This hotel is way overpriced for what you get. We only stayed because there were no other choices. The pool is small and not heated. The breakfast is very limited. There is no staff to be seen except for check in. I’m still trying to have my $100 “hold” refunded that was charged to my credit card. If you can find another place for the money. This is not it.

Property was clean and felt safe. Can tell that they appear to be updating alot of the hotel, rooms/lobby etc. Couple of issues, temperature in lobby/elevator are was extremely hot, felt like a sauna (12/13). Also, website says there is a fitness center, asked front desk person morning of 14th, was informed there was not.

Poor breakfast options, no laundry or gym at the facility. Mini fridge not cooling at all , also not enough toiletries in the bathroom ever for a small family of 3 for 2 nights . Definitely not comingo back here

I checked in and my room was ok until my kids saw comforters dirty. 1 comforter had dirty spots and the other one had blood spot. I complained with the front desk and they just gave me “clean” comforters but they still were dirty. Next day I went to the breakfast and they didn’t have eggs to eat. It was my first time staying in that hotel but I will never come back.

Our stay here was deeply unsatisfactory due to multiple critical failures in hygiene and quality. The most serious issue was the discovery of a **blood stain on the comforter** at 3:00 AM. This is an unacceptable health and sanitation breach. Adding to the poor cleanliness, the bathtub contained **long black hairs**, despite the fact that we have short brown hair. The poor standards extended to the morning meal. The breakfast was minimal and low quality: the bread was **stale** and the French toast was clearly **frozen and reheated**. No basic hot food, such as eggs or bacon, was provided, showing a profound lack of effort. Filthy room. No maid service while we were there. That wasn’t explained when we contracted the room. Got two towels replaced late the second night. Do you not have full size towels? We started thinking it was a “by-the-hour” hotel, and for over $260 you fell short. I’ll find better next time.

Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful but the room was not cleaned before we checked in. Sheets were clean but floor still had hair and dirt from previous occupant and even had dried blood in bathroom. Floor has not been properly cleaned in a long time! Shower and sink/counter had been wiped off but no cleaner or effort used so hair, toothpaste and just general muck all over it. Ac unit was not properly installed so there was a 1/2 inch to 1 inch gap on either side that was completely open to the outside. Thankfully we were staying for only one night so we just wore our shoes and laid towels on the floor in the bathroom. Not the cleanliness expected for a $300 per night hotel! Would not recommend.

Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. We asked for a roll away bed, and it arrived within two minutes. The floor in the room was beyond filthy. Once we realized the bottoms of our feet were black, we never took our shoes off in the room again. Inexcusable! Also, breakfast is severely lacking.

Overall it was fine. Loved the king/queen combo in the room. That helped to avoid the normal fighting between our kids and was the reason we booked here. No frills, just the essentials, which is fine. Everything else was ok. Linens (sheets and towels) were not soft. Larger fridge in room was nice. Faucet was leaking so we had to put up with dripping all night long. The bathroom was very small and felt like you were touching the toilet while trying to stand at the sink.

Overall the room was decent but the bed was too firm and the floors were dirty. Walking around in my socks left them stained so I need the floors hadn't been cleaned. In addition we booked the room with a jetted tub and none of the Jets worked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel showed signs of the age, the air conditioner in our room was extremely noisy and made it impossible to sleep, the towels were like sandpaper, breakfast was the worst compared to any property we’ve ever stayed at. We came for sun and fun and it was nice to be in this location, but we would not stay at this property again.

We booked online through Travelocity. When we arrived, they were understaffed and we had to wait an hour to even get checked in. Then were charged $200 over the actual booking fee, when we tried to get it taken care of they refused and said we would have to contact our bank. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude.

Don’t believe their FREE 24hr cancelation policy!!!! I needed to cancel my reservation due to my son getting the FLU a few days before our trip . I had until 10/19 to cancel for a full refund for our stay which was to begin on 10/20. I called the Days Inn on 10/16 and was told that my reservation was canceled no problem. On 10/22, I received an email thanking me for my stay and charging my credit card. I never even stayed there. I called and spoke to Brenda who then put me in touch with the Manager Sam that said I never canceled my reservation and would not refund the full stay. Very bad business!! I stay at many Wyndham hotels and will never stay here. Terrible customer service!!

Check in clerk Gee Gee was amazing!!! Super nice, very knowledgeable and kept her calm during a chaotic time checking in all the people evcauating for the storm! Hats off to her! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked and I disliked that the lid to the toilet was missing. I was worried I would drop something in it and it wasn't so nice to stare into the toilet in a tiny bathroom while you're trying to get ready. There seemed to be a lot of vagrants hanging around the property. Maybe they lived there, I don't know. There was a lot if commotion in the hallways at all hours of the night. I asked to be far from the elevator and ice machine but that wasn't an option apparently. I could hear the elevator from our room all night and morning which made sleeping a challenge. The best thing I can say is that the staff was nice and the bed was really comfortable. I would consider coming back just because of the bed.

Unsafe area. Man doing meth in parking lot. No parking . Room was disgusting and bug infested. Checked in and had to leave right away. DID NOT SLEEP HERE. It was unsafe and in poor health conditions. Reporting to the city asap!

The hotel was a typical hotel. The breakfast was ok, but not as good as other places for the price of an overnight stay. This is a cold breakfast bar with the exception pf the jimmy dean egg/sausage microwaveable sandwich. No fresh fruit. Nothing memorable but it served its purpose.

Staff was great and attentive. We only stayed one night passing through during a road trip. We couldn’t have stayed here longer. It was dirty. Floors in the room were sticky, bathroom dirty. Breakfasts choices were very limited, zero protein all bread and cereals.
