Overall, the hotel was clean and the room was nice. However, the casino allows smoking, and had I known that beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked this location since I really dislike cigarette smoke. On our first morning, around 6 a.m., we were woken up by loud bass music coming from the parking lot. We also experienced an issue where our key cards stopped working, and it took nearly 30 minutes to get the problem resolved. While the room itself was comfortable, the overall experience was disappointing due to the noise, smoke, and service issues.
