There were only two, slow working elevators for the entire resort. The casino begins almost at the front door so any fresh indoor air is nonexistent. The shower never warmed up to a comfortable temperature. The balcony was very nice with a gorgeous view of the sun rise.

Pool and free cabanas were great. Buffet was great. Casino had the worst smoking management out of 12 casinos I visited in Mississippi. Smoke was thick. They needed vents or something. None of the other casinos in Biloxi or other parts were this bad. Floors in the rooms were filthy. Hotels removed carpet and put in vinyl planks and stopped cleaning them.

The lobby wasn't very welcoming, but beyond that, everything was really nice. We attended a concert at the Mississippi Gulf Coast Coliseum. The casino shuttle dropped us off and picked us up. Incredible service. We'll stay here again!

For the price and location, this hotel was perfect. I had a gulf view room that sounded perfect. In reality the view was beautiful but the large air conditioning units right below my room, made it less than ideal. The hotel is in a smoke filled casino, so if you did not want to smell like smoke, you needed to make a direct bee line to the elevator. There were also only two elevators. That would have been fine except one of the two was out for the majority of my stay. I would still stay here again. Price and location.

Security was in parking lot patrolling. Bellhops and valet were super helpful and friendly. Front desk were very friendly and helpful and all staff. Bed was a little low but was comfy. Overall great location and very clean.

Property was nice and clean but it took forever to get checked in! Also the rooms or property does not have microwave so we could not warm our food up! They charge $22 just to get a microwave and that was ridiculous Waste of food! I was mad about that! But Staff was friendly and helpful

Overall nice property, but super smoky, from entrance to hotel to casino. If you are sensitive to smoke, this isn’t the place for you. I don’t find other casinos to be as bad. I think the ventilation could improve. The room was nice, close to Colosseum. Would like to have coffee shop for morning coffee (room coffee sub par).

Overall, a dingy and smelly facility. My room smelled of cigarette smoke and the rug in the room was filthy. No housekeeping over the two days I was there and the hot water in the bathroom was tepid at best. Treasure Bay is dark, dank and the gaming areas were nasty. Would not recommend.

Property wasn’t bad at all, staff was very pleasant . Just a couple of hiccups but housekeeper took care of it. When we checked in there was a used wash cloth in our refrigerator , folded towels for use were dirty, looked like they had been used to clean. Also, I forgot to report the shower flooded bathroom and lil mold in the shower stall growing between tiles. Other than those things, the property was great. Things happen. Enjoyed our stay.

Room seemed clean, but there were dust bunnies behind entrance door. Nice room with great view of water.Great balcony Little noisy from street. Buffet ok, Den had good food but only 1 server so took over an hour to get meal( fried shrimp and pork chops). Check in Adrianna was friendly and informative. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back

We had a room with the balcony view of the ocean! The front desk reception was great however our room wasn’t ready at check-in time! everyone was quite friendly. It’s an old building so the inside could use a little upgrade, but overall, it was a good experience.

We’ve stayed at the Treasure Bay several times. We aren’t gamblers but like the balcony feature if the gulf view rooms. Not a fan of the zero entry shower stalls however. Overall, the hotel is affordable, clean, and comfortable.

Staff was exemplary. Valet parking, front desk, housekeeping, and Belhop? Services were amazing! I wasn't sure what you call the service that helped us take our bags to our room. Everyone was so helpful, polite, friendly, and professional. THANK YOU!

I was not able to check-in at 4pm as stated in the check-in policy. The clerk said the room was not ready because it was still being cleaned. She didn't offer any other room for check-in nor offer anything for the inconvenience.

Our room had a water leak from the room above, while we were out. We came back to a room full of fans and all of our belongings gone. Went to the desk to find out why they hadn't notified us, theyhad no excuse. They mived us to another room, but had to find our belongings. When they found our luggage, my suitcase and clothing was soaked in mouthwash, they had thrown the open bottle in on top of my clothes. When I opened my laptop bag, the case, computer and all of my equipment was wet. Apparently the leak was right above the counter where my case was setting. I filed a report with operations and am now waiting on risk management, everything will need to be replaced. Our biggest question is why didnt they call us? Three cell phone numbers, we were 10 minutes away. That is the part we don't understand. The ineptitude and lack of common sense is ridiculous. They managed to make a terrible trip even worse.

Brick oven pizza from Aqua, at the pool was delicious. Our server, Jillian was very efficient, professional and friendly! Definitely an asset to Treasure Bay! Also, the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly as well. Unfortunately, I don't recall her name.

I did not get the the handicap room nor the request i made prior to me coming to their property.I am not a happy camper. MY waitress at buffet sucks. I had to ask her for a refill twice.The check in clerk it wasnt her fault i didnt get my request. IT is the manager fault period.

Room was great with ocean view. Walkable to beach and a light house. Parking is easy and close to hotel building. The only thing I can complain is the buffet restaurant was packed and staff seemed burned out.

The room and accommodations were excellent. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The grits tasted like sanitation solution, it was bad…I immediately asked for my refund! I know the cooks were probably making the best of a bad situation, but the food need to re-evaluated…nothing was edible!

The staff at the buffet was rude and acted as if they were doing me a favor by taking my money also food tasted like it had been cooked many hours before I got it. The tv remote was very complicated had to ask a housekeeper to operate it. Tv remote in bathroom didn’t have battery in it Overall my stay was not very enjoyable!
