. I still want 3 night refund but expedia say hotel will not refund to us.i recommend never stay at Jet Inn Motel in Tukwilla or Seatac, WASHINGTON.

Princess cruise terrible company put us in the streets like we were garbage not alot of money to spend so at place not where we want but for the least amount of money $90 night dealing with it. Positives close to train to Seattle and restaurants nearby and grocery store but all expensive
