We loved our stay at The Sweet Spot. The property was clean, quiet, everything was great. Comfortable beds, easy to operate technology (tv, Wi-Fi, hvac etc), and easy access just up a flight of stairs. Lots of little touches that made our stay so nice. Daniel was a great host! Very prompt answers to questions and helpful suggestions when needed. Parking directly across the street was totally fine. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, easy access to interstate, short hop into Louisville and convenient to area distilleries. A great weekend that we’d be glad to repeat!

We came to Louisville with a 4 month old, 2 year old, and 4 adults. This place worked perfectly! We had our 2 year old in a room to himself which helped tremendously with bedtime! There were lots of toys and things for little kids to play with including board games, books, and other things to keep kids and adults entertained! The apartment was clean, very quiet which was nice when there was so many of us, and had all the amenities you would need. The location was perfect! Walking distance to a library, about a mile from the wedding venue we were attending, and about 15 minutes from all of the great attractions downtown. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to Louisville.

Stayed over the weekend to visit with grandparents in a location where we could walk to multiple restaurants. This condo is perfect. It is on the second floor with steps to get in and is dog friendly although we did not bring our pet this time. This is the cleanest property we’ve ever been into in a VRBO with such nice furnishings. Will be back.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful. I did not realize this was a second floor walk up . We had an older friend who had a difficult time with the stairs.

I can’t say enough about this place. Everything you need in a short or long stay. They even have extra items if you have tickers or babies. The location is superb. We are thinking of coming back here next month we loved it so much. You won’t go wrong staying here. I give it a 15 out of 10 stars. It’s that good!!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was very convenient to everything and had most anything that we could need, including a leash for my dog (which was great because we accidentally forgot ours!). The only point that I would make is that we were charged a little extra for using all 3 bedrooms despite the listing indicating it was for up to 8 guests (we had 6). The manager explained that more guests equals more clean up so there's an extra charge. To be fair, it does say in the listing that you "could" be charged extra, I just didn't realize we *would* be charged extra until I saw the charge. Despite this, I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and bakery. We enjoyed our stay and all the attention to detail. There were toys, high chair and portable crib keeping the young children happy. The adults were happy with the comfortable bed with buttery soft linens and multiple pillows. Updated condo on second floor in great safe neighborhood just off Shelbyville road. 1 mi from Mission BBQ which I highly recommend. Great easy communication with daniel. Nice large kitchen, easy to cook in. Nice balcony off back bedroom to drink your coffee in the morning. Comfortable beds

This was my first time using Vrbo and I have to say our stay was wonderful. Everything was as listed, very clean, and quiet during our stay. The location was not very far from downtown Louisville which was a huge plus. Daniel, the property owner, was very helpful and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property.

This home is the Sweet Spot Indeed. I can't say enough good things about the condo. It was super clean and exceeded our expectations. Host was extremely responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again. It was close to the action in Louisville and the proximity to local restaurants in St. Mathews was great when we didn't want to venture to the city.

This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless.

The Sweet Spot was centrally located and made our travels east, south and to the city very convenient. It is on a very quiet street and the property is very clean and modern inside. The recent renovations make it a great place to stay. Communication with the property rep was outstanding.

My family, including 2 kids, had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean and spacious. Property manager was very attentive and answered all questions quickly. We all loved the awesome shower!!! Location was great, very close to parks, shops, and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at the Sweet Spot was great! The owner is very communicative and helpful. the condo is very clean and beds were comfortable. The floor plan is interesting with no way to get to the master except through a bathroom or another bedroom. Living area is nice with a large TV , but a little small if you have more than 5-6 guests. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Nice area. We had never been to Louisville, so this was a little further out from downtown(felt more suburban) than we had hoped but still a great visit. Definitely recommend

Very nice updated property! The host was a fabulous communicator. The kitchen had everything we neededAnd more. The master shower is amazing and there were plenty of nice thick towels too. We were able to walk to a few good restaurants and we took advantage of cards and games in the unit. One notable is the the 2nd master bedroom is separated from the master by a door with frosted glass panels and does not feel very private. The 3rd bedroom is very private but requires a wall to the bathroom.

The space is bigger than we thought it would be with three comfortable bedrooms. The shower off the master is fabulous! We were traveling with two cats, and the host was very accommodating. Fantastic location with great access to everything we needed in the east end. Highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay if playing at Ky expo center. Only issue we had was listing says 2 bedrooms in bedroom 2 but there is actually only 1. Had to sleep in the livingvroom. Condo has everything you need. Close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very well with communication.

Water pressure in the kitchen was weak. Not enough to make ice in the ice maker. There was only hot water in 1 of the showers. The beds were uncomfortable as were the dining room chairs. The description listed 1 bedroom having 2 beds. We found 3 bedrooms with 1 bed each.

Terrific property in a convenient location. Daniel is an amazing host and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. (Even so far as to deal with a mechanical issue on the 4th of July). We would definitely choose this again

The property was as advertised. The home was clean and modern with a touch of vintage. Our communication with Daniel was great. He reached out to us before our check-in to make sure we were ready. During our stay the heater had a problem. I texted Daniel and he responded right away. He came by within half an hour and brought heaters for us and he had an HVAC guy come within the hour. I understand these things can happen but his response to the situation was excellent. Great customer service and a very good stay for our family. I would recommend his property.

Had a great time based in Louisville and seeing and tasting different parts of the bourbon trail over three days. Highly recommend this location for good restaurants and ease to the bourbon trail.

Very nice and clean property within 10 minutes of downtown Louisville and bourbon row. Host was very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. Comfortable beds and lots of space with 2 bathrooms. Great, safe neighborhood.

We had an enjoyable stay in St Matthews! Very cool area, lots to see, do and eat. It was a great location for quick access to fun places in Louisville. It was nice having a clean and cozy place to stay during our trip.

This property was very convenient to downtown Louisville and quick to get to the highways if heading out to other spots on the Bourbon Trail. The place was very clean. Full kitchen if you want to cook in, but very close to many restaurants if you don't. Half bath wasn't quite a separate bath given the layout, but it worked well for us nonetheless.

The Sweet Spot was centrally located and made our travels east, south and to the city very convenient. It is on a very quiet street and the property is very clean and modern inside. The recent renovations make it a great place to stay. Communication with the property rep was outstanding.

I LOVE this place!!! So adorable and EXACTLY as advertised. Walked to restaurants nearby. Comfortable. Private. Very clean. Love the amenities- great shower, washer/dryer, keurig, ice and water dispenser in fridge, etc. Will def stay here again!!!
