Staff is great, my husband was ill and even though they were full, Chloe at the front desk extended our stay one more night in the same room. The breakfast was very good, the woman who is solely in charge of the dining area is very friendly and competent. The breakfast is well stocked and impeccably clean. The gym is small but the equipment is good and well maintained and clean.

Just an overnight stay in Billings on my way back through Montana from work in North Dakota. I have stayed at Kelly Inn before and it is always a comfortable, safe and welcoming place. The location is convenient to different dining options, there is a convenience store that you can walk to for snacks or incidentals and getting back on the road home from their location is easy. The staff is always polite and considerate and check in and check out is stress free. My room was extra clean and there is always abundant hot water for showering. The hot tub is wonderful and just what the doctor ordered after a long drive. I also know they have hot cocoa available in the lobby, so I have a cup of cocoa right before bed and then enjoy an extra restful sleep. Hot breakfast is much appreciated as well as the selection of different items offered. I left the following morning well rested and ready for the rest of my trip home. Kelly Inn is just a great place to stay in Billings and will always be my go to when I'm in the area.

Took a chance based on others who stayed. Clean, quiet, nicely appointed and accessible. Some “extra” paperwork and wristbands for use of the pool area. Owner must be a lawyer.

The room was a little rough. The chair looked like a cat used it for a scratching post - it was pretty marked up. The room smelled of a strong food smell which did not dissipate over the course of the night. I was honestly afraid I was going to leave smelling like it. We arrived at 11pm and left at 9 am so it was a quick stay and I was too tired to head to the front desk and ask for a new room. The room had laminate flooring that could have used a mop in the corners. First floor rooms opened to the interior hallway as well as the outside. Our room also had an adjoining room so we had three doors to secure. Those outside entrances are not my favorite from a safety standpoint. I stayed here because my dog was with me and pets stay free. I think next time I will pay the extra money for a pet and stay at another place.

When getting up the morning of our depature several bug bites appeared on my upper and lower body. They are red and raised and itch and appear to be bed bug bites. I am on the road and when getting home Saturday I will go to urgent care and have them diagnosed. In the interim I have been applying anti itch cream. Our room was 324.

Nice affordable option right off the highway. Included a simple breakfast which was nice. One thing that was a bit odd-be aware that the first floor rooms have two doors-one that opens to the parking lot-you can pull your car right up to your door-and one door that goes into the main building hallway. If you like the safety of everyone going through one central entrance past the front desk, you may ask to be out on the second floor.

My stay was very good. I did not partake in the breakfast menus while there. The room was very comfortable, the shower was good also, being handicapped the walk in shower was great. I definitely will stay there again.

Stay was ok, but the room with outdoor entrance seemed cold and un inviting. I don’t like hard floors in hotel rooms, so that was a bit of a turnoff. It was handy to park right outside the door since we had a lot of stuff, but I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Liked having the extra pullout couch. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Waffles, bagels, cereal etc. Our non-smoking room had a lingering smell of smoke though. Property could definitely use a facelift. The shower curtain brackets were broken so the curtain would sit closed. Grout coming up in the floors, holees in the back of the doors. Don't let the pretty pictures fool you. This place is old! I'd say if you're ok eith less than stellar rooms and don't mind smoke it's fine. Beds were comfortable.

The front desk attendants were so nice! The hotel was extremely clean. A little older but it looks like they have been working on updates. The main problem we had was how noisy the hotel was, starting about 4 am all we could hear were people yelling and screaming and running up and down the hallways.

This is a decent hotel for the most part. That being said, I was surprised at how noisy it was considering the price we paid for the night. We were on the second floor and could easily hear noise from the room above us. There was also a lot of noise from the hallway. Oher than this, the room was fine. Nothing outstanding, but they did have a decent breakfast.

I'm very confused why a 20 yoa traveling for work is refused service because some other 19 yoa are not responsible. Very upset, I always stay at the Kelly Inn when I come through. I will not stay there any longer or anyone else from my company.

Check in staff could not have looked more inconvenienced. The halls and elevator were filthy. The breakfast was terrible, not filled, burnt and a staff member plucked a bacon out of the tray with her bare hand to eat.

I liked that this was right off the interstate. The room setup was nice. Room was clean. Bathroom fixtures need upgrades. Breakfast was not good. Juice dispenser was out of water and it was coming out at a trickle so the juices were dispensing as concentrate. Staff person working the breakfast area was rude. It would have been nice if they had to-go options for breakfast as well.

Great setup for dogs! Blueberry waffles in the continental breakfast were awesome!! Shower setup is completely crazy and the sink outlets are a little wonky (my curling iron kept just shutting off) but would stay again

The experience was fine. However the continental breakfast was so weak at that we couldn't find anything that even looked edible. We wanted to start our drive to our next destination immediately, but had to go look for breakfast instead.

We originally booked one night, but decided on a second night an hour before check out. The staff was great and even made sure we didn’t have to move rooms. The property was clean, the continental breakfast was great. My boyfriend especially loved the magic milk machine. For me, the beds were a little too firm but other than that - it was an excellent stay. We will be going to this hotel again. Awesome job guys!

Breakfast was cold. To be considered an excellent hotel, all facets must be quality. The breakfast buffet was lacking completely. Granted I ate towards the end of breakfast time, there was no excuse for everything being cold and dirty counters.
